Abstract

本发明提供了一种口腔消毒液。按重量百分比包括三氯新0.1~0.3%、天然多酚类化合物0.15~0.35%、天然甜素0.01~0.1%、丙二醇3~15%、丙三醇1~5%、乙醇1~10%、蒸馏水余量。本发明口腔消毒液口感好,杀菌效果佳。

本发明涉及的是用于口腔的消毒液,特别涉及的是一种口腔消毒液。
背景技术:
人们常用洗必泰作口腔消毒液,其口感、杀菌效果均差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了提供一种口感好,杀菌效果佳的口腔消毒液。
本发明口腔消毒液按重量百分比包括如下组分:
    三氯新                           0.1~0.3%
    天然多酚类化合物                 0.15~0.35%
    天然甜素                         0.01~0.1%
    丙二醇                           3~15%
    丙三醇                           1~5%
    乙  醇                           1~10%
    蒸馏水                           余量。
上述的口腔消毒液,按重量百分比包括如下组分:
    三氯新                           0.1~0.3%
    天然多酚类化合物                 0.15~0.35%
    天然甜素                         0.01~0.1%
    丙二醇                           3~15%
    丙三醇                           1~5%
    乙  醇                           1~10%
    薄荷油                           0.001~0.01%
    蒸馏水                           余量,治疗效果佳。
上述的口腔消毒液,按重量百分比包括如下组分:
    三氯新                           0.2%
    天然多酚类化合物                 0.25%
    天然甜素                         0.05%
    丙二醇                           8%
    丙三醇                           3%
    乙  醇                           6%
    薄荷油                           005%
    蒸馏水                           余量,治疗效果更佳。
上述的天然多酚类化合物采用茶多酚,天然甜素采用甘草甜素。
本发明消毒液中三氯新杀菌、茶多酚清除自由基,甘草甜素防止牙垢形成,并起甜味剂作用,丙二醇、丙三醇起调合及保湿作用,乙醇起溶剂作用,薄荷油起调味作用,蒸馏水为稀释剂。
本发明经四川省卫生防疫站检测,对金黄色萄葡球菌,白色念珠菌有较强的抑制作用(见表1、2),稳定性好,杀菌效果佳,口感好,无毒无刺激性,(见表3),安全,使用方便。

阳性对照组平均菌数为:2.48×104(2.28×104~2.8×104)cfu/片。
阴性对照组无菌生长。
结论:
在20±2℃温度下采用载体法,2%浓度作用金黄色萄葡球菌1min,抑菌率为68.01%(67.54%~68.35%);1%浓度作用3min,抑菌率为54.03%(53.94%~54.28%)。表2:口腔消毒液对白色念珠菌的抑菌结果药物浓度               作用不同时间(min)的平均抑菌率及范围(%)(%)           1              3                5               10

阳性对照组平均菌数为:4.7×104(4.3×104~5.2×104)cfu/片。
阴性对照组无菌生长。
结论:
在20±2℃温度下采用载体法,25%浓度作用白色念珠菌1min,抑菌率为62.48%(60.19%~65.86%);12.5%浓度作用5min,抑菌率为59.00%(56.15%~64.13%)。

结论:
口腔消毒液对小鼠急性经口LD50>10000mg/kg,按化学物质急性毒性分级,属实际无毒级。

上述各实施例生产工艺如下:①,配料;②,丙二醇、丙三醇、乙醇加入三氯新、茶多酚充分搅拌均匀;③,加甘草甜素、薄荷油搅拌均匀;④,加蒸馏水混合均匀;⑤,净置、过滤、灌装、包装、成品入库。

1、口腔消毒液,其特征在于按重量百分比包括如下组分:
   三氯新                          0.1~0.3%
   天然多酚类化合物                0.15~0.35%
   天然甜素                        0.01~0.1%
   丙二醇                          3~15%
   丙三醇                          1~5%
   乙  醇                          1~10%
   蒸馏水                         余量。
2、根据权利要求1所述的口腔消毒液,其特征在于按重量百分比包括如下组分:

   天然多酚类化合物                0.15~0.35%
   天然甜素                        0.01~0.1%

   丙三醇                          1~5%
