Abstract

本发明公开了一种喷射混凝土速凝剂,按重量比将35%的铝矾土,24%的纯碱,30%的石灰石,11%的煤配制成生料,磨成粉状,进入1250℃高温炉煅烧成铝氧熟料,按重量比将40-60%的铝氧熟料和40-60%的沸腾炉渣搅拌均匀后,磨成粉状,细度小15%即可。利用电厂的废沸腾炉渣,变废为宝,减少了炉渣对环境的污染;同时因省去了高温煅烧的明矾石,节约了电能,降低了生产成本,保证了混凝土的后期强度。

喷射混凝土速凝剂
                                技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土速凝剂,尤其是用矿井、隧道、地铁等施工中使用的喷射混凝土速凝剂。
                                背景技术
已知的喷射混凝土的速凝剂是由铅氧熟料加入经高温煅烧的明矾石及矾泥、石膏等混合材制成的,因而致使混凝土的后期强度较低,回弹率较高,不能适应施工工艺要求,不能保证工程质量;同时因需高温煅烧明矾石,增加了电耗,致使产品生产成本较高。
                                发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种利用电厂的废沸腾炉渣生产的喷射混凝土速凝剂,该速凝剂大大降低了生产成本,保证了工程质量的提高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:按重量比将35%的铝矾土,24%的纯碱,30%的石灰石,11%的煤配制成生料,磨成粉状,进入1250℃高温炉煅烧成铝氧熟料,按重量比将40-60%的铝氧熟料和40-60%的沸腾炉渣搅拌均匀后,磨成粉状,细度小15%即可。
沸腾炉渣是由煤矸石经硫化床锅炉的煅烧而生成的,其火山灰活性成分较多,Al2O3含量达30%(而明矾石仅为18%),因而使得凝结的时间进一步缩短,在火山灰活性的作用下,保证了混凝土的后期强度。
本发明的优点:利用电厂的废沸腾炉渣,变废为宝,减少了炉渣对环境的污染;同时因省去了高温煅烧的明矾石,节约了电能,降低了生产成本,保证了混凝土的后期强度。
                                具体实施方式
将35公斤的铝矾土,24公斤纯碱,30公斤的石灰,11公斤的煤配制成生料,经过1.5米大型球磨机,磨成细度小于15%的粉末,经过成球盘团成大约15mm的球状,进高炉高温煅烧(炉温为1250℃),生成铝氧熟料,取50公斤的铝氧熟料和50公斤的沸腾炉渣,搅拌均匀后进入1.5米球磨机磨成粉状,细度小15%即可。含水率小于2%,净浆凝结时间初凝小于3分钟,终凝小于5分钟,1天抗压强度大于10Mpa。

1.一种喷射混凝土速凝剂,其特征是按重量比将35%的铝矾土,24%的纯碱,30%的石灰石,11%的煤配制成生料,磨成粉状,进入1250℃高温炉煅烧成铝氧熟料,按重量比将40-60%的铝氧熟料和40-60%的沸腾炉渣搅拌均匀后,磨成粉状,细度小15%即可。
