Abstract
本发明公开一种肉牛饲料及生产工艺,由硫酸锌,硫酸亚铁,硫酸锰,硫酸铜,碘化钾,亚硒酸钠,氯化钴,钼VA,VE,VD3,VB5,抗氧剂及细麦夫皮制成预混料,再由缓释非蛋白氮,叶粉,氢钙,石粉,盐,CT1号,无水硫酸钠,加预混料制成10%~15%的浓缩料,采用缓释非蛋白氮为蛋源技术和微量元素及硫氮平衡,电解质平衡,使蛋白源可直接被肉牛瘤胃分解,由于非蛋白氮的缓释与瘤胃中的菌体发育同步吸收,而增加了吸收率95~98%,从而降低了成本。由于非蛋白氮的分解作用,使有用菌经胃酸作用被杀死而直接吸收。所以肉制好,从而提高了肉牛的肉的品质,从而达到增重快,减少饲养时间的目的。

技术领域:
本发明涉及肉用反刍牲畜的饲料配方及生产工艺,明确地讲是公开一种肉牛饲料,同时公开了其生产工艺,属于饲料生产技术领域。
背景技术:
目前,喂养牲畜的饲料品种很多,通常必须根据饲养牲畜的种类和用途进行喂养。在我国由于对牛,羊等反刍动物饲料研究不多,般以豆柏作为长肉的主要蛋源,配制饲料的品质太差,吸收低,成本高。由于反刍动物的特殊生理机能,食入的蛋白不能被直接吸收,因此饲料利用率低浪费大,排除的多,从而造成育肥牛成本高,增重慢,肉质差。育肥时间长(180天~240天)等饲料问题,严重地影响了肉牛的发展。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种肉牛饲料及生产工艺,解决了现有反刍饲料饲养时间长,增重慢,浪费大,饲养效益低的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:采用缓释非蛋白氮技术,蛋白源可直接被肉牛的瘤胃分解,适于肉牛的纤毛虫有用菌等微生物的生长发育,由非蛋白氮的分解作用,有用菌经胃酸作用被杀死而直接吸收,提高了肉牛的肉质,从而达到增重快,成本低,减少饲喂时间的目的。
具体配方由以下物质按重量份数比制成:
预混料:
硫酸锌4.5~5.6,硫酸亚铁4.9~6.0,无水硫酸铜0.50~0.68,1%碘化钾0.66~0.89,亚硒酸钠0.6~0.9,氯化钴5.1~9.2,硫酸锰6.2~8.8,VA5.0~8.0,VD36.0~8.0,VE7.0~10.0,抗氧化剂2.5~5.0,麦夫皮加至100份;
浓缩料:
缓释非蛋白氮63.0~68.0,氢钙3.6~4.5,羽毛粉4.5~5.6,预混料0.5~1.0,无水硫酸钠3.5~5.5。
具体工艺包括以下步骤:
1.将上述预混料中微量的原料粉碎成150~800目细度粉末,按1%的梯度比例混合搅拌均匀。
2.按浓缩料的比例称取原料,分别成20~80目细度的粉末,按10%的梯度比例混合搅拌均匀,制成肉牛饲料。
本发明的积极效果在于:采用缓释非蛋白氮技术和微量元素及硫氮达到平衡,电解制平衡,使蛋白源可直接被肉牛瘤胃分解,由于缓释非蛋白氮的释放与瘤胃中菌体发育吸收同步,从而增加了吸收率95%~98%,降低了饲养成本,由于过瘤胃的分解作用,有用菌体经胃酸作用而被杀死直接吸收,所以肉质好,因而提高了肉牛的肉的品质,从而达到增重快,成本低,减少饲养时间的目的。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
首先配制预混料:
称取硫酸锌5g,硫酸亚铁5.3g,无水硫酸铜0.4g,1%碘化钾0.70g,1%亚硒酸钠0.7g,1%氯化钴6.6g,硫酸锰7.0g,VA5.7g,VD36g,VE8g,抗氧剂BHT4g,细麦夫皮50.6g,并微量元素分别为200目,400目的细粉按比例10%的梯度进行混合搅拌,直至全部混合均匀。
浓缩料的配制称取缓释非蛋白氮63.7g,氢钙3.6g,石粉1.2g,力盐0.8g,羽毛粉4.8g,针叶粉4.4g.分别细度成20目,50目细粉加入上述的预混料1g,同样按比例10%的梯度进行混合搅拌,制成肉牛10%~15%饲料。
实施例2
首先配制预混料:
称取硫酸锌5.6g,硫酸亚铁5.6g,无水硫酸铜0.6g,1%碘化钾0.8g,1%亚硒酸钠0.7g,1%氯化钴8.6g,硫酸锰8.0g,VA5.7g,VD36.6g,VE7g,抗氧剂BHT4g,细麦夫皮46.8g,并微量元素分别为200目,400目的细粉按比例10%的梯度进行混合搅拌,直至全部混合均匀。
浓缩料的配制称取缓释非蛋白氮65.7g,氢钙4.0g,石粉1.2g,盐0.8g,羽毛粉6.5g,无水硫酸钠4.5g,针叶粉4.4g.分别细度成20目,50目细粉加入上述的预混料1g,同样按比例10%的梯度进行混合搅拌,制成肉牛10%~15%饲料。
Claims (3)
1、肉牛饲料的配方,是由以下物质按重量份数比制成:
预混料:
硫酸锌4.5~5.6,硫酸亚铁4.9~6.0,无水硫酸铜0.40~0.68,碘化钾0.66~0.89,亚硒酸钠0.6~0.9,氯化钴5.1~9.2,硫酸锰6.2~8.8,VA5.0~8.0,VD36.0~8.0,VE7.0~10.0,抗氧化剂2.5~5.0,麦夫皮加至100份;
浓缩料:
缓释非蛋白氮63.0~68.0,氢钙3.6~4.5,羽毛粉4.5~5.6,预混料0.5~1.0。
2、根据权利要求1所述肉牛饲料,其特征在于:在上述浓缩料中加入无水硫酸钠4.2~5.2。
3、根据权利要求1所述的肉牛饲料生产工艺包括以下步骤:
将上述预混料中的微量元素粉碎150~800目细度粉末,按10%的梯度比例混合搅拌均匀。按浓缩料的比例取原料,分别成20~80目细度的粉末,按10%的梯度比例混合均匀,制成肉牛10%~15%的肉牛饲料。
