发明背景
1.发明领域

2.相关技术
在1995年11月7日授权的美国专利No.5,464,443和1998年10月20日授权的美国专利No.5,824,110中,描述了配置成能装入被截肢者残肢并包括用于将假体窝固定在一个假体装置上的假体窝部件如联锁装置的模制的假体窝。
1993年4月13日授权的美国专利No.5,201,774和1979年1月16日授权的美国专利No.4,134,159中,描述了各种其它假体窝部件如一个与此种假体窝联结的旋塞或转矩吸收器。
各种假体窝部件通常连接在该窝的闭合端部上,以使该窝能够连接在一个假体装置上或以其它方式便于使用该假体窝。例如,上述美国专利No.5,464,443显示一种与被装入一联锁装置中的柔性内衬物联结的锯齿状杆或销,使得包含被截肢者残肢的内衬物可以与连接在该窝闭合端部上的假体装置进行联锁。
上述美国专利No.5,201,774描述一种整体模制在一假体窝中的旋塞系统。
按照已知的现有技术,此种假体窝部件通常整体模制在该假体窝中或利用适当的紧固件如销联锁系统或旋塞来固定在其外部上,该紧固件可拆卸,以允许替换该假体窝部件。
非常希望简化将假体窝部件如销联锁装置、旋塞装置、牵索装置或其它部件包括在假件窝的远端中的手续,由此可以利用一个可拆卸地固定在假体窝远端上的止动器装置将该部件可以移动地固定在假体窝的远端中。
发明概要
按照本发明的一个优选实施例,一个假体窝的远端部以这样的方式模制,就是提供一个能容纳一假体窝部件的凹槽,而该假体窝的远端有出入该凹槽的孔。该孔设有整体的螺纹或者模制或固定于其中的其它连接机构,孔中旋入或连接一个将一假体窝部件有效地保持在该凹槽中的止动器。该止动器可以选择地移出,以便能够以简单而方便的方式替换该假件窝部件。
或者是,可以将不同的配接器固定在该假体窝上。此种配接器容纳不同类型的假体装置,如具有锥形和四孔附接系统的装置。

本发明优选实施例详述
参照图1,假体窝10可以是铸造、模制、层压或按照已知的技术以合成的增强部件用其它方法制成的,用来在假体窝的开口端部12中安置被截肢者的残肢(未示出)。假体窝10是刚性的,能够承载由被截肢者施加在该窝上的适当的负荷。窝10在其开口端部处的形状可以做成能容放膝下截肢或膝上截肢。如果需要,该窝可比内衬合适的低摩擦纤维(未示出),并可包括一外罩(未示出)。
窝10的形状做成在其闭合的远端14处有一假体窝部件凹槽16,其形状和尺寸能以下述方式装入一个假体窝部件如棘轮或其它类型的销联锁配置。在假体窝装置的邻近凹槽16的侧壁中可以设置一个合适的开口18,以容纳用于棘轮或其它销联锁系统的释放驱动器杆,其例子将在下面描述。
假体窝10形成一个主容积20,用于接受被截肢者的残肢。按照本发明的优选实施例,主容积20和凹槽16之间有一个包括整体模制的螺纹24的最好圆形的出入孔22,螺纹24延伸在孔22的一段长度上。孔22提供对假体窝10的远端中的凹槽16的出入口。
如果需要,在假体窝10的远端中可以模制一个小室26作为凹槽16的延伸部,以容放(例如)可以以下述方式安置在凹槽16中的与一锁销联锁装置一起使用的锁销(见图2)。
图2中例示带有棘轮锁销型联锁装置28的图1所示的假体窝10,该联锁装置28已安置在假体窝10的远端14处的凹槽16中。联锁装置28是在与锁销释放杆30装配之前安置在凹槽16中的,释放杆30通过孔18插入,并在联锁装置28安置于凹槽16中之后与其装配。
或者是,联锁装置28可以包括一个如美国专利No.5,928,290、No.6,093,210和No.6,235,062所述的锁销系统(未示出)。该锁销系统包括一个具有一圆筒形通道和倾斜垫圈的紧固装置,该倾斜垫圈的尺寸和形状能以最小阻力插入一个销。该锁销系统允许该销转动而仍然将销安全地紧固在该紧固装置中,以防止销从圆筒形通道中解锁。
在装置28已安置在凹槽16中并与锁释放杆30装配后,将一个有外螺纹34的圆筒形止动器32旋入孔22中,使螺纹34与孔22的螺纹24匹配啮合。
止动器驱动器36可以用于通过螺纹34、24来啮合和推进止动器32与联锁装置28牢固啮合。例如,止动器驱动器36可以包括与止动器32中凹槽40啮合的凸块38和一个可以用套筒扳手啮合的六角头42。在凸块38与槽40啮合的时候,加在六角头42上的转矩将使止动器32转动,当沿一个方向转动时,该转动将推进该止动器与装置锁定或牢固啮合,而当沿反方向转动时,该转动将能够退出止动器32,并随后通过倒转上述装配手续而从凹槽16退出装置28。
应当理解,小室26是任意选择的,假体窝10的远端14可以模制或用其它方式制成而无需此种附件。
装置28可以用一个使主容积20和假体窝10的外部连通的旋塞装置(未示出)来代替,或者可以包括通常与假体窝在其远端处联接的任何其它合适的装置。例如,在该凹槽中可以包括一个牵索装置(未示出),而在假体窝的远端中形成一个合适的孔,使该牵索能从凹槽16伸出到主容积20外面的区域。
虽然螺纹24被例示为使止动器能与假体窝10连接的联接装置,但可以理解,可以使用任何其它合适的联接装置,包括一种类似于熟悉的用于自动灯泡的卡口型插座的快速断开装置或能使止动器32在一个可以将假体窝部件固定在该窝的远端处的凹槽区域16内的位置上固定在假体窝10中的任何其它合适连接装置。
虽然凹槽16被例示为一个环状或圆形开口,但可以理解,该凹槽可以是其尺寸和形状能容纳被止动器32保持在凹槽16内的所要假体窝部件的任何合适的形状。
假体窝10及其相关的凹槽16、出入孔22和螺纹24可以在图3所示的模具42上通过例如层压或模压假体窝材料而制成,该模具42已预先成形而符合被截肢者的按照已知假体手续的残肢外形。一个金属导向件44用合适的紧固件如双面胶粘带紧固在模具42的远端42′上。一个凸形插头部件46与导向件44装配,而一个垫圈48可以用于密封插头46的内部来防止未固定的假体窝材料漏入插头46。一个模具插头50插入插头46的侧孔52中,附加的模具插头54、56装配在插头46的远端上。然后该全套装配件形成一个凸形模具,合适的假体材料在模具上模制、层压或用其它方法涂敷,随后固化为图1和2中所示的刚性的能承载负荷的材料。
各种模具插头部件46、50、54和56的形状可以做成在假体窝的远端中形成空腔形状,这些形状将在该窝的远端处容纳各种所要的窝部件。例如,在图3所示的实施例中,插头46包括将用于在图1所示的假体窝的孔22中模制整体螺纹24的外螺纹58。当用于形成假体窝10的材料在例示的模具42和插头部件上模制或层压时,模具插头56用来形成小室26的内部轮廓的插头50将用于形成孔18。
虽然模具插头58上示出螺纹46,但可以理解,按照在止动器32和假体窝10之间可能需要的任何希望的联接装置,在插头58上可以形成任何其它合适的凸形或凹形轮廓。同样,虽然与止动器32和孔22有关的螺纹或其它连接系统用窝材料或窝的其它可固化成分整体模制成,但此种螺纹或连接系统可以作为子组件模制或用其它方式固定在该窝的远端中而形成。
图4表示图1的假体窝10的另一实施例,它还包括一个通过假体窝10埋置和固定的组装环60,用于替代在图1的假体窝的孔22中形成的整体螺纹24。固定的组装环60能更容易地移去插头46。除了组装环60外,用于形成图4的假体窝10的部件与图3中所用部件相似。
在图1的假体窝的又一个实施例中,图6表示包括一锥形联轴器68的假体窝10。假体窝10包括一个代替在图1的假体窝的孔中形成的整体螺纹24的装配环60和一个安置在窝的远端处的凹槽区域16中的锥形联轴器68。图7例示用于形成图6中所示的假体窝10的各部件。用于形成图6的假体窝10的各部件与图3中所用的各部件相似,但还包括锥形联轴器68、锥形帽盖70和装配环60。
在图1的假体窝的另一个替换的实施例中,图8表示假体窝10有一个安置和紧固在假体窝10的远端14处的凹槽区域16中的四孔配接器62。四孔配接器62内部有螺纹,同时替代图1的假体窝的孔22中形成的内螺纹24。图9例示用于形成图8中示出的假体窝10的各部件。用于形成图8的假体窝10的各部件与图3中所用的各部件相似,但还包括四孔配接器62。

2.权利要求1所述的假体窝,其特征在于,所述出入孔是圆形的,而所述联接装置包括螺纹。
3.权利要求1所述的假体窝,其特征在于包括一个位于所述凹槽内的假体窝部件和一个可拆卸的止动器,该止动器安置在所述出入孔内的所述联接装置在该假体窝部件可拆卸地保持在所述凹槽中的位置上保持联接啮合。
4.权利要求3所述的假体窝,其特征在于,所述联接装置包括螺纹而所述止动器装置包括其形状制成能与出入孔中螺纹相互配合的螺纹,由此,当止动器的螺纹和出入孔的螺纹之间啮合时,该止动器装置可以由于其转动而通过该孔被推进到与假体窝部件啮合,或从该孔退出以将该假体窝部件可拆卸地保持在所述凹槽中。
5.权利要求4所述的假体窝装置,其特征在于,所述止动器装置包括至少一个通入所述主容积内的驱动槽,所述槽设置成能容纳一个具有至少一个其形状制成能啮合所述槽的突出部的驱动器。
6.权利要求5所述的假体窝装置,其特征在于,所述假体窝部件选自由棘轮锁销接受和锁定装置、牵索装置或旋塞装置组成的组合。
7.权利要求2所述的假体窝,其特征在于,所述螺纹与所述侧壁被模制成一个整体件。
8.权利要求1所述的假体窝,其特征在于,所述出入孔为圆孔,而所述联接装置包括螺纹,其中所述联接装置包括一个埋置在所述出入孔内并形成所述螺纹的紧固环。
9.权利要求1所述的假体窝,其特征在于包括位于所述凹槽内的所述假体窝部件和一个可拆卸的止动器,该止动器与安置在所述出入孔内的所述联接装置在该假体窝部件可拆卸地保持在所述凹槽中的位置上保持联接啮合。
10.权利要求9所述的假体窝,其特征在于,所述联接装置还包括一个由所述假体窝固定在所述远端上并适合于与所述可拆卸的止动器相互配合的锥形配接器。
11.权利要求1所述的假体窝,其特征在于,所述联接装置包括一个具有内螺纹并在该远端处固定于所述假体窝上的四孔配接器,所述四孔配接器形成所述凹槽和所述出入孔。
12.权利要求10所述的假体窝,其特征在于包括位于所述凹槽内的所述假体窝部件和一个可拆卸的止动器,该止动器与安置在所述出入孔内的所述联接装置在该假体窝部件可拆卸地保持在所述凹槽中的位置上保持联接啮合。
