Abstract

Description
该发明涉及紧急呼叫系统和设备,该紧急呼叫系统和设备能使该紧急呼叫设备的携带者通知紧急呼叫中心需紧急处理的事件的发生。
例如,老年人在遇见健康问题或保护不受偷窃和袭击时使用该系统和设备。为此,老年人配备一个固定电话和一个设备,该设备用于控制电话,使之通过固定电话自动生成一个电话呼叫到紧急呼叫接收及处理中心。该设备可以是固定电话上的一个简单的按钮或老人携带的能与固定电话进行射频通讯的一个物品。
为便于记忆与拨号,在电话网络上还存在限于两三位数的紧急呼叫号码。
这些现有技术的系统和设备有以下缺陷:
行动范围的局限性,因为这限于电话听筒连接的唯一的网络,如传统电话网,GSM网,因特网等等;
地理位置仅限于电话听筒的临近区域;
呼叫人的确认通过呼叫号码进行,而这不是无误的,特别是在错误电话或恶意电话的情况下;
没有传送关于呼叫人的个人和医疗信息;
没有传送关于紧急状态的生物医学信息,特别是血压,心率,血糖水平等等。
本发明的一个目的在于使用至少一个紧急呼叫设备实现一个紧急呼叫系统,该系统不存在现有技术系统的以上缺点。
这个发明的另一个目的在于实现一个紧急呼叫系统和紧急呼叫设备,该系统和设备使得能够使用所有的现有通讯网络,特别是紧急呼叫设备附近的网络。
本发明的另一个目的在于实现一个允许呼叫人确认的紧急呼叫系统和设备。
本发明的另一个目的在于实现一个紧急呼叫系统和设备,该系统和设备允许呼叫人提供永久的和/或实时的个人医疗信息。因此本发明涉及紧急呼叫系统,特征在于它包含:
至少一个紧急呼叫设备,该紧急呼叫设备能访问至少一个无线通讯网络,该网络包括至少一个通讯装置;和
处理紧急呼叫的服务器,该紧急呼叫由紧急呼叫设备至少通过上述通讯装置发出。
根据该发明,每个紧急呼叫设备包含:
触发紧急呼叫的装置;
在触发紧急呼叫后自动连接上述通讯网及与上述网络通讯设备通信的通信装置;
记录经由通信装置,访问紧急呼叫处理服务器的程序的装置;和
自动使用经由通信装置,访问紧急呼叫处理服务器的程序的装置。
它还包含一个测量呼叫人某些生物统计数据的传感器,通过与先前记录的生物统计数据比较,用于上述呼叫人的确认。
另外,紧急呼叫设备还包含用于记录呼叫人的个人和医疗信息,并按授权的请求传送到紧急呼叫处理服务器的装置。
另外,它还包含装置,该装置用于接收由呼叫人身上的医学传感器发出的信息,并按请求传送到紧急呼叫处理服务器。为保证某些传输信息的机密性,可以使用加密/解密装置。

按照本发明的紧急呼叫系统包含至少一个如标号10所示的紧急呼叫设备和如标号12所示的紧急呼叫处理服务器。
紧急呼叫设备10是非接触式智能卡型的,配有通信装置14,该装置使之能与拥有同样通信装置14的无线通信网18的装置联系与通信。这样的无线通信网和通信装置14在专家文献中有阐述。它们工作在例如由欧洲文献ETS300-328和ETS300-339或由红外线例如IRDA系统定义的射频范围。
因此,紧急呼叫设备10能与便携式通讯装置16联系和通信,该通信设备配有通信装置14。与局部网18相反,根据传统电话网,是设备16能与服务器12通信。
除了通信装置14,紧急呼叫设备10还包含:
装置20,用于触发紧急呼叫,如一个按钮;
装置22,如记录访问服务器程序的存储器,按照局部通信网18的类型和通信装置16的类型的不同,每个程序有所不同。
装置24,如微处理器,该微处理器用于选择正确访问服务器12的程序,以便自动使用。
除了访问程序外,存储器22还记录与登记的持卡人关联的个人和医疗信息。在这些信息中,有用于分辨呼叫人的信息,如访问代码和生物统计信息,通过将该信息与用呼叫按钮20测量的生物统计信息进行比较,能鉴别持卡人,按钮20同时也是一个生物统计传感器。
这些测量出的生物统计信息由微处理器24经由输入/输出电路26进行处理。
输入/输出电路26也用于将微处理器24连接到设备28,以显示携带者的个人和医疗信息,还连接到安装在携带者身上的医疗传感器30,以测量血压,心率,血糖水平等等。这些用医疗传感器30测量的医疗信息被传送到服务器12。
存储器22也用于记录从服务器12接收的信息或指令,然后这些信息被传送给携带者或携带者附近的其他人。
为保证传输信息的机密性,紧急呼叫设备还包含加密/解密装置32,该装置由微处理器24控制。
紧急呼叫设备10优选地配备与局部网(蓝牙,IRDA等等)类型一样多的通信装置14,以便能与位于呼叫设备附近的最大数量的通信装置联系与通信。这就是虚线画的长方形34的意思,表明有许多装置14。
根据本发明的系统的操作如下:
当紧急呼叫设备的携带者按按钮20超过几秒钟,它就会用生物统计数据如指纹来触发携带者鉴别程序。结果,传感器检测的指纹的图象与保存在存储器22中的参考图象相比较。如果比较正确,紧急呼叫程序启动。这首先包括搜索含有通信装置16的局部通信网18。
如比较不正确,呼叫程序不启动。这种鉴别手段能避免非授权人的呼叫。
通信一旦建立,紧急呼叫设备启动经由通信装置16访问服务器的程序。当链接建立,紧急呼叫设备执行一个携带者与之连接的服务器之间相互的鉴别,以确认呼叫。携带者的确认信息被传送到服务器,以便一方面确认呼叫,另一方面保证干涉是可能的。
如有有必要,当服务器的访问权限确认后,个人和/或医疗信息由紧急呼叫设备传送出去。
另外,在来自服务器的请求和确认其访问此类信息的权利后,由传感器30提供的信息将被传送到服务器。
服务器12可以传送信息到紧急呼叫设备10,后者可以经由显示电路28显示这些信息。
根据发明的紧急呼叫系统和设备有以下优点:
它不限于某一特定的通信链接,如电话线,所以这种呼叫可使用多种形式的通信链接;
它不限于某一特定地理位置,这使得可以在任何地方使用它;
从呼叫的一开始就进行呼叫人的确认,避免了错误的呼叫;
在服务器与用户之间,允许信息双向交换,信息加密与否;
通过访问权限的使用,这些信息交换受用户的控制。
Claims (11)
1.用于紧急呼叫紧急呼叫处理服务器(12)的设备(10),包含紧急呼叫触发装置(20),特征在于它包含一个装置(24),该装置用于依靠至少一个通信装置(14)以及依靠一个包含访问服务器(12)的程序的存储器来自动使用访问上述紧急呼叫处理服务器(12)的程序,该装置(14)使访问至少一个无限通信网(18)通信装置(16)成为可能。
2.根据权利要求1的紧急呼叫设备(10),特征在于它是智能卡型介质,包含一个微处理器(24)和至少一个非接触式通信装置(14)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的紧急呼叫设备(10),特征在于紧急呼叫触发装置(20)是生物统计传感器,还在于实施呼叫的装置(24)另外包含比较装置,用于将测得的生物统计数据与包含在存储器(22)中参考生物统计数据相比较,当比较正确,就触发呼叫。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3的紧急呼叫设备(10),特征在于所述存储器(22)另包含关于携带者的个人和/或医疗信息,这些信息将传送到处理服务器(12)。

8.一种紧急呼叫系统,特征在于它包含至少一个根据权利要求1至7中任一项的紧急呼叫设备(10),以及一个处理从紧急呼叫设备(10)利用至少所述通信装置(16)发出的紧急呼叫的服务器(12)。
9.紧急呼叫一个紧急呼叫处理服务器(12)的方法,包含触发紧急呼叫的第一步,其特征在于它另外包含以下步骤:
选择适当的访问服务器(12)的程序;
使用经由通信装置(16)访问服务器(12)的程序。
10.根据权利要求9的紧急呼叫方法,特征在于它另外包含确认呼叫人的步骤,以便只有在肯定确认的情况下,才使用访问服务器12的程序。
11.根据权利要求9或10的紧急呼叫方法,特征在于它另外包含一个步骤,传送呼叫者的个人和/或医疗信息到处理服务器(12)。
