发明背景与现有技术
农药在水果、蔬菜病虫害防治,保持水果、蔬菜的优质高产方面起着重要作用。但另一方面,由于农药的滥施及药后未达到安全期收获水果、蔬菜,导致水果、蔬菜表面残留了大量农药。另外,化肥的施用以及空气污染等亦引起对农产品如水果和蔬菜的污染。而为保护产品新鲜而用防腐剂处理这些产品使得农产品的污染更加严重。在食用水果蔬菜时,由于粗心的清洗而遗留在水果和蔬菜上的一些化学品对人体的危害是严重的,它可导致食用这些水果、蔬菜的人化学中毒甚至致命。
对于可以削皮和剥皮后食用的水果如苹果、梨、香蕉和柑桔等,只要它们被简单清洗和削皮就可免除表面清洗不干净的麻烦。然而,对于草莓、葡萄、菠菜和卷心菜等这类水果和蔬菜,需要有一种可以洗涤这类水果和蔬菜表面的洗涤剂来去除表面上存在的有害物质如农药、化肥等等。
所需的洗涤剂应满足如下要求:
1) 经与水果或蔬菜简单接触就容易从其表面上除去农业化学品等有机污染物;
2) 易于漂洗干净,且即使食用了洗涤残留物,对人体也无害;
3) 不引起皮肤损坏或疾病;
4) 不损坏被清洗的水果或蔬菜的新鲜性;
5) 排掉后不污染环境。
目前,已开发出一些用于清除掉水果或蔬菜表面的农业化学品、细菌和其它污染物等有害物质的洗涤剂,例如,CN1107177A公开了一种用于除去水果和蔬菜表面的农业化学品、细菌和其它污染物的洗涤剂组合物,该洗涤剂组合物包括聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单月桂酸酯、柠檬酸钠和任选的蔗糖脂肪酸酯;CN1049450C公开了一种蔬菜水果残留农药清洗剂,它含有非离子表面活性剂聚醚改性硅油和蔗糖单月桂酸酯、丙二醇、碱性助剂碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠和水;CN1151434A公开了一种果蔬残留农药洗清剂,它由苯甲酸钠、柠檬酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷醇酰胺6501、EDTA和食盐等组成;WO9833400公开了一种适合用于洗涤水果、蔬菜和可食根的洗涤配方,该配方含有表面活性剂和溶蜡剂;DE20000108公开了一种洗涤消毒新鲜水果和蔬菜的洗涤剂,它包括15-30%的阴离子洗涤剂、5-15%的非离子洗涤剂和少于5%的两性洗涤剂和醇。
但这些水果蔬菜清洗剂在农业化学品等有害物质的去除效果方面仍不能令人满意,而且洗涤果蔬后排出的废水有的仍存在环境污染问题,达不到环保要求。
针对现有技术的不足,本发明者进行了潜心研究,结果发现,采用包括一种两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂与一种烷基多苷的表面活性剂体系和过氧化物的洗涤剂组合物,能有效地除去水果和蔬菜表面的农业化学品等有机污染物,而不损坏它们的新鲜性,并且它无二次污染,对人体无毒,对环境无污染,于是完成了本发明。
发明概述
本发明提供一种洗涤剂组合物,包括:
(a)4-30% 表面活性剂体系;
(a1)2-15% 两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂;
(a2)2-15% 烷基多苷(APG);
(b)0.1-2.5% 过氧化物;
和任选的附加助剂组分
(c)0-10% 有机酸和/或其盐;
(d)0-10% 无机碱;
(e)0-10% 助溶剂;
以及余量为水。
发明详述
本发明的目的是提供一种洗涤剂组合物,该组合物包括一种两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂与一种烷基多苷的表面活性剂体系和过氧化物,它能除去水果和蔬菜表面的农业化学品等有机污染物,而不损坏它们的新鲜性,并且它对人体无毒,对环境无污染。
本发明的另一目的是提供所述洗涤剂组合物在洗涤水果和蔬菜,除去水果和蔬菜表面的农业化学品等有机污染物,而不损坏它们的新鲜性的用途。
表面活性体系
本发明组合物包括表面活性剂体系(a),它由洗涤剂中常用的两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂(a1)和烷基多苷(a2)组成。
两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂(a1)
适合于本发明组合物的两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂的实例可以提到例如下述:两性离子表面活性剂例如甜菜碱类如椰油基甜菜碱、油基甜菜碱、月桂酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱;非离子表面活性剂例如烷基聚氧乙烯醚类如月桂基聚氧乙烯醚、C12-15烷基聚氧乙烯醚、十六/十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂基聚氧乙烯醚、油醇聚氧乙烯醚;烷基酚醚类如壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;脂肪酸聚烷氧化物酯如硬脂酸乙二醇酯、硬脂酸丙二醇酯、硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯;多元醇酯类如失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、失水山梨醇棕榈酸酯、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯酯月桂酸酯、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚棕榈酸酯、失水山梨醇三硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚三油酸酯;烷醇酰胺类如月桂酰二乙醇胺、月桂酰单异丙醇胺、椰油酰单乙醇胺、椰油酰二乙醇胺、椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺、肉豆蔻酰二乙醇胺、硬脂酰单乙醇胺、硬脂酰二乙醇胺、油酰二乙醇胺、亚油酰二乙醇胺、椰油酰胺聚氧乙烯醚。优选的是非离子表面活性剂例如烷基聚氧乙烯醚类如月桂基聚氧乙烯醚、C12-15烷基聚氧乙烯醚、C16/18烷基聚氧乙烯醚、硬脂基聚氧乙烯醚、油醇聚氧乙烯醚;烷基酚醚类如壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;多元醇酯类如失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、失水山梨醇棕榈酸酯、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚月桂酸酯、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚棕榈酸酯、失水山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚三油酸酯;烷醇酰胺类如月桂酰二乙醇胺、月桂酰单异丙醇胺、椰油酰单乙醇胺、椰油酰二乙醇胺、椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺、肉豆蔻酰二乙醇胺、硬脂酰单乙醇胺、硬脂酰二乙醇胺、油酰二乙醇胺、亚油酰二乙醇胺、椰油酰胺聚氧乙烯醚。上述表面活性剂均是常规用作洗涤剂产品,且是市售的。具体的产品可参见,例如,《表面活性剂产品》,罗希权,中国轻工业出版社,1997年,第1版。
烷基多苷(a2)
适合于本发明组合物的烷基多苷(APG)是,例如,公开于EP 75 995A、EP 238 638A、EP487262、EP374702中的那些。
特别优选的是通式I所述的烷基多苷:
RO(R’O)t(G)x (I)
式中R为含有8-16个碳原子的有机疏水基,R’为含有2-4个碳原子的亚烷基,G为含有5或6个碳原子的糖基,t的数值为0-10,x的数值为1-10。
优选的疏水基R为饱和或不饱和的脂族,特别是直链或支链的烷基、链烯基、羟烷基或羟链烯基。特别优选R为含有8-16个碳原子的烷基或链烯基。最优选R为含有8-12个碳原子的烷基。
上述通式中t的值优选为零,因此,通式中不含有-(R’O)t-单元。此时,通式变为通式II:
RO(G)x (II)
如果t值不为零,优选R’O为环氧乙烷基团。其它的可能是环氧丙烷基和丙三醇基。如果参数t值不为零,则存在R’O,t值(可以为平均值),优选为0.5-10。
G基团一般由果糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖、木糖、来苏糖和/或核糖衍生而来。优选的G基团基本上仅由葡萄糖单元衍生而来。
X值为一平均值,通常被定义为聚合度(以DP表示)。适宜的x值范围为1-8。优选的x值为1-3,更优选的x值为1-2。
当x值为1-2时,优选R为C8-14的烷基或链烯基。适合于本发明组合物的市售产品包括Glucopon 600 CS UP(C12-14的烷基,聚合度为1.4),和APG 600 EC和650EC,为汉高公司产品;Lutensol GD70,为巴斯夫公司产品;Marlosan 24,为Huls产品;Atlas G 73500,为帝国化学公司产品;和APG 0810,为绿洁公司产品。这些产品仅以水溶液的形式出售。
通过二类表面活性剂的配合,不仅可以提高去污能力,而且可以提高漂清性能,同时还能进一步降低表面活性剂的刺激性。
本发明组合物中存在的表面活性剂(a)含量为按重量计4-30%,其中含有按重量计2-15%的一种两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂(a1)和按重量计2-15%一种烷基多苷(a2)。优选的是,本发明组合物中存在的表面活性剂(a)含量为按重量计5-25%,其中含有按重量计2.5-15%的一种两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂(a1)和按重量计2.5-10%一种烷基多苷(a2)。优选的是,(a1)与(a2)的重量比为1∶0.2-5之间。
过氧化物(b)
采用过氧化物可使有害物质如农药分子处于活性状态,同时配合表面活性剂体系,利于害物质从水果、蔬菜的表面去除。
适合于本发明的过氧化物的实例可以提到例如过酸或过酸盐诸如过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠、过氧化钙、过氧乙酸、过氧化二碳酸双-2-乙基己酯、过氧苯甲酸、过氧苯甲酸异丁酯、过氧苯甲酸叔丁酯;过氧化酮如过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化丙酮、过氧化苯甲酰;以及其它过氧化物类如过氧化氢、二氧化硫脲、水合肼、二甲基亚砜、过碳酸酰胺。优选有机过氧酸如过氧乙酸、过氧苯甲酸和过氧化酮如过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化丙酮、过氧化苯甲酰以及过氧化氢。
本发明组合物中存在的过氧化物(b)的含量为按重量计0.1-2.5%,优选为0.1-1%之间。在优选的本发明组合物中,(a)与(b)的重量比为200-10∶1之间,优选为100-30∶1之间。
附加的助剂
在优选的本发明组合物中,除了上述表面活性剂和过氧化物外,在需要或必要的时候,还可包括附加助剂成分如有机酸或其盐或无机碱和助溶剂。
为得到更好的清洗力,本发明的组合物中可包括有助于清洗农业化学品等有机污染物的有机酸和/或其盐或无机碱,这些有机酸和/或其盐或无机碱是一些天然植物成分,在一定的条件下,它们可能与有害物质发生离子或分子交换,从而有助于将有害物质从水果蔬菜表面去除。
可以提到这些有机酸或其盐的实例包括例如柠檬酸及柠檬酸盐如柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸二氢钠、柠檬酸氢二钠、柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸二氢钾、、柠檬酸钙、柠檬酸铵、柠檬酸钾钠、酒石酸一钠、酒石酸二钠、酒石酸二钾、酒石酸钙、苹果酸及苹果酸钠、苹果酸氢钾、苹果酸钾、己二酸及己二酸钠、己二酸钾、己二酸铵、富马酸及富马酸钾、富马酸钙、乳酸及乳酸钠、乳酸钾、乳酸钙、抗坏血酸及抗坏血酸钠、异抗坏血酸钾、异抗坏血酸钙、藻酸及藻酸钠、藻酸钾、藻酸铵、藻酸钙、谷氨酸及谷氨酸一钾、谷氨酸一铵、谷氨酸镁、山梨酸及山梨酸钠、山梨酸钙。优选柠檬酸及其盐、酒石酸及其盐、苹果酸及其盐、乳酸及其盐。
有机酸与其盐可以组成缓冲体系,且可用作pH调节剂。
适合于本发明无机碱是低毒或无毒的碱性无机物。可以提到的无机碱的实例包括例如碱矿石、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、小苏打、碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾等。
适合于本发明的助溶剂是低毒的有机溶剂。可以提到的助溶剂包括例如乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油等。
在本发明组合物可以含有按重量计0-10%的有机酸或其盐。在优选的本发明组合物中含有按重量计2-8%的有机酸或其盐。
在本发明组合物可以含有按重量计0-10%的无机碱。在优选的本发明组合物中含有按重量计1-8%的无机碱。
在本发明组合物还可以含有按重量计0-10%的助溶剂。在优选的本发明组合物中含有按重量计2-7%的助溶剂。
其它的任选成分
在本发明组合物中还可包括少量的其它常用洗涤剂成分如粘度调节剂、防腐剂、香精、稳定剂、抗再污染剂等,只要它们不对洗涤剂组合物的清洗能力无相反作用即可。
本发明优选的洗涤剂组合物含有按重量计0.1-0.5%的粘度调节剂、0.05-1%的防腐剂、0.1-0.5%的香精、0.05-1%的稳定剂、0.05-1%的抗再污染剂。
低于上述范围,添加剂不能完全起作用,而高于这个范围,可能会对洗涤剂性能产生不利影响例如降低清洗能力等等。
水含量
本发明组合物中的剩余量为水(补至100%)。
可以理解,在浓缩的本发明组合物中,可以尽量少地含有水或者甚至不含有水。这种组合物在使用之前可由使用者用水按一定的比例进行稀释。在此情况下,在本发明组合物中的各组分的浓度应相应地提高。这种洗涤剂组合物仍属于本发明的范围。
洗涤剂组合物的制备
本发明组合物可通过任意适合的方法制备。在存在固体原料的情况下,可先将固体原料粉碎或用助溶剂溶解,然后加入其它液体成分混合搅拌。
本发明的特点表现在:(1)使用本发明洗涤剂适量溶于水后浸泡蔬菜水果,在表面活性体系中,农药分子等有机污染物与过氧化物结合为活性过渡态,可以被有效地置换,从而将农药分子等有机污染物从果蔬表面洗涤掉;(2)在优选的方案中,在本发明洗涤剂的有机酸碱体系作用下,植物表皮细胞和上层细胞壁被打开,可更有效地去除污染物。
根据本发明的无害且无刺激的洗涤剂组合物可适用于清洗与食品相关的产品,例如厨房器皿、水果、蔬菜等,尤其是清洗水果或蔬菜。
本发明的洗涤剂组合物由于其极好的生物降解性能,排掉后几乎不污染环境。
实施例
本发明通过以下非限定性实施例作进一步阐述,除非另有指明,其中的比例和百分数均以重量为基准。然而,本发明并不限于这些实施例。
制剂实施例1-4
按下述配方制备出本发明洗涤剂组合物(按重量计%):
*)APG(C10-12,DP1.6)。
制剂实施例5-8
按下述配方制备出本发明洗涤剂组合物(按重量计%):
*)APG(C12-14,DP1.4)。
制剂实施例8-11
*)APG(C12-14,DP1.4)。
根据上述实施例以及本发明上述说明书中的相关描述,还可以制定出本发明范围内的其它配方。
试验实施例
为了进行比较,将本发明制剂实施例以及无APG的制剂实施例7与市售产品蔬果洗净剂A,蔬菜洗净剂B和水一同进行实验。
试验方法
用微量注射器在水果、蔬菜表面均匀添加例如0.05、0.1、0.2mg/kg三种浓度的农药混合物溶液,晾干后。取1g本发明洗涤剂组合物在烧杯中稀释至100ml。将上述晾干后的水果或蔬菜用水冲洗10秒后,均碎,匀浆1分钟。准确称取5.00g样本,于研钵中,加入10g弗罗里硅土,研磨成能自由流动状态。在2.0cm×20cm的玻璃柱中装柱,用50ml乙酸乙酯淋洗,收集淋洗液,浓缩至近干,用正己烷∶乙酸乙酯(4∶1)定容至1ml。用GC-FPD和GC-ECD检测。
试验效果
洗涤效果计算以农药去除率(1-回收率/100)表示。正常条件下,实验的总体回收水平是确定的,当洗净后回收越低,表明洗净效果越好。
试验实施例1
采用上述实验方法,本发明产品对番茄表面有机磷农药(0.1mg/kg)的洗净效果与水洗和市售产品相比的结果如表1中如示。

从上述表1中可见,本发明制剂的洗涤能力较强,对番茄上0.1mg/kg的有机磷农药残留的洗除率分别高于市售的洗涤剂和水洗。
试验实施例2
采用上述实验方法,本发明产品对黄瓜、番茄、苹果表面农药的洗净效果与水洗和市售产品相比的结果如表2中如示。表2 制剂实施例3和8对蔬菜水果中农药残留洗涤效果检测结果

从表2的结果可以看出制剂实施例3、8洗涤剂对黄瓜、番茄、苹果中添加的三个水平浓度农药的洗涤去除效果都较理想,制剂实施例3、8对各农药的去除率分别在43.14%~84.50%、44.62~90.47%之间,尤其是对敌百虫、甲胺磷和氰戊菊酯的去除率较高。
Claims (10)
1.一种洗涤剂组合物,包括
(a)4-30% 表面活性剂体系;
(a1)2-15% 两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂;
(a2)2-15% 烷基多苷(APG);
(b)0.1-2.5% 过氧化物;
和任选的附加助剂组分
(c)0-10% 有机酸和/或其盐;
(d)0-10% 无机碱;
(e)0-10% 助溶剂;
以及余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中
(a1)与(a2)的重量比为1∶0.2-5之间,(a)与(b)的重量比为200-10∶1之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述的两性表面活性剂是甜菜碱类,非离子表面活性剂是烷基聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚醚类、脂肪酸聚烷氧化物酯类、多元醇酯类、烷醇酰胺类。
4.根据权利要求3的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述的非离子表面活性剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚醚类、多元醇酯类、烷醇酰胺类。
5.根据权利要求1或2的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述的烷基多苷如下式所示
RO(R’O)t(G)x (I)式中R为含有8-16个碳原子的有机疏水基,R’为含有2-4个碳原子的亚烷基,G为含有5或6个碳原子的糖基,t的数值为0-10,x的数值为1-10。
6.根据权利要求1或2的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述的过氧化物是有机过氧酸类、过氧化酮类或过氧化氢。
7.根据权利要求1或2的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述的有机酸和/或其盐是柠檬酸和/或其盐、酒石酸和/或其盐、苹果酸和/或其盐、乳酸和/或其盐。
8.根据权利要求1或2的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述碱是碱矿石、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、小苏打、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠或碳酸钾。
9.根据权利要求1或2的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述的助溶剂是乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油。
10.权利要求1-9之任一的洗涤剂组合物在清洗水果和蔬菜中的应用。
