Description

散布小水滴用的喷洒机喷嘴
本发明涉及权利要求1前序部分中描述的一类喷洒机喷嘴。此类喷洒机喷嘴可由DE-U-200 02 324知晓,该专利已通过参考而引用于本文中。
已证实形为小液滴群的水是借助永久性安装设施进行灭火的有效工具,因为小水滴群易于蒸发,从而能提供高度的冷却和大量的惰性水蒸汽。
现有技术中形成小水滴群的大部分系统通过将高压水(50-200巴)输送流过喷嘴体中的喷嘴出口孔而形成小水滴群。另外一些系统则通过将水输送流过文丘里管的口或通过使两股水射流相互碰撞以形成小水滴群。
还知道这样的喷嘴,其中一股水射流碰撞撞击面,从撞击面反射的水再被第二股水射流碰撞。这样的喷嘴最初打算用于减少空气中的灰尘含量,没有合适的结构能使它们用作永久性安装的灭火喷嘴,包括用作自动打开灭火喷嘴。此类喷嘴的一个实例示于US-A-2 701 165中,其中喷嘴具有单个喷嘴出口孔,它沿着喷嘴体的纵向轴线中心地伸展,且在喷嘴出口孔开口处的相对侧位有条状物的端部。DE-A-2649977讲述了另一实例,其中具有若干喷嘴出口孔的喷嘴体在其前面有一块碟状板,它构成液体的撞击面,液体则通过每一喷嘴出口孔而流出。此结构的不方便处在于碟状板,它屏蔽着液体,从而将其转换成小液滴群。该喷嘴不适用于灭火,因为被分散成小液滴群的液体不能中心地流至喷嘴之前的区域上。US-A-2 701 165和DE-A-26 49 977均通过参改而引用于本文中。
本发明能生产一种十分紧凑的喷洒机喷嘴,其优点是,它能在低在输入压力下应用,且特别适合灭火。应用喷嘴能提供均匀的小水滴流,它可碰到喷洒机喷嘴四周的较大的圆形区域,更为优异的是,该喷洒机喷嘴能位于垂直、向下定向的位置。本发明能适当地调节小水滴群的分布形状,通过本发明现在可生产一种改进型的自动打开的喷嘴。按照本发明的一个实施例,喷嘴体由保护套管加以保护,当驱动喷嘴时套管自动脱离。
下文中将参考附图所示的两个示范性实施例对本发明加以更为详尽的说明。

本发明提出的喷洒机喷嘴包括一个具有纵向轴线5的喷嘴体g,用于将水分散成小水滴群。喷嘴体g具有入口a和若干喷嘴出口孔b,它们均匀地分布在例如为锥形面的旋转表面c上,该旋转表面c形成与入口a相对的壁。图中所示的示范性实施例具有三个喷嘴出口孔b,它们位于相对纵向轴5为相同的水平上,相互间的角距离为120°。
喷嘴出口孔b制作成镗孔形状,最好通过壁c具有圆形横截面,且镗孔相对喷嘴体的纵向轴线5成角度d而伸展,其中角d为45°+/-10°,或在15°与60°之间。由此,通过喷嘴出口孔b的液体将按照角d而指向。如图所示,面c最好是一面壁,其几何形状是通过围绕纵向轴线5旋转曲线而生产。
在每一喷嘴孔b的中心前方布置有一个面e,其面积可等于或小于相关联的喷嘴出口孔b的面积。离开喷嘴出口孔b的液体中,开始的一部分碰撞面e,向回反射,而其余的液体则流过面e。当反射的液体碰撞其余液体时,如图1b所述的,从喷洒机喷嘴喷出水滴十分细小的水滴流。
面e所在位置与喷嘴出口孔b开口处相距的距离通常相应为面e的直径的1-5倍。面e最好由条状物f的端部构成,条状物f固定在喷嘴体g上,并具有要求的刚性,从而端面e的位置能很好的确定。条状物f的横截面最好为圆形,面e最好如图1b所示是平面的,且垂直条状物的纵向轴线而伸展。如图1c所示,条状物f最好在两个位置上弯曲,从而可能在离喷嘴出口b较远的距离上将条状物固定至喷嘴体g上。这样,碰撞端面e的液体在环绕端面e的所有方向反射,并沿着喷嘴出口孔b的反方向连续流动。如果喷嘴出口孔b制成通过壁c的、具有圆形横截面的镗孔形状,则面e的直径与喷嘴出口孔b的直径之比x可为0.5<x<2。
一种与图1a-b所示不同的喷嘴,如图2a-c所示地,包括自动脱开器h。此喷嘴被热作用或电作用所脱开。在喷嘴的内部,底座i设置在入口区域中,而衬垫j则紧靠在底座i上。衬垫j被柱塞k保持在紧靠于底座的位置上。柱塞具有锥形支撑面或密封面I。柱塞被诸如玻璃安瓿、熔融接头、双金属件或记忆合金的热敏感元件m保持在位。热敏感元件m被支架m′保持在位,而支架m′固定至喷嘴体g上。
喷洒机喷嘴的运行如下:水从水源通过入口a流入,通过喷嘴出口孔b流出。在此处部分水碰撞面e,该碰撞面e反射水。被反射的水被通过喷嘴出口孔b的其余部分的水所碰撞。两股水流之间的碰撞将水分成许多小水滴。喷嘴出口孔b所在的角度d确定分布图形。喷嘴出口孔b的间隙宽度与面e的直径确定被分布的水的量以及单个液滴的尺寸。当喷嘴为自动脱开喷嘴时,火的热作用引起热敏感元件(小玻璃瓶)爆裂或破裂。由此,柱塞的支承消失,输送压力能将衬垫从底座中压出,并将支撑面或密封面压向柱塞孔的周边。由此,水得以流过喷嘴,并通过打开的喷嘴出口孔b而流出,而在此之前喷嘴能防止通过柱塞孔的泄漏。喷嘴可设置有保护套管p,它在喷嘴被启动时能自动被水压掉。

Claims (8)

1.一种喷洒机喷嘴,它包括喷嘴体(g),喷嘴体(g)具有液体入口(a)和纵向伸展的轴线(5),其中,喷嘴体(g)在与入口(a)的相对处被旋转表面(c)所限定,旋转表面(c)具有环绕轴线(5)而布置的喷嘴出口孔(b),且其中,在喷嘴出口孔(b)的开口的相对处,为通过喷嘴出口孔(b)流出的液体设置了相应的冲击面(e),其特征在于,冲击面(e)由相应的条状物(f)的端部构成,条状物(f)在位置(f′)固定至喷嘴体(g)上,从而冲击面(e)能反射从相应喷嘴出口孔(b)流出的水。
2.如前述权利要求所述的喷洒机喷嘴,其特征在于,喷嘴出口孔(b)布置在面(c)中,从而向外的液流沿着相对喷嘴体的纵向轴线(5)成45°+/-10°的方向而伸展。
3.如前述任一权利要求所述的喷洒机喷嘴,其特征在于,至少有三个喷嘴出口孔(b)环绕轴线(5)而布置,这些出口孔(b)处于同一水平上,且相互之间的角距离相同。
4.如前述任一权利要求所述的喷洒机喷嘴,其特征在于,旋转表面(c)形成为球形壳体或圆锥体。
5.如前述任一权利要求所述的喷洒机喷嘴,其特征在于,条状物(f)包括两个弯头;而且,条状物(f)固定至各自的位置(f′)上,这些位置(f′)与喷嘴出口孔(b)相隔一个距离,并对称地环绕轴线(5)而布置。

8.如前述任一权利要求所述的喷洒机喷嘴,其特征在于,面(e)位于每一喷嘴出口孔前方的中心处,其面积等于或小于相应的喷嘴出口孔(b)的面积。
