Abstract

热电发电制冷装置,属热能转换电能后,应用电的制冷装置。其特征在于利用高效热电制冷器(1)进行热电发电,其发出的电用于高效热电制冷器(4)进行制冷。本发明具有热电发电效率高、制冷效果好的特点。所组成的器件结合牢固、工作可靠、使用寿命长,适用于冷冻、冷藏及汽车余热制冷空调等。

热电发电制冷装置
热电发电制冷装置,属热能转换电能后,应用电的制冷装置。
目前,热电元件的优值系数与其材料的优值系数相等,其值较低均小于4×10-3K-1。由该热电元件制作的热电制冷器用于制冷时效果不理想,最大温差小于70℃。用于热电发电时,发电效率低,一般为7%左右。因此,现有热电制冷器的制冷和热电发电的应用范围小,而利用热电发电制冷的装置还没有。
本发明的目的在于提供一种热电发电制冷装置。
本发明是这样来实现上述目的的。在热电元件上采取阻热措施,使热电元件的导热面积小于其导电面积,从而使热电元件的优值系数大于其热电材料的优值系数。通过调整、改变热电元件的导热面积和导电面积的比值大小,可使热电元件的优值系数达到13×10-3K-1,甚至更高。由该热电元件制作的高效热电制冷器,其热电制冷效果明显提高,最大温差可高于原来的1倍以上,热电发电效率可达到或超过40%。在制作用于热电发电的高效热电制冷器时,由于热电发电时工作温度较高,焊料的熔点要求高于热端温度。采用粉末冶金法压制热电元件,可在热电元件的两端压制一定长度的金属粉末,这样既可增加电偶臂长度,又可作电极。热电堆采用连接以减少电偶臂热胀造成的机械应力。
本发明中高效热电制冷器1利用热能进行热电发电,通过导线将电直接或经电控器调压、稳流后输送到高效热电制冷器4进行制冷或制热。
为增大热电发电温差和降低制冷温差,在高效热电制冷器的散热端均设置风扇强制散热,风扇由电控器供电。
为使热电发电热源的温度稳定,采用温控器控制输入热量大小。
本发明具有热电发电效率高、制冷效果好的特点。所组成的热电发电制冷装置结合牢固、工作可靠、寿命长,适用于冷冻冷藏,汽车余热制冷空调等。
附图为单个热电发电制冷装置示意图。附图中热电发电制冷装置由用于热电发电的高效热电制冷器1、热源2、导线3、用于制冷的高效热电制冷器4、绝电绝热材料5、制冷空间6。
实施例一,采用机械固定法将热电发电用高效热电制冷器固定在热源上,热源中设有温控器。热源上除制冷器外,其余部分均进行绝热处理。制冷用高效热电制冷器采用焊接固定法固定在需冷物体上,同样绝热处理。制冷器导线串或并联后通过电控器相互连接。
实施例二,根据实施例一在热电发电、制冷用高效热电制冷器散热片上均装有风扇,强制通风散热。

Claims (2)

1、一种由高效热电制冷器、温控器、电控器、导线和固定器件等组成的热电发电制冷装置,其特征在于:利用高效热电制冷器(1)进行热电发电,其发出的电用于高效热电制冷器(4)进行制冷。
2、根据权利1的要求其特征在于:制作高效热电制冷器的热电元件的导热面积小于其导电面积。
