Abstract
一种肥皂纸，包含作为载体的聚乙烯醇树脂和皂，其特征在于：所述的皂由椰子油和十二烷基硫酸钠化合组成；添加有苹果酸和酸石酸，以调整pH值至中性偏酸；添加羊毛酯和甘油以润肤。本发明解决现有以聚乙烯醇树脂为载体的肥皂纸因组成的选用和配伍不当所造成的碱性过大和难以干燥成型的技术问题。
Description
技术领域：
本发明是关于盥洗用品，特别是关于肥皂纸。
背景技术：
肥皂是人们常用的洗涤用品，尤其在餐前便后，用肥皂洗去污垢已成为人们的一种日常生活习惯。但习用的肥皂具有相当的体积和重量，固定放在家中或盥洗室内，对使用者不会产生任何影响，可是对出门在外者，若随身带上一块肥皂，则会有种种不便之处。即便是如今宾馆、旅社中免费为住宿者提供的小型肥皂，也还有一定的厚度和体积，问题依然如旧，反而还因为一次使用不完，出于卫生考虑而被丢弃，形成浪费。由此，有人提出了一次性使用的肥皂纸，携带使用方便，又杜绝了浪费。例如申请号为95110510.8的《一次性肥皂纸及制造方式》的发明专利申请为其典型，它是以聚乙烯醇树脂为载体，加入皂类、乙二醇、丙三醇、硅油、橄榄油、芦荟油、香精干燥而成。但这些现有的肥皂纸存成一个共同的特点是其PH值高，呈强碱性，容易伤害皮肤，其次是选料配伍不当，难以干燥成型，生产率低。
发明内容：
本发明提供了一种肥皂纸，解决现有以聚乙烯醇树脂为载体的肥皂纸因组成的选用和配伍不当所造成的碱性过大和难以干燥成型的技术问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种肥皂纸，包含作为载体的聚乙烯醇树脂和皂，其特征在于：所述的皂由椰子油和十二烷基硫酸钠化合组成；添加有苹果酸和酒石酸，以调整PH值至中性偏酸；添加羊毛酯和甘油以润肤。
上述的肥皂纸，其特征在于：各组分以纯水为溶剂，它们的重量百分比为：
聚乙烯醇树脂 30～40％ 椰子油 10～17％
十二烷基硫酸钠 5～10％ 苹果酸 7～10％
酒石酸 5～15％ 羊毛脂 5～20％
甘油 6～10％ 纯水 余量
本发明由于选料恰当，配伍合理，因此极易干燥成型，制成极薄的肥皂纸，故生产率高、成本低。同时其溶解度好，使用时用手搓3～4次就能起泡，而且泡沫丰富。作为一种中性的洗涤用品，在洗涤污垢的同时保护皮肤不受伤害，所以洗后手感良好，没有紧绷干燥的感觉。而且可在皮肤表面形成一层油性的润肤层。
具体实施方式：
本发明以纯水为溶剂，将各组分按一定的重量百分比完全溶解在其中，经搅拌均匀和化合后，流延干燥，制成极薄的肥皂纸。现就各组分的具体重量百分比举例如下：

聚乙烯醇树脂 40％ 椰子油 10％
十二烷基硫酸钠 5％ 苹果酸 10％
酒石酸 5％ 羊毛脂 10％
甘油 6％ 纯水 余量

聚乙烯醇树脂 30％ 椰子油 17％
十二烷基硫酸钠 5％ 苹果酸 7％
酒石酸 15％ 羊毛脂 5％
甘油 6％ 纯水 余量

Claims (2)
1、一种肥皂纸，包含作为载体的聚乙烯醇树脂和皂，其特征在于：所述的皂由椰子油和十二烷基硫酸钠化合组成；添加有苹果酸和酸石酸，以调整PH值至中性偏酸；添加羊毛酯和甘油以润肤。
2、根据权利要求1所述的肥皂纸，其特征在于：各组分以纯水为溶剂，它们的重量百分比为：
聚乙烯醇树脂 30～40％ 椰子油 10～17％
十二烷基硫酸钠 5～10％ 苹果酸 7～10％
酒石酸 5～15％ 羊毛脂 5～20％
甘油 6～10％ 纯水 余量
