Abstract
瓷砖在活动托板上按预定的方向传送,执行以下操作:压模支承圆柱体绕其轴转动,预先配置至少一个辅具与圆柱体外表面接触。本装置包括:垂直开放机架(1);约束于机架(1)并可相对其垂直滑动的第一滑块(2);压模支承圆柱体(3)与支撑其和控制其绕转动轴转动的机具一起都支承在该滑块(2)上;第二滑块(4),安装在机架(1)上并能相对其垂直滑动,至少一个辅具(5)与支撑辅具(5)和控制辅具(5)运动的机具一起都支承在第二滑块(4)上。电动操纵螺杆(6)提供第一滑块(2)和第二滑块(4)的相对定位以及这些滑块相对于垂直开放机架的定位。
Description
技术领域
本发明特别地、虽然不是唯一地、有效地用于这样一种轮转机,在这种轮转机中,有一绕其轴转动的压模支承圆柱体,作用到一个活动托板上,瓷砖在这一活动托板上按预定的方向传送,预先配置至少一个辅具,使其与圆柱体外表面接触。在本实例中,压模支承圆柱体至少装有一个可弹性变形的外围部分,这外围部分由人造橡胶材料做成的光滑圆柱外表面界定,在其上刻有型面构成了压模。
背景技术
在这种已知的机器中,相对于圆柱体,辅具被固定于固定位置,此时相对于瓷砖的活动托板,辅具-圆柱体组件是可活动的和可调节的。
因为每一个先有技术的轮转机,由于其本质的关系,只能使用恒等直径的压模支承圆柱体,所以构成很大的限制。
另一问题是辅具相对于压模支承圆柱体表面的调整问题。
已知轮转机中的另一问题是,在每一操作周期中,要连续测量和控制辅具作用于圆柱体外表面的压力。
与上面提到的缺点相关连的另一问题是,应简单且快速地拆卸和重新安装辅具,而不需每次进行费力的调整和设置操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服和避免先有技术的缺点和限制,并提供一种简单且有效的解决办法。
本发明的优点是,提出了一种易于遥控的结构,而不需要在机器旁执行操作。
如同在所附的权利要求书中所表明的那样,上述这些目的和优点以及其他一些特点已由本发明完全实现。

具体实施方式
参见附图,编号1表示用于装饰瓷砖的轮转机总体中的直立机架,在这种轮转机中,瓷砖在一活动托板16上沿预定方向传送,压模支承圆柱体3作用于该托板上,这一圆柱体绕其轴旋转,预先配置至少一个辅具,使其与压模支承圆柱体外表面接触。圆柱体3至少装有一个可弹性变形的外围部分,这一外围部分由人造橡胶做成的光滑圆柱体外表面构成。在其上刻有型面,这就是压模。
第一滑块2是约束于机架1上,且沿着垂直方向滑动,压模支承圆柱体3与支承圆柱体3和使圆柱体3绕其轴旋转的其他机件一起都由滑块2支承。需指出的是,圆柱体3的旋转驱动是由附图中未画出的无刷马达传动过去的。
步进马达30通过齿形传动皮带31,使圆柱体3定中于活动托板16上移动瓷砖的传输轴线上。
第二滑块4也是约束于机架1上,它位于第一滑块2之上,且可向那里垂直滑动。至少一个辅具5以及支持辅具5和使辅具5运动的其他机具都由第二滑块4支承。
第一滑块2、圆柱体3、第二滑块4以及辅具5,这些部件相对机架1,也就是相对于活动托板16的定位,可借助于电子控制的机电装置来完成。
该电子控制的机电装置含有:沿垂直轴的操纵螺杆6,在其上耦合有第一螺母7和第二螺母8,前者刚性地拘束于第一滑块2,后者沿转动轴移动地刚性地结合于第二滑块4,但可绕公共轴旋转。
第一步进马达9使操纵螺杆6绕其轴旋转预定量,其传动是由传动皮带10实现。
第二步进马达11使第二螺母8相对于其轴,因而也是相对于第二滑块4,旋转预定量,第二步进马达11通过传动皮带12稳固地约束于第二滑块4上。这样一种配置允许在垂直轴方向上也就是平行于操纵螺杆6的轴向,使整个第二滑块4以及支持于其上的辅具5位移预定量(位置调节),这就与操纵螺杆本身的活动无关。这样就可精细调正辅具5和压模支承圆柱体3之间的距离,也能使辅具5相对于压模支承圆柱体3外表面的倾斜度有一变动。
辅具5是可被拆卸地安放在转轴50上,该转轴连接在滑块4上,且平行于圆柱体3的旋转轴。具体是,转轴50共轴地支承于套筒51内,套筒51又刚性地约束于第二滑块4,控制辅具5倾斜度调节的和控制辅具5作用于压模支承圆柱体3外表面上压力的装置也连接在其上。
控制装置包含线性作动器13和测量器15,该作动器在第二滑块体4和杠杆52的第二端之间双向动作,杠杆52的第一端与转轴50刚性结合并一起转动,该测量器15也在第二滑块4和杠杆的第二端之间操作,用于测量相对于预定参考物的位移,以及测量相对于垂直轴的倾斜度。
线性作动器13由步进马达控制的齿轮减速器驱动的螺旋千斤顶构成。该千斤顶与测力器14连在一起动作,它能测量千斤顶作用在杠杆52上的总力。显然,这个力的大小可以直读并立即指示出辅具5压在压模支承圆柱体3外圆柱表面上的压力值。
由于立即知道辅具5作用于压模支承圆柱体3外圆柱表面上的实际压力值。所以可以随时对压力进行完全自动的精细调节,除此之外,显然能够很好使系统的理想调节量与所寻求的结果一致。
有了测量器15就意味着可以随时测量倾斜度,因而也可进行后继调节,例如,调节第二滑块4与第一滑块2之间的距离。
执行上述功能的线性作动器13和连接于其上的测量器可以有不同的实施例。具体是,可以采用纯电力的或电-液压作动器,例如,在这里,可以直接测量液体压力而求出作用力。
借助于上述装置,可以调节圆柱体3和辅具5相对于活动托板16的位置,还可以调节辅具5的相对倾斜位置以及辅具5作用于压模支承圆柱体3上的接触压力。
所有调节操作的自动控制是简单和直接可行的,特别是,例如所有的调整数据可以存储起来,当需要时可以调出重新应用(例如改变单个设置值或改变压模支承滚筒的直径)。
用于使辅具5作可控摆动运动的器件也支承在第二滑块4上。
这一摆动运动实际上也传送到了支承在辅具5上的转轴50。
转轴50是活动地套在套筒51之内,它可以轴向滑动,但当转动时它与杠杆52固连。转轴50末端有一槽53,凸轮轴54在槽内与该轴啮合,而凸轮轴54又固定连于转杆48上。转杆48可按照指令由步进马达56通过传动皮带55使其绕垂直于转轴50的轴转动,凸轮轴54便在槽53内运动,结果就导致了转轴50相对于套筒51和杠杆52作摆动运动。这一运动稳固地传送到辅具5上。
辅具固定在支承架57上,支承架57在它内部有一共轴的凹腔58,转轴50可以紧贴着与其结合。转轴50也提供了一个横向凹座59,该凹座接纳支轴60并与其稳定地耦合,该支轴60偏心地安放在支承架57上,杠杆49可以使支轴60动作,使其从与凹座59稳定地耦合位置变到完全退耦合位置,在这一位置转轴50在共轴凹腔58内是自由的。
特别指出的是,凹座59由直圆柱体表面的一部分形成,支轴60的外径与直圆柱体表面形成凹座59的那部分的直径相同。
以上所描述的装置可以极快地使辅具5与转轴50及机器进行耦合或退耦合。
上述辅具5的耦合与退耦合操作并不需要任何特殊的操作,或需要准确调节辅具5的位置,这是因为支轴60在凹座59同的耦合就确保了辅具5在转轴50上的自动完全定中,因此仅用一个简单操作就可以使辅具5准确定位。
Claims (9)
1.一种调节轮转机组件的装置,该轮转机用于陶瓷砖的装饰,在这种机器中,瓷砖在一活动托板上按预定的方向传送,进行如下操作:压模支承圆柱体绕着它的轴旋转,该压模支承圆柱体至少装有一个可弹性变形的具有光滑圆柱外表面且由人造橡胶材料制作的外围部分,在光滑圆柱体外表面上刻有型面,该型面就是压模;预先配置至少一个辅具,使其与压模支承圆柱体的外表面接触;本装置的特点在于它含有:
一个垂直开放机架(1);
约束于该垂直开放机架(1)上且可相对其垂直滑动的第一滑块(2);在第一滑块(2)上支承着压模支承圆柱体(3)以及支承压模支承圆柱体的机件和控制其绕其轴旋转的机件;
约束在垂直开放机架(1)上并相对其垂直滑动的第二滑块(4);至少一个辅具(5),与支撑辅具(5)及控制辅具(5)运动的机件一道都安装在第二滑块(4)上,
相对于垂直开放机架(1),使第一滑块(2)与第二滑块(4)相对定位的装置。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,相对定位装置含有:具有沿垂直轴的操纵螺杆(6),在操纵螺杆(6)上连接有第一螺母(7)和第二螺母(8),前者刚性约束于第一滑块(2),而后者在沿着垂直轴移动时刚性约束于第二滑块(4),并且在绕着垂直轴旋转时相对于第二滑块(4)是可动的,这一垂直轴也是第一螺母(7)及第二螺母(8)的旋转轴。
3.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,操纵螺杆(6)由第一步进马达(9)控制,使预定机构绕垂直轴旋转;第二螺母(8)由第二步进马达(11)控制,使预定机构相对于第二滑块(4)绕垂直轴转动,第二步进马达(11)刚性约束于第二滑块(4)。
4.根据权利要求2或3的装置,其特征在于,
支撑辅具(5)的转轴50连结到第二滑块(4)上,转轴(50)平行于压模支承圆柱体(3)的旋转轴,且共轴地支持在套筒(51)之内。
5.根据权利要求4的装置,其特征在于,第二滑块(4)连接于控制装置,该控制装置控制至少一个辅具(5)的倾斜度调节,也控制辅具(5)压在压模支承圆柱体(3)外表面的接触压力;该控制装置含有线性作动器(13)和测量器(15),该作动器在第二滑块(4)和杠杆(52)的第二端之间沿两个方向操作,杠杆(52)的第一端刚性约束于转轴(50)和测量器并一起转动,测量器(15)也在第二滑块(4)与杠杆(52)的第二端之间操作,为的是测量第二滑块(4)相对于预定参考位置的位移。
6.根据权利要求5的装置,其特征在于,线性作动器(13)与测力器(14)一起操作,该测力器测量线性作动器(13)施加于杠杆(52)上的总力。
7.根据权利要求4的装置,其特征在于,转轴(50)松动地由套筒(51)套着和支撑着,该转轴与杠杆(52)刚性连接,可一同旋转,而且可轴向滑动;转轴(50)其末端有一支承槽,在其内部与一凸轮轴(54)啮合,凸轮轴又牢固地连接到一纺锤状轴(48)上;纺锤状轴(48)由步进马达(56)和传动皮带(55)驱动而绕垂直于转轴(50)的轴转动。
8.根据权利要求7中的装置,其特征在于,辅具(5)固定在支承架(57)上,支承架(57)在其内部提供一共轴凹室(58),轴(50)隐蔽连接在该室内,转轴(50)它又提供一横向凹座(59);横向凹座(59)与偏心安置在支承架(57)上的支轴(60)稳定地耦合,杠杆(49)可以使支轴(60)活动,以使其从与凹座稳定耦合的位置移到完全退耦合位置,在退耦合这一位置,转轴(50)在轴向凹室中是完全自由的。
9.根据权利要求8的装置,其特征在于,凹座(59)是由部分直的圆柱表面构成,且支轴(60)的外径与形成凹座的部分直圆柱表面的直径相等。
