Abstract
本发明描述了一种尤其是用于贴合在画像框板条(30)上的装饰薄膜(28,28’)。为了在装饰薄膜上获得金属镜面效果以及为了借助于本身已知的高生产速度的包覆机贴合装饰薄膜,在装饰薄膜(28,28’)中纸质薄膜(16)借助于胶粘层(12)平面地连接到包括一个金属层(20)和一个装饰层(22)的多层物质(18)上,其中金属层(20)邻接胶粘层(12)。多层物质(18)可以是一层压印薄膜,其中承载薄膜(26)借助于夹层(24)临时连接到装饰层(22)上,或者装饰薄膜(28)包括一层耐久地固定在装饰层(22)上的透明的承载薄膜(26′)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其是用于贴合在画像框板条上的装饰薄膜。
背景技术
为了装饰画像框板条,比如具有木装饰的热压印薄膜是公知的。这种热压印薄膜在市场上比如为Touchwood品牌是可以买到的。它们被直接地压印在画像框板条上。在这种情况下生产速度是比较低的。用这种热压印薄膜也可以在费时压印出的画像框板条上实现金属镜面效果。画像框板条能够使用木头或者塑料比如泡沫聚酯制造。
进一步已知的是,将印刷好的纸贴合到画像框板条上。这种贴合能够使用商业上普遍使用的包覆机以高生产速度来实现。由于纸的多孔性或者说表面粗糙性,金属镜面效果在这种镀金属的纸上不能够产生或者只能极端有限地产生。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是,提供一种开头所述类型的装饰薄膜,它即具有包覆机的高生产速度的优点,又具有贴合有装饰薄膜的画像框板条的金属装饰,也即金属镜面的可能性。
上述任务在开头所述类型的装饰薄膜中按照发明是这样实现的,纸质薄膜借助于胶粘层平面地连接到包括一个金属层和一个装饰层的多层物质上,其中金属层邻接胶粘层。胶粘层可以是层合底胶,借助于它由金属层和装饰层组成的多层物质牢固地平面地连接到纸质薄膜上。通过多层物质和纸质薄膜之间的牢固层合产生的主要优点是,根据本发明的具有金属装饰或者说金属镜面效果的装饰薄膜能够在已知的包覆机中以高的生产速度贴合在画像框板条上。因此利用依照本发明的装饰薄膜能够充分利用本身已知的在画像框板条上贴纸的高速度。
在根据本发明的装饰薄膜中,在最初状况下,就是说当提供给画像框板条贴面的用户时,在装饰层远离金属层的一侧合乎目的地设有一层透明的承载薄膜。这个承载薄膜能够借助于夹层临时被固定在装饰层上。这类装饰薄膜可以是一种压印薄膜。如果夹层通过比如一层薄蜡层形成,那么上述的装饰薄膜是一种热压印薄膜。在这种带有与纸质薄膜层合在一起的压印薄膜的装饰薄膜的情况下,压印薄膜与纸质薄膜间的层合通过一个压印设备实现,其中承载薄膜在压印操作期间或之后从多层物质就是说从装饰层处被去除。以这种方式产生的由纸质薄膜和由金属层与装饰层组成的层合在一起的多层物质组成的装饰薄膜,然后能够在包覆机中加工,从而节省时间并合乎愿望地贴合在画像框板条上。这种没有承载薄膜的装饰薄膜能够在贴合到画像框板条后为了达到各自想要的光学效果而比如被喷漆。然而在种情况下保护装饰好的画像框板条的装饰免受损坏只有通过保护漆来实现。
为了可靠地保护贴合有依照本发明的装饰薄膜的画像框板条的装饰,优先地,透明的承载薄膜耐久地固定在装饰层上。通过这种设计结构,就是说通过设有耐久地固定透明的承载薄膜的这种结构,装饰层得到更好的保护从而免受损坏。这种依照本发明最后提及的类型的装饰薄膜的一个进一步的优点在于,装饰薄膜在各自的贴合机器就是说包覆机中能够利用一个更大的牵幅力被移动,因为承载薄膜适合承受相应的机械拉力负载或者说装饰薄膜的抗拉强度通过透明的承载薄膜得到提高了。依照本发明最后提及的类型的装饰薄膜的一个进一步的优点在于,它具有高的热稳定性,因为透明的承载薄膜减少了升高的温度可能导致的金属镜面疲劳对装饰层的影响。
在依照本发明的装饰薄膜中承载薄膜可以由PES制成。
依照本发明的装饰薄膜的装饰层可以是刮擦画装饰层,同样装饰层可能是一个带有金属镜面效果的全面积的装饰层。在这种情况下可以是带有一个金属镜面效果的单色的全面积的装饰层。
通过在压制法中将装饰层施加到透明承载薄膜上,与镀金属纸相比得到一个更平滑更均匀的金属镜面效果。一个进一步的优点在于,所有原来在画像框板条工业中已知的镀金属装饰薄膜现在能够作为组合了纸质薄膜的层压品的形式来制造。

具体实施方式
图1A示出了具有胶粘层12的印薄膜10,该压印薄膜借助于局部表示的压印辊子14压制到纸质薄膜16上并与之耐久地固定地连接。压印薄膜10包括带有金属层20和装饰层22的多层物质18。金属层20可以是金属铝层以及装饰层22可以是装饰印刷层。
多层物质18借助于比如是一层薄蜡层的夹层24临时和承载薄膜26连接在一起。承载薄膜26和多层物质18与存在于它们中间的夹层24形成了本身已知的压印薄膜。在压印薄膜10压印到纸质薄膜16上时多层物质18被转移到纸质薄膜16上,并且借助于胶粘层12被耐久地固定在纸质薄膜16上。承载薄膜26在下游在压印棍子14后以本身已知的方式与固定在纸质薄膜16上的多层物质18分离,从而位于压印棍子14后的下游产生按图1B所示意表示的装饰薄膜28。装饰薄膜28然后能够借助于胶粘层32贴合到图1C中局部剖面表示的画像框板条30上。
在图1A至图1C中相同的部分分别采用相同的附图标记标示,因此没有必要结合每个附图把所有的细节都再详细说明一遍。
为了得到所需要的光学效果,在图1B和1C中的装饰层28的自由表面34可以在将装饰层28贴合到画像框板条30上后依照要求被喷漆。然而这时自由表面34以及由此多层物质18中的装饰层22只能得到有限的保护。为了提供防止外部影响的保护,可以—如图2A所示—将承载薄膜26’永久的固定到借助于胶粘层32耐久地连接到纸质薄膜16上的多层物质18中的装饰层22上。承载薄膜26’是透明的并由PES制成。
这样设计的如图2A所示的装饰薄膜28’被输送到本身已知的层合设备中。在那里纸质薄膜16被胶粘层32覆盖。然后设有胶粘层32的装饰薄膜28’借助于包覆机被贴合到画像框板条30上,如图2C所示。
在图2A至图2C中相同的部分分别采用相同的附图标记标示,因此没有必要结合每个附图把所有的细节都再详细说明一遍。
Claims (8)
1.一种装饰薄膜,尤其是用于贴合在画像框板条上,其特征在于,纸质薄膜(16)借助于胶粘层(12)平面地连接到包括一个金属层(20)和一个装饰层(22)的多层物质(18)上,其中胶粘层(12)邻接金属层(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,在装饰层(22)远离金属层(20)的一侧设有一个透明的承载薄膜(26,26’).
3.根据权利要求2所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于承载薄膜(26)借助于夹层(24)临时被固定到装饰层(22)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装饰层,其特征在于,承载薄膜(26’)被耐久地固定到装饰层(22)上。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的装饰层,其特征在于,承载薄膜(26,26’)由PES制成。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的装饰层,其特征在于,装饰层(22)是一个刮擦画装饰层。
7.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的装饰层,其特征在于,装饰层(22)是一个带有金属镜面效果的全面积的装饰层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装饰层,其特征在于,装饰层(22)是一个带有金属镜面效果的单色的全面积的装饰层。
