Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种与权利要求1前序相应的工业货车用转向驱动器。
背景技术
工业货车采用一与一所谓电动转向机构相结合的电动或液压转向驱动器是公知的。由方向盘或类似操纵件预定的转向角用电传送至一直接靠近从动或受控轮设置的转向驱动器。受控轮绕一轴承构件内水平轴以可转动方式受到支承,轴承构件本身又绕一立轴以可转动方式受到支承。如果受控轮也是一从动轮,轴承构件就由一传动装置的壳体确定,传动装置与一驱动发动机可操作地相连。驱动发动机和传动装置二者常被配置在一承梁(body botster)上,承梁可绕一立轴旋转。
完全可以设想借助一纵置电机将扭矩传给轴承构件。然却大多设置一旋转活塞发动机,该机借助一齿轮传动装置作用在轴承构件上。扭矩,举例来说,从旋转活塞发动机的小齿轮传给轴承构件的齿圈或者是借助一链进行的,或者甚至是直接进行的。特别是,如果是从驱动电机的小齿轮直接传给齿圈则因两个机械上刚性的系统相互啮合会发出不希望有的噪音。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为一工业货车提供一种转向驱动器,即使小齿轮与齿圈系直接啮合,该转向驱动器也使噪音的发生得到减弱。
此目的是由权利要求1的特点实现的。
本发明齿圈或小齿轮有一圆周凹槽,其中安放一弹性减振材料制成的环形减震件,就这样小齿轮或齿圈之齿和减震件步入啮合。
减震件的截面最好为圆形,这样减震件就可由一O形圈确定。但也可考虑其他断面。减震圈材料要求在任何情况下都有足够的弹性且易变形。此外。此料须耐磨从而经久耐用。当减震件磨损严重或失效时也不会给转向驱动器的工作带来有害后果。无须担心由此导致转向机构的任何失效。
在本发明的一个方面,齿圈或小齿轮由两个在其接触面上形成凹槽的毗连带齿锁紧衬垫确定。凹槽可由带齿锁紧衬垫上两个半凹槽(half groove)在此形成,也可只在两个带齿锁紧衬垫中的一个上形成。凹槽的横断面图最好与被安放的减震圈的横断面图一致。采用两件带齿锁紧衬垫时易于更换减震圈。
下面将参照附图所示的实施例更详细地对本发明加以描述。
图1示出带一驱动电机和一转向电机的工业货车用承梁的侧视图。
图2示出图1中承梁齿圈的平面图,该圈与转向电机的小齿轮啮合。
图3示出沿线3-3通过图2组件的剖面图。
图4示出图3的局部放大图。
图1中,一承梁被示于10处,在其上配置了一未被详示的工业货车驱动电机12。承梁10绕工业货车驾驶部框架内一立轴以可转动方式得到支承。此外承梁上所配置的是一供主动轮16用的传动装置14,该主动轮绕传动装置14壳体中一水平轴以可转动方式得到支承。
承梁10有一与小齿轮20啮合的齿圈18。小齿轮20经一转向传动装置(steering transmission)22配接到转向电机(steering motor)24上。转向电机可装在驱动电机12上且可为液压或电动旋转电机。旋转电机24接收一来自转向控制器的调整信号,该转向控制器接收其来自转向件的设定点信号,即以电的方式进行。
图2清楚绘出前视图中齿圈18和小齿轮20。图3中可见齿圈18由相互平靠的两件衬垫26、28组成。两件衬垫26、28可在转动中保持稳固的联结未予示出。由图4可明确看出,衬垫26、28在它们的接触面上确定了一圆周凹槽30,其中安放了一弹性材料制成的O形圈。凹槽30的深度和圈32的径向伸展是这样的以至于小齿轮20之齿在与齿圈18齿间间隙啮合时即与圈32步入啮合并使它轻微变形。这样就使发出的噪音减小。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于工业货车的转向驱动器,包括一受控轮,该受控轮绕一轴承构件中的水平轴以可转动方式得到支承,其中轴承构件绕一主轴以绕枢轴转动方式得到支承并有一齿圈,转向驱动器还包括一转向电机,该转向电机驱动一与齿圈啮合的小齿轮,其特征在于,齿圈(18)或小齿轮有一圆周凹槽(30),其中安放一弹性材料制成的环形减震构件(32),以便小齿轮或齿圈之齿与减震构件啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的转向驱动器,其特征在于,齿圈(10)或小齿轮是由两件相邻的带齿锁紧衬垫(26、28)限定的,衬垫在它们的接触区域上限定了凹槽(30)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的转向驱动器,其特征在于,减震件(32)由一O形圈限定。
