Abstract

Description
发明的背景
本发明涉及一种探测系统,更具体地说,是一种主要地用于检测,施加了烟嘴纸以后内部和末端滤芯组件的有无的香烟探测系统。
在现今的香烟制造机器中,已经提出多种探测设备,对于需要组合的或多组件滤芯的香烟探测遗漏香烟滤芯和遗漏滤芯段。主要地来说,这些探测系统可探测施加烟嘴纸之前的滤芯段也可只探测完全组装好的香烟的露出的可见的滤芯末端。然而,一旦施加了烟嘴纸,内部滤芯组件夹在烟丝条和外部滤芯组件之间,这些内部滤芯组件是不可见的。
施加了烟嘴纸以后,探测香烟内部滤芯组件的有无,是100%确信内部滤芯组件实际上在适当位置的唯一方法。以前的探测传感器在滤芯探测过程中,因为施加烟嘴纸的过程中遗漏内部滤芯组件的情况可能会发生,使得没法提供这样的可信度。因此,探测被烟嘴纸包起来后的内部滤芯组件是100%确信没有遗漏组件的香烟送到香烟生产机器下游的唯一方法。
发明的概述
因此,本发明的目的是,一种探测系统,其主要地探测施加了烟嘴纸以后内部滤芯组件的有无。
本发明的另外一个目的是,一个探测系统,其操作简单却能在生产中高效和高可靠地剔除高速香烟流中的不合格香烟。
本发明的另外一个目的是,一种香烟探测系统,使用红外线传感器穿过烟嘴纸探测一个完全组装好的香烟内部滤芯组件的有无。
本发明还有另外一个目的是,一种探测系统,探测一个可见的末端滤芯组件以及内部滤芯组件的有无。

发明的详细说明
参照附图,更具体地说,图1说明一种用于检测施加了烟嘴纸14以后组装好的香烟12的内部和末端滤芯组件的有无的探测系统10。为了用于进行说明,如所示的香烟12的滤芯组件包含一个内部木炭组件16和一个醋酸纤维素末端组件18。然而,其它滤芯设置可以在探测系统10上进行测试,这种滤芯包括内部和末端组件。
组装好的香烟12沿着包括快速旋转的传送鼓20的外表面的高速通路行进。该鼓的外表面包含有多个紧密间隔的凹槽22,并且香烟放置在这些凹槽中。如众所周知的那样,通过孔24施加的吸力将香烟固定在凹槽中。
如图1和2所示的,探测系统10包括一个第一探测站26,该探测站26包括位于组装好的香烟12行进的高速行进通路相对两侧上的一个红外线发射器28和一个红外线接收器30。发射器28发出穿过每根香烟内部木炭滤芯组件16区域的横向检测光束32,来检测滤芯组件的有无。一个座架34和枢轴连接36起的作用是可调节地确保发射器28在适当的位置,以及一个相同的座架板38和枢轴连接40起的作用是可调节地确保接收器30在适当的位置。
第二探测站42定位在略微地位于第一探测站28下游的地方。第二探测站42包含光学传感器44,该光学传感器44沿着实质上平行于被探测的组装好的香烟纵向轴的路线,对着末端滤芯组件18发出纵向的检测光束46。
一个控制装置50用于操作第一和第二探测站,并且当检测到至少有一个滤芯组件不存在时,从高速行进通路上剔除不合格的香烟。在说明的实施例中,控制器50全部包括信号调节器52,最大电控器54和精确数据收集器56。当第二探测站的光学传感器44检测到末端滤芯组件18存在时,控制器50允许一个组装好的香烟12继续留在高速行进通路上,除非以前的略微地位于上游的第一探测站26没能检测到内部滤芯组件16的存在。在那种情况下,用于末端滤芯组件的第二探测被中断,不合格的香烟从高速行进通路上剔除。
基本来说,如果光学传感器44检测到末端滤芯组件18的存在,将产生一个使完成的香烟留在传送鼓中的信号,并且最后允许香烟保留在高速行进通路中。另一方面,如果光学传感器44没有检测到末端滤芯组件18,产生一个最后导致从传送鼓上剔除香烟的信号。第一和第二探测站彼此独立地操作,除非当第一探测站26确定组装好的香烟12没有内部木炭滤芯组件。在这种情况下,控制器50中断来自光学传感器44的信号,该信号否则会允许香烟保留在它的高速行进通路上。当控制器50没有接收到光学传感器的信号时,不合格的香烟遭到拒绝。
重要的是第一探测站不产生直接地关系到拒绝香烟的控制的信号。相反,第一探测站通过中断任何来自第二探测站42的光学传感器44的信号,间接地导致不合格香烟的拒绝。其特定的方法的优点在于在程序改编量或对控制器50改造量大大地降低到最小。此外,这种方法允许第一探测站定位在仅仅约4度的上游,并且远离光学传感器44。由于第一探测站定位在靠近传送鼓20上不合格香烟被拒绝的点,使得香烟传送到下游之前没有足够的时间去判断一个不合格的香烟及拒绝该香烟。另外一个优点是这种方法消除了对于一种单独控制的需要,该单独控制响应于来自第一探测站的适当的信号,激活传送鼓的香烟拒绝系统。
Claims (4)
1.一种探测系统,用于检测施加了烟嘴纸以后组装好的香烟内部和末端滤芯组件的有无,该探测系统包含一个用于沿着高速行进通路移动组装好的香烟的传送部分,一个第一探测站构造和安装成发出穿过每根香烟内部滤芯组件区域的横向检测光束,一个第二探测站构造和安装成用于沿着实际上平行于香烟纵向轴的路线对着末端滤芯组件发出纵向的检测光束,以及控制装置,当第二探测站检测到末端滤芯组件存在时允许组装好的香烟沿着高速行进通路继续,除非以前的第一探测站没有检测到内部滤芯组件的存在,在这种情况下,第二探测被中断,并且不合格的香烟从高速行进通路上剔除。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种探测系统,其中第一探测站包括在高速行进通路相对两侧上的一个红外线发射器和一个红外线接收器。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种探测系统,其中第二探测站包括一个光学传感器。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种探测系统,其中传送部分包括一个外表面上有香烟接收凹槽的旋转鼓。
