本发明公开一种永磁跳跃式瞬开瞬闭阀门,它包括壳体阀芯密封环镶永磁铁柱封针隔离套可动永磁环,其特点是:壳体为平行的上层进口,下层出口,由层间隔板隔离,其板中心置上下层液流圆孔,垂直隔板液流圆孔上端面同一圆中心线安装阀芯、密封环、镶永磁铁柱封针及上罩和壳体连在一起的隔离套。其隔离套外套装可滑动永磁铁环。与已有阀门相比,本发明的永磁跳跃式瞬开瞬闭阀门,沿隔离套滑动可动永磁铁环过N、S临界线瞬间,镶永磁铁柱封针跳跃即开关阀门。本发明可广泛作为工农业液体瞬开瞬闭、点滴不漏的阀门。

本发明涉及一种液体开关阀门装置。尤其能跳跃式瞬开瞬闭阀门。
背景技术：
目前，公知的手动液体开关阀门，只能通过手动机械位移，渐续开关，液体只能根据手动机械位移的大小，决定流量的多少。若需开启，由手动逐渐的开启到最大位置，液体大流量流出，若需关闭，由手动逐渐关到最小位置，液体才能截流，无法完成手动瞬开瞬闭。
发明内容：
为了克服现有的手动阀门不能瞬开瞬闭的弊端，本发明提供一种阀门，该阀门不仅可以手动瞬开瞬闭，点滴不漏，而且在不能用电的场合下和其它机械联锁完成阀门的瞬开瞬闭程序。
本发明能解决其技术问题所用的技术方案是：阀门壳体进出液体分上下层结构，上层为进口，下层为出口，中间设带液流园孔的隔板，其液流园孔上端面，安装阀芯。其阀芯为上园直径大下园直径小，分台阶中心设孔的园柱体。下台阶园柱可装在隔板液流园孔内作阀芯上下起落时的导轨用。台阶处装密封环，当阀芯下落，和隔板上端面密封，液体不流出。
壳体上面和阀芯同一垂直中心线，装和外壳连在一起的园管状导向套，套内装上部镶永磁铁柱，下部为园柱尖顶状封针。套外套装永磁铁环，当永磁铁铁环处于下部位置时，永磁铁环上端面为S极，镶永磁铁柱封针磁铁柱下端也为S极，镶永磁铁柱封针向上跳动，阀芯上浮打开液流园孔，液体流出，阀门打开。当滑动上移永磁铁环过磁铁和镶永磁铁柱封针上的磁铁柱S、N极临介点的瞬间，封针向下跳跃，尖顶射封住阀芯中心孔，阀芯在封针磁力推动和液体流进压力下，迅速下落密封隔板液流园孔阀门关闭。
当滑动下移永磁铁环过磁环和镶永磁铁柱封针上的磁柱S、N极临介点的瞬间，封针向上跳跃，尖顶脱开阀芯中心孔，阀门打开液体流出，达到了瞬开瞬闭的目的。
本发明的有益效果是通过永磁铁环的上下运动，即跳跃式快速开闭阀门，且结构简单，使用牢靠。

具体实施方式：
在图1中，外壳(1)同一平行线园管状上层为进液体，下层出液体，由层间隔板隔离，其板中心置上下层液流圆孔，垂直隔板液流圆孔上端面同一中心线安装圆柱状阀芯(2)其阀芯台阶下部支架安装在液流园孔内作上下滑动导向用，台阶处安密封环(3)，其上部装群带(4)，镶永磁铁柱封针(5)安装在隔离套(6)内可上下跳动。和壳体(2)连在一起的隔离套(6)外套装永磁铁环(7)其永磁铁环(7)套装在隔离套(6)外可上下滑动。
在图2中，阀芯(2)为圆柱状台阶式由非导磁材料制成的。在同一圆心上，下部制成一体可通水的四支架，中部制台阶嵌密封环(3)，上部外圆周套裙带边(4)，上端面圆中心安装缓冲弹性芯(8)，中心制通水小孔(9)，边旁制呼吸小孔(10)。
在图3中，隔离罩(6)为非导磁材料制成 状，下平面和壳体(1)联在一体，按合适距离内装可上下滑动的上部镶永磁铁柱下部为园柱尖顶状的镶永磁铁柱封针(5)，其下尖顶应对准阀芯(2)圆中心通水小孔，所述隔离套(6)外套装可上下滑动的永磁铁环(7)。

1、一种永磁跳跃式瞬开瞬闭阀门，它包括壳体、阀芯、密封环镶永磁铁柱封针、隔离套和可动永磁环构成，其特征在于所述壳体(1)为平行的上层为进水口，下层为出水口，由层间隔板隔离，其板中心置上下层液流圆孔，垂直隔板液流圆孔上端面同一圆中心线安装阀芯(2)、密封环(3)、镶永磁铁柱封针(5)及和壳体(1)连在一体的上罩隔离套(6)，其隔离套(6)外套可滑动永磁铁环(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的永磁跳跃式瞬开瞬闭阀门，其特征是：壳体(1)为平行的上层为进水口，下层为出水口，由层间隔板隔离，其板端面中心置液流圆孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的永磁跳跃式瞬开瞬闭阀门，其特征是：壳体(1)的层间隔板中心液流圆孔上端面同一圆中心线垂直安装阀芯(2)，所述阀芯(2)上端面对准中心通水小孔(10)，同轴心安装尖顶向下可跳动的镶永磁铁柱封针(5)；同轴中心线上罩和外壳连在一起的隔离套(6)，其隔离套外套装可滑动永磁铁环(7)组成的瞬开瞬闭开关结构。
4、根据权利要求1所述的永磁跳跃式瞬开瞬闭阀门，其特征是：阀芯(2)为圆柱分台阶状由非导磁材料制成；在同一圆心下部制成一体可通水的四支架兼作导轨，中间制台阶嵌套密封环(3)，上部外圆周套群带(4)上端面中心安装缓冲弹性芯(8)，中间和阀芯同一制通水小孔(9)边旁和群带交汇处制呼吸孔(10)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的永磁跳跃式瞬开瞬闭阀门，阀门其特征在于，镶永磁铁柱封针(5)为圆柱状非导磁材料制成，在合适的位置上部镶永磁铁柱下部为尖顶状结构。
