塑料膜
本发明涉及一种塑料膜,用于包装产品,尤其用于包装最好是方块状产品,如汤料块。
为了上述目的,到目前为止大都采用铝-纸复合体,它们不论在生产方面,还是在回收利用方面都难以实行。
本发明的目的在于,提出一种很适合上述用途的塑料膜。
按照本发明,上述目的将通过以下方式达到,即该塑料膜由一种聚烯烃,最好是PE或PP组成,它可容易拆开。
借助易拆开性,该包装膜可可精确适配所要求的形状。
本发明的其它优先实施形式在于,塑料膜由0PP或OPE组成。
由两种材料组成的塑料膜尤其易于折叠。
按照本发明的另一实施形式,塑料膜厚度为0至100μm时,被证明是尤其具有优点的。
在该厚度范围内的塑料膜被证明是尤其适合的。
本发明的另一优先实施形式的特征为,该塑料膜的至少一侧被金属化。
此外,按照本发明的实施形式,该塑料膜至少一侧设有胶合层或封合层。
因此,使用该塑料膜的包装是密封的。
按照本发明,当封合层的密度为至15g/m2时,被证明是非常具有优点的。
本发明的另一优先实施形式是,作为封合层采用热火漆。
按照本发明,当采用压敏胶作为胶合层时,被证明是非常具有优点的。
由此,包装的密封可尤其简单地实现。
在此被证明尤其具有优点的是,按照本发明,塑料膜的外侧设有胶合层或封合层。
如果按照本发明的另一实施形式,把至少塑料膜外侧上的胶合层或封合层造型地安排,被证明是尤其适合的。
在此,胶合层或封合层仅放在需要它们的地方。
同样适合的是,塑料膜上设有漆层。
按照本发明的另一实施形式,漆层设有保护漆。
由此,颜色受到额外保护。
在此尤其适合的是,按照本发明的另一实施形式,保护漆用压力法被涂覆。
按照本发明能够的另一实施形式,保护漆的密度为0.1至10.0g/m2
下面将参照图中所示两个实施例对本发明说明。

在图1中,用1表示由OPE制成的塑料膜。OPE膜1的一侧涂覆有热火漆2,而另一侧具有一层彩色印刷3。
彩色印刷3此外设有一层套印漆4。
塑料膜1的一侧还要金属化(层5)。
塑料膜1的一段沿纵向缝21形成一段软管20。如图3所示,为形成汤料块包装,软管20的一端首先被叠合并随后装入待装入料。此后,塑料膜1的软管段的另一端同样被叠合。由于塑料膜良好的可叠合性,叠合的楔角很小。因此,即使在没有附加的封闭情况下,也能获得密封包装。
除软管式包装外,处理块状待装入料时,也可借助一段平面的膜包起它们。
对于特别敏感的待装入料,在两种实施形式中都可以把各个叠合的末端段彼此封合。
除OPE外,也可采用OPP或PP作为塑料膜材料。该膜的厚度为约50μm,不过,可根据需要在10至100μm之间变化。
在图4所示实施例中,用41表示另一由OPE制成的塑料膜。OPE膜41在一侧涂覆有压力敏感的粘合物42。在该粘合物下方设有彩色印刷43,它还有一层压制漆44。
在此,胶合层可造型地涂覆,这对内侧及对外侧都有意义。
附加于,或者取代彩色印刷34,还可以单侧地金属化塑料膜41(层45)。
塑料膜41的一段相对于上面的实施例沿一纵向缝21形成一段软管50。如图5所示,为形成汤料块包装,软管50的一端首先被叠合并随后装入待装入料。此后,塑料膜41的软管段的另一端同样被叠合。由于塑料膜良好的可叠合性,叠合的楔角很小。此外,楔角借助胶合层紧贴在包装的外侧。对于相应的层,也可以封合。
除软管式包装外,处理块状待装入料时,也可借助一段平面的膜包起它们。
除OPE外,也可采用OPP或PP作为塑料膜材料。该膜的厚度为约50μm,不过,可根据需要在10至100μm之间变化。

Claims (14)

1.一种塑料膜(1,41)用于包装产品,尤其用于包装最好是块状产品,例如汤料块,其特征是,该塑料膜(1,41)由聚烯烃,最好是PE或PP组成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的塑料膜,其特征是,该塑料膜由OPP或OPE组成。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的塑料膜,其特征是,该塑料膜(1,41)的厚度为10至100μm。
4.按照上述权利要求之任一项所述的塑料膜,其特征是,该塑料膜(1,41)至少一侧金属化。
5.按照上述权利要求之任一项所述的塑料膜,其特征是,该塑料膜(1,41)至少一侧设有胶合层或封合层(2,42)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的塑料膜,其特征是,封合层(2,42)的密度为1至15g/m2
7.按照权利要求5或6所述的塑料膜,其特征是,作为封合层,采用的是热火漆(2,42)。
8.按照权利要求5或6所述的塑料膜,其特征是,作为胶合层,采用的是压敏胶(2,42)。
9.按照上述权利要求之一所述的塑料膜,其特征是,塑料膜的外侧设有胶合层或封合层(2,42)。
10.按照上述权利要求之一所述的塑料膜,其特征是,至少设在塑料膜外侧上的胶合层或封合层(2,42)造型地安排。
11.按照上述权利要求之任一项所述的塑料膜,其特征是,设有一彩色涂层(3,43)。
12.按照权利要求11所述的塑料膜,其特征是,彩色层。(3,43)带有一层覆盖漆(4,44)。
13.按照权利要求12所述的塑料膜,其特征是,覆盖漆(4,44)用压制法涂覆。
14.按照权利要求12或13所述的塑料膜,其特征是,覆盖漆(4,44)的密度为0.1至10.0g/m2
