Abstract

电适配器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电网电源连接器。具体地说,虽然不排除其它情况,本发明涉及一种可选择结构形式的电网电源适配器。
背景技术
插到墙壁上的电插头当然是众所周知的。根据是否需要接地插脚,这些电插头包括两个或者三个插脚。这些插头具有从这里延伸出来的电源软线,这些电源软线通常从墙壁直接向外,或者按另一种方式,沿着向下平行于墙壁的方向,或向下并倾斜地延伸。有时,电源软线从插头主体伸出的预定角度是很不方便的。例如,当电源软线垂直于墙壁,并希望在这个位置靠墙放置家俱时,家俱就必须与这面墙隔开。如果电源软线很短,并且在将插头插入墙壁插座时电源软线需要从插头向下延伸,这时可能产生以下问题:譬如要从一个台灯开始延伸电源软线,以便定位在比墙壁插座高的位置。在这种情况下,恰当的作法是,插头具有向上延伸的电源软线而不是向下延伸的电源软线。
另外,各个国家墙壁插座的插脚结构以及电插头互不相同。当比如带着台式计算机旅行的时候,经常必须携带旅行者的适配器。这些适配器有可能是笨重麻烦的东西。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要克服或实质上改进至少一个上述的缺点,和/或更一般地说,是要提供一种改进的电适配器。
按一种形式,本发明包括一种电适配器,用于那些具有不得变换插头插入取向之电网插脚/插座布置的国家,它包括:
基座,具有电接线端和可啮合的转动连接部件;
主体,具有啮合件转动连接部件,用于与所述可啮合的转动连接部件配合动作,以保证所述主体按照两个可能的取向之一可转动地固定于基座上,所述一个取向相对于另一个取向相差180°,所述主体具有多个电触点,各电触点的结构适于在所述主体与基座如此固定时,使各电触点与基座的各接线端啮合。
按另一种方式,本发明包括一种电适配器,它包括:
基座,具有电接线端和可啮合的卡口连接部件;
主体,具有啮合件卡口连接部件,用于与所述可啮合的卡口连接部件配合动作,以保证所述主体可转动地固定到基座上,所述主体具有多个电触点,各电触点的结构适于在主体与基座如此固定时,使各电触点与基座的各接线端啮合。
按又一种方式,本发明包括一种电适配器,它包括:
基座,具有电接线端和可啮合的转动连接部件;
主体,具有啮合件转动连接部件,用于与所述可啮合的转动连接部件配合动作,以保证所述主体可转动地固定到基座上,所述主体具有多个电触点,各电触点的结构适于在主体与基座如此固定时,使各电触点与基座的各接线端啮合;以及
锁紧器件,当所述主体与基座可转动地相互连接时,所述主体通过该锁紧器件自动地被锁紧于基座上,但这需要手动减压以便从基座上松开主体。
所述基座最好具有从它的一侧开始延伸的导电插脚,用以插入配接插座的插孔中;所述各电接线端位于基座的另一侧,并且对应于每个导电插脚,而且各电接线端与各导电插脚电连接。
另外,基座可以具有从这里开始延伸的电源软线,在电源软线的远端有一个插头,插头具有导电插脚,用于插入配接的插座的插孔中,并且其中的电接线端经电源软线中的各个导线电连接到每个导电插脚。
所述基座的可啮合的和啮合件的转动连接部件最好是相互卡口式可啮合的。
所述基座的可啮合转动连接部件最好包括多个径向延伸的插片,各插片具有沿圆周方向延伸的斜坡表面。
所述主体的各啮合件转动连接部件最好包括多个开口,插片必须通过这些开口,用以实现所述基座与主体的相互啮合。
所述插片最好具有不同的大小,所述开口具有相应的不同的大小,以便在相互连接时限制主体和基座的可允许的取向方向。
所述基座最好包括一个环形沟道,沟道内定位所述各接线端。
最好使所述接线端定位在沟道的变窄部分中。
所述主体最好包括一个锁紧器件,在所述基座与主体相互连接时,通过该锁紧器件将基座锁紧到主体上。
所述主体的各个电触点最好用弹簧偏置向所述各接线端。
所述主体的各个电触点最好连接到从主体延伸出来的电源软线的各个导体上。

具体实施方式
各附图示意地表示出一个适配器基座10和配接的插头主体20。
图1和2描述适配器基座10。通常将适配器基座10制成塑料材料的模压件,适配器基座10包括平板13,所述平板13具有从其一侧突出的3个突起的金属导电插脚。即火线插脚和中性线插脚11以及地线插脚12。按另一种选择的方式,也可以只有一对火线插脚和中性线插脚。再一种可选择的方式,所述插脚12可以是一个塑料材料的或其它非导电材料的伪插脚。所述实施例的适配器基座10的插座结构是标准的英国设计,但应能理解,所述插脚的结构完全可以是澳大利亚、美国或其它国家的结构样式。的确,图3和4的插头主体20就可以设置多个基座10,每个基座可具有适用于不同国家的结构形式。
在平板13的另一侧,设有平面的支撑环14,所述支撑环14与平板13一起形成整体式模压件。内圆突起导轨7和外圆导轨15定位在支撑环表面14内部并与之同心。在两个导轨之间限定一个环形沟道9,该环形沟道9有一对在直径两端相对的变窄部分8。在变窄部分8的底部设有接线端17。一个接线终端电连接到火线插脚或中性线插脚11,另一接线端电连接到另一个插脚11。还可以有与接地插脚12相连的第三个接线端17。
外圆导轨15具有从这里延伸的4个卡口插片16。每个卡口插片16都与支撑表面14隔开,并包括一个沿圆周方向延伸的斜坡形上表面。沿直径方向相对的一对卡口插片16具有相同的大小,但相邻的卡口插片对具有不同的大小。
图3和4描述的是与适配器基座10按卡口方式相互连接的插头主体20。一般情况下,插头主体20由几个塑料模压件制成,这几个模压件用螺丝拧入、快速卡入或者超声焊接在一起,并且从这里经一个橡胶结头22伸出一根电源软线21。
插头主体20包括一个平面圆形支撑环33,用于与适配器基座10的支撑环14啮合。在中央凹槽32中,定位一对沿直径方向相对的电弹簧触点26。这些电弹簧触点与软线21内各个导线电连接。在中央凹槽32周围,定位有4个开口31。沿直径方向相对的各对开口31具有相同的大小,而相邻的各开口对具有不同的大小。通过这种安排,可以降低适配器基座10的卡口插片,使其只能在两个可能的方向(即分别如图5和6所示方向)进入插头主体20的开口31中。
这就是说,开口31的大小刚好够容纳卡口插片,并且4个卡口插片中较大的那一对将不能配合进入较小的开口中。
插片接纳槽29沿着开口31定位在支撑环33的下面。在每个开口31的底面有斜坡表面。
沿开口31定位并在一个开口31内部突出出来的是一个锁紧器件,该锁紧器件包括联锁榫舌24和与之整体形成的致动器件23。联锁榫舌24突入榫舌凹槽25中,如图4所示。再参照图1,所述外圆导轨15包括一对沿直径方向相对的联锁凹槽18,在按卡口方式配接这两个部件时,榫舌24快速啮合进入所说的联锁凹槽18之一中。致动器件23是插头主体20的一个整体组成部件,并在它的每一侧都有一对切口,以便在向致动器件23施加手指压力时,能使联锁榫舌24向下移动。只是在加给这个手指压力时,才能拆开联锁的部件。
使用时,有如图5和6所示那样,使部件10和20装在一起,然后,顺时针方向转动适配器基座10,直到卡口插片在每个凹槽29都支撑在各端壁28上为止。这时,根据如图7或8所示的所选方向,使联锁榫舌24快速啮合进入一个联锁凹槽18中。然后,可将固定的部件插入比如墙壁插座、插接板或延长的软线中。
在插头主体20上有一个对准指示器30,在适配器基座上有一对相应的指示器34,用于如图5和6所示那样帮助对准各部件。
应能理解,对于本领域的普通技术人员显而易见的改型和替换不会被认为是超出本发明的范围。例如,可以在插头主体20的内部定位一个变压器,向电源软线21提供低压输出。另外,如果不用卡口类型的相互啮合,可以采用其它类型的插入安排。
进而,显然所述电适配器的基座不一定非要由配接插座的孔直接接纳的插针形式。例如图9所示,所述基座可以有一根从这里延伸的延长软线35,在它的远端有一个譬如自墙壁插座或另一延长软线接纳的标准插头36。
还有,可与电气设备、双适配器、多插头板、变压器分束盒或类似物整体式形成所述插头主体。

Claims (13)

1.一种电适配器,用于具有不得改变插头插入取向的电网插脚/插座布置的国家,它包括:
基座,具有电接线端和可啮合的转动连接部件;
主体,具有啮合件转动连接部件,用于与所述可啮合的转动连接部件配合动作,以保证所述主体按照两个可能的取向之一可转动地固定在基座上,所述一个取向相对于另一个取向相差180°,所述主体具有多个电触点,各电触点的结构适于在主体与基座如此固定时,使各电触点与基座的各接线端啮合。
2.一种电适配器,它包括:
基座,具有电接线端和可啮合的卡口连接部件;
主体,具有啮合件卡口连接部件,用于与所述可啮合的卡口连接部件配合动作,以保证所述主体可转动地固定到基座上,所述主体具有多个电触点,各电触点的结构适于在主体与基座如此样固定时,各电触点与基座的各接线端啮合。
3.一种电适配器,它包括:
基座,具有电接线端和可啮合的转动连接部件;
主体,具有啮合件转动连接部件,用于与所述可啮合的转动连接部件配合动作,以保证所述主体可转动地固定到基座上,所述主体具有多个电触点,各电触点的结构适于在主体与基座如此固定时,使各电触点与基座的各接线端啮合;
锁紧器件,当所述主体与基座可转动地相互连接时,所述主体通过该锁紧器件自动地被锁紧于基座上,但这需要手动减压以便从基座上松开主体。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电适配器,其中,所述基座具有从它的一侧开始延伸的导电插脚,用以插入配接插座的插孔中;所述各电接线端位于基座的另一侧,并对应于每个导电插脚,而且各电接线端与各导电插脚电连接。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电适配器,其中,所述基座具有从这里开始延伸的电源软线,在电源软线的远端有一个插头,插头具有导电插脚,用于插入配接的插座的插孔中,并且其中的电接线端经电源软线中的各个导线电连接到每个导电插脚。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电适配器,其中,所述基座的可啮合的转动连接部件包括多个径向延伸的插片,所述径向延伸的插片具有沿圆周方向延伸的斜坡表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电适配器,其中,所述主体的啮合件转动连接部件包括多个开口,插片必须通过所述开口才能实现所述基座与主体的相互啮合。
8.根据权利要求6所述的电适配器,其中,所述插片具有不同的大小,所述开口具有相应的不同的大小,以便在相互连接时限制所述主体与基座的可允许的取向方向。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电适配器,其中,所述基座包括一个环形沟道,沟道内定位所述各接线端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电适配器,其中,所述接线端定位在沟道的变窄部分中。
11.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电适配器,其中,所述主体的各电触点用弹簧偏置向所述各接线端。
12.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电适配器,其中,所述主体整体式地形成到电气设备、双适配器、多插头板、变压器盒或类似物上。
13.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电适配器,其中,所述主体的各电触点连接到从主体延伸出来的电源软线的各个导体上。
