背景技术
EP 0 421 145 B1示出了一种橡皮滚筒套筒,其中一个载体套筒设置有一层橡皮覆层。在设计的变型形式中,该橡皮覆层包括四个或四个以上的层。由于该多层结构,橡皮滚筒套筒的制造是复杂的,并且套筒相应较贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制造简单的橡皮滚筒套筒。
根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求1的特征部分实现。由于单层结构,所以可以成本有效地制造该橡皮滚筒套筒,且复杂性低。

具体实施方式
图1中示出的橡皮滚筒套筒包含有一个可通过空气膨胀的内载体套筒2,在该内载体套筒上装配有一个由一个单一层3构成的橡皮覆层。载体套筒2在该示例性实施例中由一种金属,例如钢构成,并由一个其端部焊接在一起的板制成,从而形成对接部4。然而,载体套筒2也可以设计成环状的,即是说不具有一个对接部,例如通过电镀由镍制成。此外,载体套筒2可以由塑料构成,例如一种纤维增强性环氧树脂,如GRP。在每种情况下,载体套筒2都可以借助于压缩空气弹性膨胀,并通过这种方式可以被轴向推到印刷单元滚筒5上。在图1中也示出了印刷单元滚筒5。该印刷单元滚筒具有气孔,可通过该气孔施加用于膨胀载体套筒2的压缩空气。
层3可以具有一个对接部10。层3可粘结接合或硫化在载体套筒2上,对接部10作为一个接合点形成。或者是,该对接部也可以形成为一个间隙11,如果合适的话,该间隙可以填充以弹性材料。有利地是,层3同样可以为环状的,即是说不具有一个对接部或间隙。
图2示出了层3的结构。层3涂敷在载体套筒2上,并在与外表面7间隔一定距离的位置处包含有气夹件8形式的可压缩元件和影响硬度的细丝9。细丝9大体在橡皮滚筒套筒1的圆周方向上对齐,有利的是具有大约10-30mm的长度。也可以设置可压缩的纤维来取代夹气件8。层3由一种橡皮材料构成,例如通常用于橡皮垫的橡皮材料构成。夹气件8和细丝9这二者都不是均匀分布在层3中的。在径向方向上,向载体套筒2布置了较多的夹气件,而径向方向上向外表面布置了较密的细丝9。相应的,硬度S在层3的厚度d的区域中向外增加,而相对可压缩性K向载体套筒2增加。硬度S和相对可压缩性K同样也表示图1中的厚度d的区域。
图3和4示出了夹气件8的和细丝9的分布的其它变型形式。为简单起见,在很大程度上保留了根据图2的附图标记。根据图3,细丝9在层3.1中向外表面7布置得较密,从而硬度S沿该方向增加。夹气件是均匀分布的,从而相对可压缩性在层3.1的整个厚度上是相同的。
根据图4,细丝9布置成越向外侧越密,但是最终向外表面7布置成再次具有较大的间隔。硬度在整个厚度区域上的曲线是一致的。如果给定夹气件8的选择好的均匀分布,便建立恒定的相对可压缩性K。
可压缩元件8的和细丝9的在径向方向上的布置形式的其它变型形式是可能的。此外,层3也可以只包含可压缩元件8或只包含细丝9。另外,改变可压缩元件8的和/或细丝9的影响载体套筒2的轴向方向上的硬度的布置的密度同样是可能的。因此,可改善待印刷的卷筒纸输送,并可有利地改善印刷输出的输送。

Claims (7)
1.橡皮滚筒套筒(1)(转印滚筒套筒),特别是用于胶印机的橡皮滚筒套筒,其具有一个可通过空气膨胀的内载体套筒(2),在该内载体套筒上设有橡皮覆层,其特征在于,该由单一层(3、3.1、3.2)构成,该层在与外表面(7)间隔一定距离的位置处包含有可压缩元件(8)和/或例如影响硬度(S)的细丝(9)的元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的橡皮滚筒套筒,其特征在于,可压缩元件(8)均匀分布在层(3、3.1、3.2)中或按它们的数量在橡皮滚筒套筒(1)的径向和/或轴向方向上变化布置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的橡皮滚筒套筒,其特征在于,该可压缩元件是夹气件(8)或细丝的可压缩件。
4.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的橡皮滚筒套筒,其特征在于,影响硬度(S)的细丝(9)主要沿橡皮滚筒套筒(1)的圆周方向对齐,并均匀布置或按它们的密度在橡皮滚筒套筒(1)的径向和/或轴向方向上变化布置。
5.如上述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的橡皮滚筒套筒,其特征在于,层(3、3.1、3.2)是环状的。
6.如上述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的橡皮滚筒套筒,其特征在于,该层具有一个对接部(10)或间隙(11)。
7.如上述权利要求1-4中任一项所述的橡皮滚筒套筒,其特征在于,层(3、3.1、3.2)粘结接合或硫化在载体套筒(2)上,并具有一个接合对接部(10)或一个间隙(11)。
