技术领域
本发明涉及即使在无光的黑暗场所等也发挥除臭、抗菌、防真菌效果,另外对人畜无害且对环境也没有不良影响的除臭·抗菌·防真菌剂的喷涂方法及其经除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的物品。
背景技术
作为对于家具和家庭用品等的除臭剂、抗菌剂、防真菌剂,一般大多使用氧化钛。
但是,氧化钛单独存在,没有光(紫外线)的话,就不能得到活性效果,如果合并使用银或金,则虽然在无光的场所也能发挥效果,但担心环境问题和对人体的影响。另外,氧化钛附载在目标物上时,需要粘合剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供即使在无光的黑暗场所,对人体也没有影响,也能发挥对环境没有不良影响的除臭·抗菌·防真菌效果且不需要粘合剂的除臭·抗菌·防真菌剂的喷涂方法以及经除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的物品。
本发明的除臭·抗菌·防真菌剂的喷涂方法是指对于经除臭、抗菌、防真菌处理的被处理物,用溶液喷出量为33-34cc/分钟的喷射枪,以10-30g/m2涂布量,喷涂以用式:Ti(OH)x(PO4)y(HPO4)z(H2PO4)1(OR)m(R是碳原子数为1-4的烷基,x、y、z、l和m分别是0以上的数值,满足x+3y+2z+l+m=4)表示的磷酸钛类化合物或其缩合物为有效成分的溶液。
以上述磷酸钛类化合物或其缩合物为有效成分的抗菌·除臭·防真菌剂,对人畜无害,对环境也没有不良影响且即使在无光的黑暗场所也和空气中的氧反应并发挥除臭·抗菌·防真菌效果。另外,不需要粘合剂,难于产生恶化,且持续地发挥高的除臭·抗菌·防真菌效果。
通过采用上述喷射枪喷涂,可以在被处理物的外表面上均匀地形成除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的膜。
本发明的经除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的物品因在其外表面上的上述喷涂而形成除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的膜。
最佳实施方式的详细描述
用于本发明的喷涂方法中的除臭·抗菌·防真菌剂以用下式表示的磷酸钛类化合物或其缩合物为有效成分。
式是:Ti(OH)x(PO4)y(HPO4)z(H2PO4)1(OR)m。R是碳原子数为1-4的烷基,x、y、z、l和m分别是0以上的数值,满足x+3y+2z+l+m=4。
R是碳原子数为1-4的烷基,碳原子数过少,则有溶液粘度低,成膜时的膜厚度变薄,有除臭、抗菌、防真菌效果低的倾向,碳原子数过多时,则有溶液的粘度高、膜厚度变厚,成膜时的膜有容易剥离的倾向。优选R是乙基或是异丙基。
作为磷酸钛类化合物,例如有Ti(OH)(H2PO4)2(OR)、Ti(OH)(PO4)、Ti(OH)2(H2PO4)(OR)、Ti(OH)(HPO4)(OR)、Ti(OH)(HPO4)(H2PO4)、Ti(OH)2(H2PO4)2、Ti(OH)3(H2PO4)、Ti(OH)3(OR)等。
通过使四氯化钛和水或碳原子数为1-4的醇或者它们的混合溶液反应后,和磷酸反应,可以得到磷酸钛类化合物或其缩合物。
本发明的特征在于对于经除臭、抗菌、防真菌处理的被处理物,如下喷涂如此得到的磷酸钛类化合物或其缩合物。
用水或醇稀释磷酸钛类化合物或其缩合物,用溶液喷出量为33-34cc/分钟的喷射枪,在放置在间隔40-45cm的喷射距离的台子上的被处理物上喷涂该溶液并干燥,涂布量为10-30g/m2,更优选20g/m2,涂布时间约20-35秒,更优选30秒。
这样,通过用上述喷射枪喷涂,可以在被处理物的外表面上均匀涂布干燥膜厚为0.05-0.5μm的除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的膜。干燥膜厚小于0.05μm,除臭·抗菌·防真菌效果弱,超过0.5μm的话,易于产生剥离,而丧失除臭·抗菌·防真菌效果。
特别地,对引起病房(シックハウス)综合症的甲醛、硫化氢等的除臭效果是有效的。另外,可以抑制生活环境中生存的有害菌的繁殖,使其锐减。由于不使用像现有的抗菌剂这样的银或金,所以对环境没有不良影响,对人体也没有影响,安全性大。特别是对于大肠杆菌、黄色葡萄球菌、大肠菌0157、耐甲氧苯青霉素的黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)等大部分有害菌是有效的。另外,膜硬度表示为铅笔硬度9H,由于高硬度物性,难附着污垢,因而耐污染性也优良。
作为可以喷涂的目标物品,例如为各种家具、生活用品、室内商品、寝具、铺的东西等。具体地说为颜料盒、室内隔板、网架、桌子、写字台、椅子、床、沙发、地毯等。

1.除臭·抗菌剂·防真菌的喷涂方法,其特征在于对于经除臭、抗菌、防真菌处理的被处理物,用溶液喷出量为33-34cc/分钟的喷射枪,以10-30g/m2涂布量,喷涂以用式:Ti(OH)x(PO4)y(HPO4)z(H2PO4)l(OR)m(R是碳原子数为1-4的烷基,x、y、z、l和m分别是0以上的数值,满足x+3y+2z+l+m=4)表示的磷酸钛类化合物或其缩合物为有效成分的溶液。
2.经除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的物品,其特征在于在经除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的物品的最外表面上,通过用溶液喷出量为33-34cc/分钟的喷射枪,以10-30g/m2涂布量,喷涂以用式:Ti(OH)x(PO4)y(HPO4)z(H2PO4)l(OR)m(R是碳原子数为1-4的烷基,x、y、z、l和m分别是0以上的数值,满足x+3y+2z+l+m=4)表示的磷酸钛类化合物或其缩合物为有效成分的溶液,形成除臭·抗菌·防真菌处理的膜。
