Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体上涉及的领域为外科手术控制台,更具体来讲,本发明涉及用在显微外科手术控制台的显示面板。
背景技术
在现代外科手术—尤其是眼外科手术的过程中,外科医生要用到多种气动和电动的显微手术机头。机头是由一外科手术控制台操作的,该控制台是由微处理器控制的,外科医生或其助手通过多种外围设备向该控制台输入信息,其中的外围设备例如为脚踏开关、红外遥控装置和触摸式显示板。对于其中的触摸式显示板,这些装置最好是可进行调节的。在提出本发明之前,现有技术中的外科手术控制台具有两轴的机动自由度—旋转和倾斜,以便于能产生有限的运动,电源电缆和控制信号电缆需要沿其长度被分割成两个或多个相互独立、但连接着的节段。这样的结构设计会带来不利的影响:控制台的构造变得复杂,且会对显示板施加有害的电噪声干扰。
因而,一直希望能有这样一种具有显示板的外科手术控制台:其具有更为简单的结构,并降低了电噪声。
发明内容
本发明通过提供一种外科手术控制台而对现有技术中的外科手术控制台进行改进,该控制台具有一显示板,其安装在一个三轴的万向支架上,该万向支架使显示板实现了在旋转、回旋以及倾斜这三根转轴上的铰接。该铰接机构采用了两个螺旋电缆绕束,两绕束带有单根连续的电缆,从而使显示板可大幅地转动。所述的连续电缆简化了结构,并将显示板所受的电噪声信号减到最小。
相应地,本发明的一个目的是提供一种外科手术控制台,其具有一安装在三轴万向支架上的显示板,万向支架使得显示板实现了在旋转、回旋以及倾斜三根转轴上的铰接。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种外科手术控制台,其具有安装在一铰接机构上的显示板,该控制台采用了两个螺旋电缆绕束,两个电缆绕束具有单根连续的电缆,从而使显示板可大幅地进行转动。

具体实施方式
从图1可清楚地看出,本发明的外科手术控制台10一般要包括一显示板12,显示板通过铰接机构16安装到控制台10的机体14上。从图2-7可清楚地看出,铰接机构16总体上包括底座18、上心轴组件20,其具有一上电缆绕束21;下心轴组件23,其具有一下电缆绕束22和电缆24。上心轴组件20可以采用任何合适的设计形式,但通常包括杆轴19,沿该杆轴设置有合适的阻滞制动件(图中未示出)。优选地是:电缆24的长度是连续而不间断的,并在其两端上带有接头25,用于经所述铰接机构16将显示板12与控制台10连接起来。
从图3和图4中可清楚地看出,电缆24缠绕到上心轴组件20中的螺旋形的上电缆绕束21上,并被螺钉26和夹扣28固定到底座18上。上电缆绕束21使得显示板12可在上心轴组件20上回旋,而不会扭伤或损坏电缆24。上心轴组件20允许显示板12绕心轴19至少可回旋90°,优选为至少可回旋225°。上心轴组件20还包括一摆转臂30。从图7可清楚地看出,在摆转臂30上可转动地安装了垂直安装臂32,安装臂32上带有安装孔34,安装孔34用于将显示板12安装到安装臂32上。安装臂32在显示板12上可发生倾斜,可利用滑动地套装在摆转臂30上的弹簧36来协助显示板12的倾斜动作。弹簧36还具有补偿重力的功能,从而可防止显示板12在重力作用下向下转动。另外,摆转臂30可带有适当的阻滞制动件(图中未示出)。优选地是,摆转臂30和安装臂32使显示板12具有足够大的运动范围,从而可向前、向后倾斜,由此而折叠成与底座18平齐,其中的运动范围优选为至少95°。
从图5和图6中可清楚地看出,下心轴组件23包括:心轴38、夹压板40、螺钉42以及下电缆绕束22。心轴38可以采用任何合适的设计形式,但通常包括:杆轴39、壳体41以及一合适的阻滞制动件(图中未示出)。螺钉42穿过夹压板40、下电缆绕束22、底座18而旋入到心轴38中。电缆24利用螺钉44和夹扣46被固定到夹压板40上。心轴38和下电缆绕束22在底座18内按照上述的方式工作,从而使底座18可在控制台10上转动(旋转),优选地是,该转动范围至少为90°,更为优选地是,转动范围至少为180°。
在使用过程中,本发明的组件16使得显示板12可绕三根轴转动,即回旋(绕上心轴组件20)、倾斜(绕摆转臂30)和旋转(绕下心轴组件23)。上电缆绕束21和下电缆绕束22将电缆24缠绕成螺旋状,从而使上心轴组件20和下心轴组件23的转动不会将电缆24扭伤或损坏。这种结构还使采用不间断的连续电缆24成为了可能,从而无须在控制台10与显示板12之间设置中间断头或接头,这样就能使结构简化,并减弱了输入到显示板12中的电噪声信号。
上文的描述只是为了进行例示和解释。对本领域技术人员来讲很显然的是:在不超出本发明保护范围或设计思想的前提下,可对本文所描述的本发明进行改动。

Claims (14)

1.一种外科手术控制台,其包括:
a)一机体,该机体具有一外部;以及
b)一显示板,其通过一铰接机构安装到机体的外部上,铰接机构使显示板可绕至少三根转轴产生运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制台,其特征在于:所述铰接机构包括上、下两个心轴组件,上心轴组件将显示板安装到铰接机构上,而下心轴组件则将铰接机构安装到控制台的机体上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控制台,其特征在于:上、下心轴组件分别包括上、下电缆绕束,电缆绕束使得连接显示板与机体的电缆在其全长上都成为连续而不间断的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的控制台,其特征在于:所述三轴运动为倾斜、回旋和转动,铰接机构使得显示板的回旋、转动范围至少为90°。
5.根据权利要求4所述的控制台,其特征在于:铰接机构使显示板的旋转运动范围至少为180°。
6.根据权利要求4所述的控制台,其特征在于:铰接机构使显示板的回旋运动范围至少为225°。
7.根据权利要求4所述的控制台,其特征在于:铰接机构使显示板具有至少95°的倾斜范围。
8.一种外科手术控制台,其包括:
a)一机体,该机体具有一外部;以及
b)一显示板,其通过一铰接机构安装到机体的外部上,铰接机构包括上、下心轴组件,并使显示板可绕至少三根转轴产生倾斜、回旋、旋转运动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的控制台,其特征在于:上心轴组件将显示板安装到铰接机构上,而下心轴组件则将铰接机构安装到控制台的机体上。
10.根据权利要求7所述的控制台,其特征在于:上、下心轴组件分别包括上、下电缆绕束,电缆绕束使得连接显示板与机体的电缆在其全长上都成为连续而不间断的。
11.根据权利要求6所述的控制台,其特征在于:铰接机构使得显示板的回旋、旋转范围至少为90°。
12.根据权利要求1所述的控制台,其特征在于:铰接机构使显示板具有至少95°的倾斜范围。
13.根据权利要求11所述的控制台,其特征在于:铰接机构使显示板的旋转运动范围至少为180°。
14.根据权利要求11所述的控制台,其特征在于:铰接机构使显示板的回旋运动范围至少为225°。
