本发明的目的是使用蓄电池作为电源，经过变换后满足焊接需要。
本发明是用蓄电池作为电源，通过恒流特性的直流—直流变换器变换后供焊接使用。
本发明与现有的发电机—电焊机方式相比，具有体积小、重量轻、无旋转磨损等优点。
申请人认为实现本发明的最好方式为：使用三个12V蓄电池串联起来作为电源，采用降压型直流—直流变换器，输出经电流取样反馈给直流—直流变换器，使输出呈恒流特性。
