本发明涉及一种建筑材料中的油漆型石灰膏的生产方法,将化开的熟石灰,经细于100目的滤网过滤,滤后的石灰滤浆在长约50米,坡度约15度的池中自流沉淀,然后含水保养10-15天,经排水或自然蒸发水份成膏状,按石灰滤浆99-96%,麻筋4-1%的配比搅拌均匀,挤出后包装成品,因其膏体细腻,韧性和附着力大大增强,可直接涂覆于水泥现浇板、立柱和梁柱上,涂抹后的墙体具有油漆般的平滑和光泽,既节省材料又符合环保要求。

油漆型石灰膏的生产方法
技术领域    本发明涉及一种建筑材料中的石灰膏的生产方法,尤其是油漆型石灰膏的生产方法。
背景技术    石灰膏是建筑中用于涂覆墙体的材料,传统的石灰膏都是涂覆在沙灰层的外面,为了美观,人们往往还要在石灰膏涂层的外面再刷上涂料或油漆,而涂料或油漆中多少含有对人体有害的化工原料。传统石灰膏的生产是这样的,将熟石灰在水中化开,经18目左右的滤网过滤,滤过的石灰浆拌入麻筋即成。这样的石灰膏比较粗糙,缺乏韧性和附着力,容易产生起泡、裂缝和脱壳。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种膏体细腻、韧性好、附着力强、可直接涂覆于现浇板、立柱和梁柱上的油漆型石灰膏生产方法。
本发明的油漆型石灰膏的生产方法,先将熟石灰在水中化开,经细于100目的滤网过滤,过滤后的石灰浆水在长约50米,坡度约15度的池中自流沉淀,然后含水保养10-15天,经排水或自然蒸发水份成膏状,按石灰滤浆99-96%,麻筋4-1%的配比在转速高于3200转的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,挤出后包装成品。所述的麻筋粉碎至3-4厘米。
本发明生产的油漆型石灰膏的生产方法中,由于用细于100目的滤网过滤,故膏体细腻,又经含水保养,故其韧性和附着力大大增强,传统的石灰膏必须在沙灰打底的基础上才能使用而且涂覆的厚度在1厘米左右,而使用本发明的油漆型石灰膏可直接涂覆于水泥现浇板、立柱和梁柱上,且涂覆的厚度仅需0.3厘米,节约了材力和人力,细腻的膏体经倒板涂抹能产生油漆般的平滑和光泽,不必再另用化工涂料或油漆作进一步的墙体美化,又省去了材料和工序,而且更符合环保要求。
具体实施方法
实施例一:将熟石灰与水以1∶2的比例倒入化灰池化灰,化灰约40分钟,趁热将石灰浆水泵入100目的滤网过滤,过滤后的石灰滤浆水在50米长,坡度为15度的池中流动,逐步沉淀,沉淀后的石灰滤浆含水保养15天,使其充分膨胀并且水份自然蒸发,形成膏状,将麻筋粉碎至3-4厘米,然后按石灰滤浆99%,麻筋1%的配比,用高于3200转的搅拌机均匀搅拌,挤出后包装成品,可以根据需要直接包装成糊状型,或者经脱水再包装。
实施例二:按实施例一的生产方法,以120目的滤网过滤,含水保养10天,排去水份,形成含水率在3%的石灰滤浆,按石灰滤浆96%,麻筋4%的配比搅拌均匀。
按实施例一或二的方法生产的油漆型石灰膏,再直接添加425号白水泥12.5%于糊状型产品中搅拌均匀后涂抹,这样的墙面硬度更高,耐水洗,并且梅雨天不还潮。

1、一种油漆型石灰膏的生产方法,先将熟石灰在水中化开,经滤网过滤,其特征在于用细于100目的滤网过滤,过滤后的石灰浆水在长约50米,坡度约15度的池中自流沉淀,然后含水保养10-15天,经排水或自然蒸发水份成膏状,按石灰滤浆99-96%,麻筋4-1%的配比在转速高于3200转的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,挤出后包装成品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的油漆型石灰膏的生产方法,其特征在于所述的麻筋粉碎至3-4厘米。
