Description

一种磁悬浮地漏芯子的新型结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种地漏芯子,具体为一种磁悬浮地漏芯子的新型结构。
背景技术
专利CN104863246B公开了一种磁悬浮地漏芯子,其主要目的是为了隔绝外磁铁即磁铁一与水的接触问题。
在以上结构中,导向杆设置在一上下贯通的导向套内,该导向套的底部直接与外界连通,在排水过程中导向杆下滑到极限位置时,导向杆下滑到导向套底部,其上设置的磁铁三很容易吸附住外界的磁性杂质,其结果将使导向杆重力增加影响复位,严重时甚至被卡死而无法复位,导致地漏芯子的防臭防虫功能失效。
此外,以上结构中采用的壳体为球形,壳体的外侧面能够与密封盖的内侧面相贴合,该结构设置的初衷是为了避免出水口流出的水进入壳体的导向套中,防止水进入壳体的密封腔室中。但在实际使用中发现,排水过程中不可避免会有水进入壳体外侧面与密封盖内侧面构成的配合面中,而水本身具有很强的表面张力,一旦排水中密封盖下移导致其内侧面与壳体外侧面贴合时,就会因水表面张力作用而紧紧吸附柱密封盖,其结果将导致排水完成后密封盖无法正常上升复位,造成防臭和防虫效果失效。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明设计了一种磁悬浮地漏芯子的新型结构, 其将导向套的底部完全封闭,从根本上隔绝导向柱上磁铁与外界的接触,杜绝磁性杂质吸附现象的发生,保证导向柱的正常复位;同时将壳体的上端面设置成锥形斜面,以避免与密封盖内侧面贴合而被水的表面张力吸附住,可保证密封盖的正常复位,保证地漏芯子具备有效的防臭和防虫功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种磁悬浮地漏芯子的新型结构,包括芯子本体和密封盖,芯子本体中设置有排水通道,芯子本体底部通过若干连接臂连接一壳体,壳体与芯子本体之间的间隙构成排水流道,其特征在于:所述壳体中心设置有导向套,导向套的底部被壳体封闭而不与外界连通;所述密封盖朝下设置有一导向柱,导向柱与所述导向套滑动配合连接;导向柱与壳体之间设置有磁性复位结构,导向柱在磁性复位结构作用下产生上推复位力而使密封盖封堵住排水通道的出水口。
进一步的,上述壳体上端外侧面设置成锥形斜面。
进一步的,上述壳体上端顶部与密封盖的内侧面之间设置有当密封盖下移到极限位置时依然保留有间隙的隔离凸起,所述隔离凸起设置在壳体上端外侧面上或设置在密封盖内侧面上或同时设置在壳体外侧面和密封盖内侧面上。
进一步的,上述隔离凸起环绕导向套的外侧设置。
进一步的,上述导向套内壁上沿周向设置有若干导水槽。
进一步的,上述磁性复位结构包括设置在壳体内腔中的外磁块和设置在导向柱上的内磁块,内外磁块之间利用磁极相异相吸或/和相 同相斥产生上推复位力。
进一步的,上述壳体由上壳体、定位座和下壳体组合构成;所述定位座两端朝外延伸与对应侧的连接臂连接,定位座上设置着所述的外磁块。

本发明设计的导向套底部完全由壳体密封,使得导向套中的导向柱在使用中不与外界直接接触,可从根本上隔绝导向柱上磁铁与外界的接触,杜绝磁性杂质吸附现象的发生,保证导向柱的正常复位。
同时将壳体的上端面设置成锥形斜面,其一方面可避免壳体与密封盖内侧面贴合而被水的表面张力吸附住,可保证密封盖的正常复位,保证地漏芯子具备有效的防臭和防虫功能;另一方面可使排水流道的排水顺畅,有利于杂质的快速排出。
在此,考虑到密封盖和壳体之间的水密性问题,所述隔离凸起围绕导向套的外侧设置。该结构设置不仅可使密封盖排水下降时与壳体之间留有间隙,同时隔绝了导向套与外界的连通,避免排水进入其中。

具体实施方式
如图1‐3所示,一种磁悬浮地漏芯子的新型结构,包括芯子本体1和密封盖2,芯子本体中1设置有排水通道11,芯子本体1底部通过若干连接臂12连接一壳体3,壳体3与芯子本体1之间的间隙构成排水流道13。
所述壳体3中心设置有导向套31,导向套31的底部被壳体封闭而不与外界连通。
所述密封盖2朝下设置有一导向柱21,导向柱21与所述导向套31滑动配合连接。
导向柱21与壳体1之间设置有磁性复位结构,导向柱21在磁性复位结构作用下产生上推复位力而使密封盖2封堵住排水通道的出水口111。
以上结构的导向套31底部完全由壳体密封,使得导向套31中的导向柱21在使用中不与外界直接接触,可从根本上隔绝导向柱21上磁铁与外界的接触,杜绝磁性杂质吸附现象的发生,保证导向柱21的正常复位。
以上所述磁性复位结构包括设置在壳体3内腔32中的外磁块41和设置在导向柱21上的内磁块42,内外磁块之间利用磁极相异相吸或/和相同相斥产生上推复位力。在本实施例中,内外磁块同时利用相异相吸和相同相斥的磁力产生复位力。在实际中内外磁铁的设置结 构也可采用专利CN 201310390582.4中所述的其他设置方式。
在此,考虑到安装外磁块41的需要,所述壳体3由上壳体3a、定位座3b和下壳体3c组合构成。所述定位座3b两端朝外延伸与对应侧的连接臂12连接,定位座3b上设置有若干安装孔,安装孔内安装着所述外磁块41。
所述壳体3上端外侧面设置成锥形斜面33,该锥形斜面33不与密封盖2内侧面配合对应,其一方面可避免壳体3与密封盖2内侧面贴合而被水的表面张力吸附住,可保证密封盖2的正常复位,保证地漏芯子具备有效的防臭和防虫功能;另一方面可使排水流道13的排水顺畅,有利于杂质的快速排出。

所述壳体3底部外围环绕设置有挡水环33,可对沿着壳体3外壁下流的排水形成有效阻挡,以避免磁性杂质被吸附到壳体3底部与内磁块42产生吸力而影响内磁块42的复位。
