Abstract

Description

带有整体扣紧件的套筒
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品,但并不仅局限于此,本发明尤指用于保护细长物件如导管、管线和导电体的套筒。本发明特指采用编织等技术实现钩环类扣紧机构整体结合的套筒。
背景技术
将单丝纱、复丝纱做成柔性的纺织、编织或针织网套筒,用于保护电缆、软管等诸如此类物件的工艺已在业内为人们熟悉。通常此类套筒是在其长度方向延伸区域采用相互啮合的扣紧件,该扣紧件相互啮合,用于保持套筒的环绕状态。已知的由FEDRAL-MOGUL系统保护集团公司生产的套筒是排列成条形的多重钩环式扣紧元件,一般沿着相对两侧的边缘排列。钩形扣紧件以织物带的形式粘结固定,或被缝在构成套筒的柔性网上。环材料也可以是带形或构成一个其环形部分呈条形的膨体复丝纬纱。该纱纤维和钩相互粘连而起到封闭套筒的作用。此类套筒之所以为业内广泛接受是因为它使用方便,造价相对低廉,并且当某被包裹线缆需要在某点与车内仪表或设备连接时,穿过也较方便。
尽管现有套筒技术被广泛接受,应用上仍需要在保证封闭强度等同或优于先有技术的前提下造价降低并经久耐用的相互啮合的钩-环式封闭结构,该结构在非故意的使用时能具备相对较高的抗分离力。
发明内容
本发明套筒织网的材料包括单丝经纱和由高支膨体纱或其它高柔性纱构成的纬纱。套筒上纺着由多排辅助经纱组成的带或区。每个辅助经纱与一个相邻的经纱罗织(即双股扭织)。环会周期性地在该织网的表面生成并突显出。该环被割断后就形成了钩。辅助经纱的端部被捕获并锁定在底层经纱和高柔性纬纱之间。为使施加于钩子的握持力最大,该区域经纱的密度非常高。最好将底层经纱和辅助经纱压紧以使它们在该区域相互接触。为使其挠性最大,套筒剩余部分可采用密度大大小于上述区域织排的平纹编织。这可以通过在非整体钩区域每英寸长度内少用经纱来实现。
虽然双成份纱或者其它柔性纱可用作纬纱,比较偏爱的做法是用疏松纱,特别是膨体复丝纱。这种纱被认为是在ASTM的“纺织材料标准”(第33部分第14页,1979年)总标题为“疏松纱”中所定义的,也可以包括其中特别定义的“膨体纱”和“膨松纱”。使用柔性纱的一个重要方面就是其足以支撑辅助经纱,并在与底层经纱的交织处形成一凹穴将其定位。此编排的好处是提供了一整体编织钩,避免使用粘接剂来使其就位。这种结构的另一个优点是避免编织网沿长度方向卷曲的倾向,当钩子被限制在某处时,这种情况时有发生。
当膨体纱被用作柔性纬纱时,所述复丝可能呈带状,此带最好沿套筒的对应边线的长度方向沿伸,或者在其它位置沿织物的长度方向沿伸。露出的纺丝最好分散得好象起毛处理一样,从而形成纤维环,当该网卷绕包裹需保护的细长物件时,纤维环便与钩子联锁,且钩子被挤压进众多被分散的纺丝中。
所述钩子被限制在沿织网长度方向沿伸的一个或多个区域的多排中。在一较佳实施方案中,钩子沿织网的一侧边缘伸展,而环则沿着相对一侧的边缘伸展。可选择或附加的是,具有整体钩的纵向延伸区域可以从一个边缘向内侧疏绕。同样,在一个或多个区域具有可啮合扣环的露出的复丝纱从相对一侧边缘向内侧疏绕。两种安排方式都具备可调节性,从而使得套筒包裹不同数量和尺寸的物体时都装配整齐。
在本发明的一个较佳实施方式中,发现辅助经纱单丝的直径需较大。最好,经纱的直径和辅助经纱单丝的直径在0.008英寸和大约0.012英寸之间。另外,如果柔性纱是膨体复丝纱,其支数应该在700支到1300支之间。织成品的投梭密度应该介于每英寸11到19梭。
在上述范围内选择辅助经纱单丝和膨体复丝纬纱,其好处在于辅助单丝在单丝经纱与纬纱之间可更容易也更紧密地定位。柔性纬纱压在与辅助单丝的接触点处,填塞其周围的所有空隙并防止钩和环被拉开时滑移。与目前商用的钩-环带式产品相比,即使钩子的实际密度较低,也能够实现同等或更高的密闭强度,此优势的取得不需要使用粘结剂将钩元件与织网粘结起来,由此在生产中省掉了即昂贵又耗时的生产工艺过程,结合起来看时,本发明使用经纱单丝和柔性纬纱达到了本发明的重要目的,即提供一种具有超强密闭强度的整体钩环密封方式的套筒。
本发明前述的和其它主要目的以及优点,通过下面对具体实施例的详细描述将会更加明显。
具有实现本发明的目标所必要的性能的编织网,一般在经纱方向上用单丝,在纬纱方向用柔性纱进行平纹编织。如前所述,柔性纱可以是疏松纱,也可以是包含双成份的纱。双成份纱包括DREF-精纺纱,该纱可以由一根线芯或可热塑的单丝芯以及用玻璃纤维或其它柔性纤维材料制成的鞘构成。经纱单丝可以是线,也可以是“工程塑料”类的聚合材料,或是两者的结合。双成分单丝其芯是相对较硬的聚合材料,鞘最好用诸如尼龙、聚酯等材料。

具体实施方式
首先参见图1,如图所示,常规织机10用于编织生产本发明套筒所需的织网12。该织网最好由直径约0.010英寸的单丝经纱14和由尼龙制成的柔性膨体单丝纱16所组成。一种合适的聚酯膨体纱是900支的Ansotex纱(970-136-00-IR-IR79),它由佛吉尼亚州Petersburg的Honeywell公司生产。
该织机10配备常规罗织综片(leno heddles)18,相对于织物来说,它们被置于形成一排排的钩的区域,如图所示,该罗织综片18沿着织网12的一个边缘定位于织机的一侧。该织机10还包括一个筘20,它有一个带有筘齿22的隔离段21,该筘齿间隔开用于接纳置于套筒织网12的织物平面上的矢状饰24。
在本发明的具体实施中,隔离段21的筘齿22宽到足以接收两个矢状饰24,并且为八个底层经纱和两个辅助经纱留出余隙。矢状饰24在介于罗织综片18之间的筘齿22的背面延伸。
每个罗织综片通过一个引线器(图中未示)引导一个辅助经纱17,正如本领域技术人员所知,在纺织过程中,罗织综片18托起辅助经纱,水平移动其穿过一个底层经纱和矢状饰24,然后向下移回原位,如此在矢状饰上形成一个环17a。按照本发明,在织物形成过程中,每隔二到三个纬纱,罗织综片就竖立一次而形成一个环。矢状饰24与织物套筒形成时的相对位置参见图2所示,其中环为17a。
图3和图4所示为包含了整体钩的织物片断。辅助单丝的环随后通过加热切割而制成突出的钩子,见图4中的17b。最好钩子形成于相邻环17a的反方向端。辅助单丝于是被分隔成段,每段的中间部分都在柔性纬纱16和相邻的底层经纱14之间定位,同时每段的钩子最好是反向的。必要时,可在需要增加钩子的位置上添置额外的辅助经纱和罗织综片,从而将包含多排钩子的相隔开的区域整合进织物中。通常在沿套筒一侧边缘的至少一个条带或区域内设置多排相隔开的钩子,当然对本发明来说,这并非必须。
本发明在形成具有整体钩的套筒时,为了将钩子锁定在柔性纬纱和单丝中,织物在钩子的钩合部位编织得相对较紧是很重要的。因此,发现700支到1300支的柔性纬纱采用每英寸11到19梭的投梭密度编织,尽管对于某些产品,投梭数高达28,但也没有脱离本发明的范围。现场的一些实验将基本确定柔性纱的柔性是否可满足某种产品的应用要求。图示产品使用了投梭密度为每英寸16梭的900支膨体纱,发现结果非常好。该示例套筒钩子的形成区域使用了每英寸约80根直径约0.008英寸的经纱。尽管一种方案是第一排钩与第二排钩发生1梭的偏移会增强钩子与膨体纬纱间的相互粘合,但直径约0.008到0.012英寸的钩子单丝仍可并排形成。
套筒12的其余部分用余下的(omitted)辅助单丝编织。这一部分最好用大约二分之一的经纱单丝,使之产生柔性和相对敞开的结构。
如图1、图5所示,单丝膨体纱沿与钩子所处条带的边缘相对的套筒的一侧边缘延伸。如果需要,单丝膨体纱可进行起毛处理或将丝分离并拉入环中,当钩和环被压在一起时,沿织物的相对两侧边缘,该环可与钩啮合并锁定。通过去除所需要在此区域显露出来的经纱可使其它膨体纬纱的显露区域由边缘向内侧形成。按照本发明,具有沿着边缘显露复丝和整体化钩子的套筒如图5所示。除了如图5所示的搭接封闭形式之外,也可利用膨体纱的内表面实现与整体钩的封闭,从而根据需要使套筒呈露珠状的横截面形态。
本技术对于生产美国专利号为5413149和6045884类的套筒也适用。根据这些专利生产成品时,使用弹性可设定的纬纱单丝且预设好弹性。该可设定弹性的纺丝将打开的套筒偏移至闭合位置。根据上述’149号专利,弹性被设定的纺丝赋予了套筒额外的抗缠绕性。在将此类套筒改造成提供整体钩时,其柔性纱可以是具有热塑性单丝内芯和柔性材料外层的双成份纱。这种具有一根线芯或可定弹性的聚合内芯外带柔性纱鞘的双成份纱在业内是存在的。所述纱可以是DREF工艺纱,其纱鞘具有必要的柔韧性,使得在DREF工艺纱的纱鞘和经纱单丝之间锁定该辅助单丝。具有热塑性单丝芯和由聚酯或其它弹性材料制成的柔性聚合外鞘的双成份纱可以自美国南卡罗莱纳州Spartanburg的Johns Manville公司得到。此外,将纬纱中可定弹性的单丝和膨体复丝或其它柔性纱归并可以在这种产品中实现向闭合位置的偏移。
在本发明的另一实施例中,编织了一个在一个区域内整体钩外突于织物表面的套筒。在此例中,钩子可以用来使套筒定位于固定的位置,如定位在汽车发动机的表面部分是通过与常规的环带啮合实现,又如定位在发动机的火墙或门板的内表面是通过与已固定且有部分外露的经起毛处理的膨体复丝纱带啮合实现。
总之,在本发明的各种实施例中,整体化的紧固钩采用纺织品材料形成,用在捆扎诸如汽车、飞机或其它类型的机械中的线路和管路的套筒中。通过使用可产生并支持单丝钩子片段的柔性纬纱,将其与相邻的单丝经纱联锁,而使该整体钩在织物结构内锁定。该发明省略了诸如在织物上粘固钩型带或使用粘性涂层以防止具有钩子部分的材料与织物脱开的步骤。该发明的原理可以用于封闭撕开型的套筒,也可将套筒与固定表面粘接,从而降低与移动机械接触而造成磨损的危险,同时也降低了由振动引起的噪音。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于捆扎细长物件的编织套筒,其特征在于所述套筒包括相互编织的单丝和由柔性材料构成的纱;
多排辅助单丝设置在沿所述套筒长度方向延伸的第一区域;
所述每个辅助单丝分为多个设置在每排中的分隔开的片段,每个片段具有一个支撑在柔性材料中的部分,且由至少一根所述相互编织的单丝锁定在该支撑位置,每个所述片段具有一个从该套筒向外突出且尾部为上弯的钩形的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的的编织套筒,其特征在于所述相互编织的单丝和辅助单丝在经纱方向延伸,而所述由柔性材料构成的纱为纬纱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的的编织套筒,其特征在于所述纬纱显露在与所述第一区域间隔开并与其基本平行的第二区域,所述柔性材料由与所述钩相互啮合的纤维环构成而使包裹所述细长物件的套筒封闭。
4.根据权利要求3所述的的编织套筒,其特征在于所述第一和第二区域位于所述套筒相邻的平行的侧边。
5.根据权利要求2所述的的编织套筒,其特征在于所述纬纱为700到1300支的膨体纱。
6.根据权利要求5所述的的编织套筒,其特征在于所述膨体纱的支数为970支。
7.根据权利要求2所述的的编织套筒,其特征在于所述辅助单丝的直径在0.008和0.012英寸之间。
