本发明是一种大扭矩机械离心式自动离合器。本自动离合器,利用杠杆离心力放大原理,采用凸轮式结构,工作时,先由离心力作用于杠杆上,再由杠杆将有限的离心力,成倍地放大、转换为强大的杠杆力,强制摩擦块与传动鼓可靠结合与分离,从而显著增大离心控制力,大幅度提高传动扭矩与效率。本自动离合器,设计新颖,结构简单,生产使用方便,性能平稳可靠,扭矩大,效率高,可广泛应用于汽车、摩托车等一切需要自动离合、自动变速场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域一种离心式大扭矩自动离合器。
背景技术
普通机械离心式自动离合器,因其结构简单,成本低廉,因而在小功率、小扭矩配套场合应用较广。如铃木FR50型自动离合器、本田C50型自动离合器,最为典型的是雅马哈MATE50型自动换档的离合器。(戴文蔚等.进口摩托车结构与维修技术.广东:科技出版社.1984)
长久以来,国际上如日本雅马哈等公司,经过不懈的努力,使原来只能用在50型摩托车的小扭矩自动离合器,今天终于成功应用于125女式摩托车上。尽管通过改进工艺,提高了扭矩,但还是满足不了250型摩托车大扭矩的要求,更远远满足不了汽车大扭矩的要求。故国际上公认的普通机械离心式自动离合器,扭矩太小的问题至今未能解决。迄今为止,普通机械离心式自动离合器,仅采用直接的离心力去控制摩擦副的结合或分离,因而存在着扭矩小,效率低,不可靠等问题,局限了它的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足之处作了改进:改传统的直接离心力控制,为杠杆离心力放大控制。利用杠杆离心力放大原理,采用凸轮式结构,工作时,先由离心力作用于杠杆上,再由杠杆将有限的离心力成倍地放大、转换为强大的杠杆力,强制摩擦块(3)与传动鼓(4)可靠结合与分离。从而达到显著增大离心控制力,大幅度提高传动扭矩的目的。本发明设计新颖,结构简单,生产使用方便,性能平稳可靠,扭矩大、效率高,可广泛应用于汽车、摩托车等一切需要自动离合、自动变速场合。

现结合附图,将本发明的结构、工作原理、实施方式及效果一并叙述如下:
本自动离合器的结构是包括:杠杆离心块(1)、支点凸轮轴(2)、摩擦块(3)、传动鼓(4)、回位弹簧(5)、支架(6)、主轴(7)、记忆弹簧(8)、和销轴(9),其中:杠杆离心块(1)与支点凸轮轴(2)固装为一体,和记忆弹簧(8)、回位弹簧(5)、支架(6)、主轴(7)、等构成杠杆离心力放大装置,作用于强制摩擦块(3)与传动鼓(4)的可靠结合与分离。
随着主轴(7)的转动,固装在主轴(7)上的支架(6)和通过支点凸轮轴(2)支承在支架(6)上的杠杆离心块(1),以及通过销轴(9)支承在支架(6)上的摩擦块(3)等一起转动。
当转速降至一定时:因离心力减小,使杠杆离心力放大装置不工作,此时,由记忆弹簧(8)和回位弹簧(5)的作用,使摩擦块(3)迅速回位与传动鼓(4)分离并保持一定间隙,故传动鼓(4)静止,不传递动力。
当转速升至一定时:因离心力增大,使杠杆离心力放大装置迅速而无冲击、柔和而不打滑地工作起来:杠杆离心块(1)克服记忆弹簧(8)、回位弹簧(5)的弹力,绕支点凸轮轴(2)转动,产生杠杆力;同时,杠杆离心块(1),通过支点凸轮轴(2)、支架(6)绕主轴(7)转动,产生离心力,二者的合力即为杠杆离心力,它是先由离心力作用于杠杆离心块(1)上,再由杠杆离心块(1)及支点凸轮轴(2)将有限的离心力,成倍地放大、轮换为强大的杠杆力,强制摩擦块(3)与传动鼓(4)可靠结合与分离。此种结构,显著增大了离心控制力,大幅度提高了传动扭矩与效率。

1.一种大扭矩机械离心式自动离合器,其特征在于:
A、所述的大扭矩自动离合器的技术方案是:利用杠杆离心力放大原理,采用凸轮式结构,先由离心力作用于杠杆上,再由杠杆将离心力,成倍地放大、转换为杠杆力,强制摩擦副可靠结合与分离,增大离心控制力,提高传动扭矩;
B、所述的大扭矩自动离合器的结构是包括:杠杆离心块(1)、支点凸轮轴(2)、摩擦块(3)、传动鼓(4)、回位弹簧(5)、支架(6)、主轴(7)、记忆弹簧(8)、和销轴(9);
C、所述的杠杆离心块(1)与支点凸轮轴(2)固装为一体,和记忆弹簧(8)、回位弹簧(5)、支架(6)、主轴(7)、构成杠杆离心力放大装置,其原理结构是:杠杆离心块(1),既绕支点凸轮轴(2)转动,产生杠杆力,又绕主轴(7)转动,产生离心力,二者的合力即为杠杆离心力,它是先由离心力作用于杠杆离心块(1)上,再由杠杆离心块(1)及支点凸轮轴(2)将离心力成倍地放大、转换为杠杆力,强制摩擦块(3)与传动鼓(4)可靠结合与分离。
