一种抗菌水松纸的制造方法,其特征在于,在水松纸印刷用油墨中按设定的添加比例加入载银无机广谱抗菌剂,其粒径为100~2500nm,添加的比例为油墨重量的0.5~15%,充分搅拌均匀,然后上机印刷即可得到抗菌水松纸。本发明的优点是:1、采用本发明方法制造的水松纸抗菌谱广、抗菌性强;2、抗菌寿命长,该水松纸具有持久的抗菌性能;3、安全、无毒副作用;4、工艺简单、运行成本低。

一种抗菌水松纸的制造方法

本发明涉及烟草工业,即一种抗菌水松纸的制造方法。
背景技术
众所周知,无论是在社交场合给人敬烟或接受敬烟,还是自己吸烟,一般都是用拇指和食指捏住卷烟水松纸将烟支取出,然后送到嘴中,而手指由于种种因素往往沾有大量的病菌或脏物;再者,卷烟水松纸的制造、印刷、储运以及卷烟的生产所处环境都不是无菌的,因而,水松纸会不可避免地沾染上环境中的微生物,包括许多致病菌。这样,卷烟水松纸便成了病菌的传播媒介,导致“病从口入”,使人体健康因吸烟而受到威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌水松纸的制造方法,按该方法制成的卷烟水松纸具有持久抗菌性能,能预防病菌通过水松纸传播,从而提高吸烟的安全性。
本发明的目的是通过如下方法来实现的:在水松纸印刷用油墨中按设定的添加比例加入载银无机广谱抗菌剂,其粒径为100~2500nm,添加的比例为油墨重量的0.5~15%,充分搅拌均匀,然后上机印刷即可得到抗菌水松纸。载银无机广谱抗菌剂的载体有两种,一种主要是沸石,另一种是磷酸盐类。
本发明具有如下优点:
1、抗菌谱广、抗菌性强:采用本发明方法制造的水松纸对常见的大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠球菌、黑曲霉菌、青霉菌等均具有强力抗菌能力,抗菌率平均达95%以上。
2、抗菌寿命长:采用本发明方法制造的水松纸具有持久的抗菌性能。
3、安全、无毒副作用:本发明所用的载银无机广谱抗菌剂无毒副作用,其LD50在5000mg/Kg以上。
4、工艺简单、运行成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:选用海尔科化公司生产的KHFS-Z50抗菌剂,其载银抗菌剂的载体主要是沸石,按水松纸油墨重量的2%加入该抗菌剂,充分搅拌均匀,然后进入油墨研磨工序进行研磨;达到1500nm的细度后,再运用这种添加了抗菌剂的油墨上机印刷水松纸。
实施例2:选用海尔科化公司生产的KHFS-Z50抗菌剂。在水松纸油墨经过了研磨工序后,按油墨重要的2%加入粒径为1000nm的抗菌剂,充分搅拌均匀,然后运用这种添加了抗菌剂的油墨上机印刷水松纸。
实施例3:抗菌剂选用西安康旺抗菌制品有限公司生产的ConvalPAG40型抗菌剂,其载体主要是沸石。
实施例4:抗菌剂选用浙江金地亚米材料有限公司生产的MOD抗菌剂,其载体主要是沸石。
实施例5:抗菌剂选用北京有色金属研究总院表面技术中心生产的LM无机防霉抗菌剂,其载体是磷酸盐类的羟基磷灰石。

Claims (3)

1、一种抗菌水松纸的制造方法,其特征在于,在水松纸印刷用油墨中按设定的添加比例加入载银无机广谱抗菌剂,其粒径为100~2500nm,添加的比例为油墨重量的0.5~15%,充分搅拌均匀,然后上机印刷即可得到抗菌水松纸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌水松纸的制造方法,其特征是载银无机广谱抗菌剂的载体主要是沸石。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌水松纸的制造方法,其特征是载银无机广谱抗菌剂的载体是磷酸盐类。
