Description
技术领域
本发明关于一种摆动装置,其可适用以仿真一种划船运动。
背景技术
现有的划船仿真装置,传统都称之为划船器健身器(rower),有很多不同的构造,不过所有的构造都是由可移动式构造的座平面所组成,如此所成型的装置可适用以仿真该划船运动。
现有的划船装置一般区分为两类,一种是″皮带式″划船装置,其具有一如同常用的桨般的杆,该桨透过一皮带连结到一剎车系统上,另一种是″臂式″划船装置,其具有两根杆子仿真该桨,且被连结到一剎车系统上。
此构想一开始是该摆动装置特别针对仿真水中划船而设计,制造者设计一种完全同于水中划船训练的地面训练装置,惟在上面所述的两种型态运动健身器大体上差异仍然存在。
事实上,一个运动者在水中被训练,他或她的身体涉及的不只是划动出力,而且还涉及保持在船上适当的平衡状态。
事实上,由于船或艇的结构,及因为水的流体特性,运动者操控的表面或平面乃无法保持在一固定的倾斜度,而是其之倾斜度持续地在改变。
这种不稳定的状况,使得运动者所有的运动肌肉筋膜受到一种反作用,因此在运动时即会增加所需的出力。
图1显示一种典型的常用的划船器,包含有一个支撑架1,其透过各支撑组件2支撑在地板上,以固定不动的方式支撑该支撑架1。
该划船器包含有一座平面3,其得沿着该支撑架1自由地滑动,二足台4固设在该支撑架1处,一飞轮5其可相对于一固设在该支撑架1上的枢轴8自由地转动,且在该枢销上套设有一端部具有手把7的皮带6。
如此的划船器构造容许运动者仿真该划船运动,利用拉动该手把7,即可联动该飞轮5转动,该飞轮5一般包含有一剎车系统供调整运动的出力者。
该座平面3可以自由地滑动,以便容许运动者或使用者弯曲及伸出他的底部或下肢,透过运动者脚支撑在二足台4上达到提供出力,所以,将有助于划船运动的进行。
至于其它已知的划船构造,其大体上的不同则是在于采用的剎车系统不同(液压的、电磁的、气压的),或是关于其它构件安装位置的不同。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种摆动装置,其可适用以仿真一种划船运动,特别是尽可能精确地仿真提供运动者或使用者划过水的出力。
本发明的主要目的提供一种摆动装置,其得仿真一摇桨的船漂浮通过水面的传统摆动动作,因此藉由仿真,在运动时即可引导该使用者保持使该摆动装置定位在中心。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种摆动装置,其可适用于任何型态的划船器,甚至于是传统现存的型式亦可。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种摆动装置,其可适用于充分地训练关于水中划船运动所有的身体系统,亦即肌肉(动力)系统、心肌(阻力)系统及神经中枢肌肉(平衡及空间移动)系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种摆动装置,包含有一个支撑架,其透过各支撑组件支撑在地板上,以及包含有一个座平面,其得沿着该支撑架自由地滑动,其特征在于,该摆动装置更包含有容许该支撑架绕该地板遂行摆动的摆动结构,在运动时,即可引导使用者或运动者试着去追求保持平衡状态。
该摆动装置具有包含有弓形底座,其与该支撑架固设在一起。
该弓形底座包含有延伸组件,设计用以防止使用者或运动者的后续动作,当该摆动装置超过质量中心时。
该摆动装置更包含有一飞轮装设在一水平的位置处,以便降低该使用者或运动者及摆动装置组体的质量中心。
该支撑架,也就是该摆动装置的其它部份被连结,透过关节点连结到该底座,该关节点提供该摆动结构,所以两个底座固定支撑在地面上不动,而容许该摆动装置可相对于地面遂行摆动。
该摆动装置具有多个托架,提供用以支撑在弹簧上而与该底座固设在一起,所以即可帮助使用者或运动者保持定位在中心的位置处,而作为该摆动装置相对于该枢销所构成的轴操作摆动运动的限制组件。
使用本发明的有益效果在于:使用由本发明所提供的仿真划船运动,它能提供使用者或运动者一种与在水中相同训练相同型态的地面上运动。

请配合参阅图式,本发明摆动装置系设计供用以仿真一种划船运动,如第一图所示,大体上包含有一个支撑架1,其透过各支撑组件2支撑在地板上,以及包含有一个座平面3,其得沿着该支撑架1自由地滑动。
依据本发明,在图2所示的实施例中,该支撑架1并未制作成与地面固定不动状态,但是其固定在弓形的底座22上,在运动时,可引导使用者或运动者试着去追求保持平衡状态。
该底座22优点是具有延伸组件23,设计用以防止使用者或运动者的后续动作,当该摆动装置超过质量中心时。
图3显示一种相同于如上所揭露可能的解决作法。
在本发明的图3中,为了降低该运动者及摆动装置组体的质量中心,飞轮5装设在一水平的位置处。
图4显示另一种实施例,其中该主要结构支撑架1,也就是该摆动装置的其它部份被连结,透过关节点43连结到该底座42。
该底座42固定支撑在地面上不动,但是该摆动装置却可相对于地面遂行摆动。
图5显示一种相同于该图4的摆动装置,只不过其具有支撑托架50,提供用以支撑在弹簧51上而与该底座42固设在一起,所以即可帮助使用者或运动者保持定位在中心的位置处,而作为该摆动装置相对于该枢销52所构成的轴操作摆动运动的限制组件。
已发现本发明可完全达到所希望的目标与目的。
事实上,本发明所提供的一种摆动装置,得仿真划船运动,提供使用者或运动者一种与在水中相同训练相同型态的地面上运动。
为了达到这种结果,该摆动装置可在人行道上摆动,或以自由或以引导的方式进行,如揭露的实施例所示。
本发明实施时,该使用的材料及该构成组件的尺寸大小及形状,可以是任何的,取决于技术的要件及状态。

8.根据权利要求2所述的摆动装置,其特征在于,该支撑架,也就是该摆动装置的其它部份被连结,透过关节点连结到该底座,该关节点提供该摆动结构,所以两个底座固定支撑在地面上不动,而容许该摆动装置可相对于地面遂行摆动。

10.根据权利要求1至9中的任意一项权利要求所述的摆动装置,其特征在于,该摆动装置具有多个托架,提供用以支撑在弹簧上而与该底座固设在一起,所以即可帮助使用者或运动者保持定位在中心的位置处,而作为该摆动装置相对于该枢销所构成的轴操作摆动运动的限制组件。
