一种连续法生产的轻质墙板,它是由石膏、膨胀珍珠岩、猪毛、水和硅溶胶在混合器内混合均匀,在中国实用新型00236514.6挤压成型机内于0.6-1.0兆帕下挤压成型。该墙板的机械强度高耐水性好,是属于绿色产品。

连续法生产的轻质墙板
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻质墙板,特别涉及一种连续法生产的轻质墙板。
背景技术
目前,市面上的轻质墙板,即非承重墙板,都是间断式的浇铸法生产,国内外都没有连续化生产的报导,此法的最大缺点除生产率低下,不能满足建筑行业的速度要求外,其耐水性,特别是以石膏为主料的轻质墙板的耐水性和机械强度都很差。直到目前为止,我国还未定出石膏空心板条的耐水性标准。
发明内容
为了克服间断式浇铸的轻质墙板的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种连续化生产的轻质墙板。其优点是生产率可大提高,产品质量稳定,机械强度和耐水性好的轻质墙板。本发明技术方案如下:
(1)轻质墙板的配方(以下均以重量份计)
      石膏:                               38-42
      膨胀珍珠岩、密度为40-80公斤/米3:   4-6
      猪毛:                               0.4-0.6
      水:                                 15-23
      硅溶胶:                             1-2
(2)连续法生产轻质墙板的专用机为本发明人发明的,中国实用新型号00236514.6连续化生产轻质墙板的挤压成型机,挤出压力为0.6-1.0兆帕。
上述配方中的石膏是一般建筑用就可。对于膨胀珍珠岩,则要求其密度为40-80公斤/米3,若密度低于40公斤/米3,则墙板的机械强度变低,若密度高于80公斤/米3,则墙板的隔热性差。猪毛要求干净就可,本配方的主要特征是石膏与水的重量份比为(38-42)∶(15-23),即其比值约0.4-0.55,若小于0.4,则水不能满足石膏固化对水的要求量;若比值大于0.55,则墙板的隔热性差,因此,水的加入量越小越好,直到满足石膏固化时所需的水量为止。加入猪毛可提高其握钉力,它是一种动物性纤维,是天然的绿色物质。而目前市面上的间断式生产墙板,除加入石膏、珍珠岩(无密度要求)和水外,还要加入减水剂、反应剂等化学物质,是属于非绿色物质,故所制出的墙板是谈不上环保要求的。至于硅溶胶的加入是提高耐水性的和强度的配剂。
上述所用的专用挤压成型机,是本发明人的实用新型专利产品,其工作压力要求在0.4-1.0兆帕,若压力小于0.4兆帕,则墙板的耐水性差,若压力大于1.0兆帕,则墙板偏重。因此,控制此成型压力是极为重要的。
综合上述情况,本发明的特点在于配方中石膏和水比,对膨胀珍珠岩的要求,加入猪毛,不用减水剂和反应剂以及采用加压成型法这五个特征。
本发明的有益效果是,第一、墙板的质量高;第二、原料都是天然产品,故该墙板是属于绿色产品。
具体实施方式例1 将石膏38公斤,膨胀珍珠岩(密度为40公斤/米3)4公斤,猪毛0.4
公斤,水15公斤,硅溶胶1公斤,投入通用的混合器内混合均匀,然
后连续流入实用新型号为00236514.6的挤压成型机内,在0.6兆帕的
压力下挤压成型,产品的性能测试列于表1中。例2 将石膏42公斤,膨胀珍珠岩(密度为80公斤/米3)6公斤,猪毛0.6
公斤,水23公斤,硅溶胶2公斤,投入通用的混合器内混合均匀,然
后连续流入实用新型号为00236514.6的挤压成型机内,在1.0兆帕的
压力下挤压成型,产品的性能测试也列于表1中。

注:目前轻质墙板的耐水性国家还没有标准,暂用软化系数来反映,系数值越高耐水性越好。

1.一种连续法生产的轻质墙板,其特征在于:
(1)配方,按重量份计:
       石膏:                           38-42
       膨胀珍珠岩,密度为40-80公斤/米3:4-6
       猪毛:                           0.4-0.6
       水:                             15-23
       硅溶胶:                         1-2
(2)在中国实用新型00236514.6成型机内于0.6-1.0兆帕下挤压连续
   成型。
