Abstract
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药及其制备工艺。本发明要克服现有中药价格高、口感差和治疗症型有局限的缺点。本发明的技术方案是：包括以下以重量份数计的组分，黄连、白花蛇舌草、沙棘油、元胡、焦山楂、生麦芽、鸡内金和干姜。制备工艺包括以下步骤：(一)黄连粉碎成细粉；(二)提取干姜中的挥发油；(三)将元胡、白花蛇舌草、山楂用乙醇提取，醇提后的药渣与姜药渣、麦芽、鸡内金一起加水煎煮，滤过，浓缩成浸膏，备用；(四)混合：将沙棘油与黄连细粉拌匀，再与提取浸膏混合。

本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药及其制备工艺。
背景技术：
慢性胃炎是临床常见病，其中慢性萎缩性胃炎难于根治，而且慢性萎缩性胃炎有一定的比例(7-10％)最终会发展为胃癌。因此，如何治疗慢性胃炎，并阻止向胃癌发展，是目前胃病治疗中的主要课题。常见的西药在治疗萎缩性胃炎方面无特效药，它的治疗方案采用的仅仅是给予对症治疗，监测病变情况，一旦发现其癌变，即给予手术切除。相对于西药，中成药在慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗方面有一定的临床疗效，但目前正式投放市场的仅仅有养阴清胃颗粒、摩罗丹等几个品种，而且它们在临床应用上还存在如下的缺点：(1)养阴清胃颗粒由石斛、知母、竟连、苦参、茯苓、白术、黄芪等组成，以养阴清胃、健脾和中为治则，主要用于慢性萎缩性胃炎，属郁热蕴胃、伤及气阴证，虽然疗效尚满意，但价格较高，口感较差；(2)摩罗丹，其主要成分为三七、茵陈、鸡内金等，功能主要为和胃降逆、健脾消胀、通络定痛，对慢性萎缩性胃炎肠化和不典型增生有消除的作用，但对其它症型无明显消除作用，因此其治疗症型有局限，难于满足广大患者的临床需求。
发明内容：
本发明要克服现有中药价格高、口感差和治疗症型有局限的缺点。
为克服现有技术的缺点，本发明的技术方案是：
一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药，包括以下以重量份数计的组分：
黄连 1-6 白花蛇舌草 3-9 沙棘油 0.3-3
元胡 3-6 焦山楂 3-6 生麦芽 1-6
鸡内金 1-6 干姜 1-6
上述中药配方的优选配比是：
黄连 3-5 白花蛇舌草 6-8 沙棘油 0.5-1份
元胡 3-4.5 焦山楂 4-6 生麦芽 3-5
鸡内金 3-5 干姜 4-5.5
一种上述治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药的制备工艺，它包括以下步骤：(一)黄连粉碎成细粉；(二)提取干姜中的挥发油；(三)将元胡、白花蛇舌草、山楂用乙醇提取，醇提后的药渣与姜药渣、麦芽、鸡内金一起加水煎煮，滤过，浓缩成浸膏，备用；(四)混合：上述三个步骤完成后，将沙棘油与黄连细粉拌匀，再与提取浸膏混合。
上述制备工艺还包括剂型制备。
上述剂型为胶囊时，将上述中药的混合物烘干、粉碎、制粒，装入胶囊中，即成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点是：
1、本发明组方合理，适应症全面：不仅考虑到治疗萎缩性胃炎的作用，又考虑到幽门螺旋杆菌是导致萎缩性胃炎的重要因素，因此本发明适宜于慢性萎缩性胃炎、寒热错杂症等，因而有较全面的适应症。
2、成本低：本发明组方药物原料资源丰富，工艺简单易行，因此降低了成本，为患者长期服用创造了条件。
3、无毒副作用：本发明进行毒性试验显示，未见明显毒性和副作用，未测出半数致死量，因而长期服用无毒副反应。
4、服用方便，口感良好：本发明制剂合理，口感良好，患者易于接受。
5、疗效显著：经初步临床试验，本发明对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃粘膜病变治疗有良好疗效。经治疗后胃镜检查94.5％胃粘膜病变范围缩小1/2以上，83.5％活动性炎症消失，慢性炎症好转或达到轻度；该药还有良好的促进溃疡愈合作用，溃疡愈合率8&5％；尤其在抗腺体萎缩、肠化增生方面有较理想的疗效。
6、适应症广泛：不仅可很好地针对慢性萎缩性胃炎的各种症状，药效学方面也表明在抗炎、抗溃疡、止血等方面也有良好效果。
具体实施方式：
慢性萎缩性胃炎属胃脘痛范畴，祖国医学认为慢性萎缩性胃炎多与饮食不节，七情内伤及劳倦过度等诸多因素有关。其病位随以胃为中心，但涉及肝、胆、脾、肾诸脏腑；病机常与寒热错杂，脾胃不和有密切关系，并涉及痰、气、食积等。治疗方法目前甚多不一。本发明采用了温中消痞，清热化滞，理气止痛之法，在治疗中取得了满意疗效。本方选用干姜辛开温中，调胃暖脾；用黄连解毒泄火，健胃；鸡内金健脾消滞，行气活血；白花蛇舌草清热解毒，抗萎防癌；元胡疏肝理气止痛；沙棘油具有防萎抗癌之功效；辅以山楂、生麦芽等消积开胃、扶助后天，诸药合用，供奏辛开苦降，调中健胃之功，并有抗幽门螺旋杆菌感染之效。
下面将以具体实施例对本发明作详细论述。
以下以重量来计算组分。
实施例1：
黄 连60g 白花蛇舌草30 沙棘油10g 元胡30g
焦山楂30g 生麦芽 10g 鸡内金20g 干姜40g
实施例2：
黄 连10g 白花蛇舌草30g 沙棘油30g 元胡30g
焦山楂60g 生麦芽 10g 鸡内金50g 干姜10g
实施例3：
黄 连30g 花蛇舌草 60g 沙棘油10g 元胡30g
焦山楂40g 生麦芽 50g 鸡内金40g 干姜40g
实施例4：
黄 连50g 白花蛇舌草60g 沙棘油10g 元胡45g
焦山楂55g 生麦芽 30g 鸡内金5g 干姜40g
实施例5：
黄 连46g 白花蛇舌草70g 沙棘油6g 元胡38g
焦山楂48g 生麦芽 35g 鸡内金35g 干姜45g
其中以实施例5的配比为最佳实施例，实施例3、4的治疗效果优于实施例1、2。
上面所说到的实施例1～5中的中药的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
(一)黄连粉碎成细粉，粉碎目数为120目；
(二)提取干姜中的挥发油；
(三)将元胡、白花蛇舌草、山楂用乙醇提取，醇提后的药渣与姜药渣、
麦芽、鸡内金一起加水煎煮两次，每次1h，滤过，浓缩成浸膏，备
用；
(四)混合：上述三个步骤完成后，将沙棘油与黄连细粉拌匀，再与提取
浸膏混合。
上述实施例还可包括剂型的制备步骤，以剂型是胶囊为例，将上面第四步骤得到的混合物烘干、粉碎、制粒，装入胶囊中即成。若制备冲剂，黄连粉碎目数应当为200目。
服用方法：每天三次，每次服用量相当于生药16～18g。

1、一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药，包括以下以重量份数计的组分：
黄连 1-6 白花蛇舌草3-9 沙棘油 0.3-3
元胡 3-6 焦山楂 3-6 生麦芽 1-6
鸡内金 1-6 干姜 1-6
2、如权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药，包括以下以重量份数计的组分：
黄连 3-5 白花蛇舌草6-8 沙棘油 0.5-1份
元胡 3-4.5 焦山楂 4-6 生麦芽 3-5
鸡内金 3-5 干姜 4-5.5
3、如权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药的制备工艺，它包括以下步骤：(一)黄连粉碎成细粉；(二)提取干姜中的挥发油；(三)将元胡、白花蛇舌草、山楂用乙醇提取，醇提后的药渣与姜药渣、麦芽、鸡内金一起加水煎煮，滤过，浓缩成浸膏，备用；(四)混合：上述三个步骤完成后，将沙棘油与黄连细粉拌匀，再与提取浸膏混合。
4、如权利要求3所述的一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药的制备工艺，还包括各种剂型的制备。
5、如权利要求4所述的一种治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的中药的制备工艺，剂型为胶囊时，将上述中药的混合物烘干、粉碎、制粒，装入胶囊中，即成。
