Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于汽车内室的座椅装置,它具有至少一个与一块车身壁板相邻的靠背,其中至少所述靠背可以相对车身壁板进行调节。
背景技术
在高级轿车或豪华轿车中,可调节地设计后座室区域内的座椅装置是众所周知的。在这种情况下,座椅装置的靠背在其上部区域内被铰接在汽车内室后壁上,从而座垫前移也被迫导致了斜放程度加强,即导致了靠背倾斜。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种上述类型的座椅装置,它确保了与现有技术相比得到改善的可调节性。
如此完成该任务,即设置至少一个遮挡装置,它一方面被安装在靠背上且另一方面被装在车身壁上并且被设计成是柔性的,以便能追随靠背的运动,并且它被设计成是固有刚性的,以便在靠背运动过程中至少尽可能地保持其形状。通过本发明的解决方案,不再需要象在现有技术中的那样把靠背铰接在车身壁上。由于座椅装置可以在汽车纵向上和汽车高度方向上进行调节并且还可以调节靠背倾斜度,所以确保了最多样化的座椅装置的可调性,这是因为座椅装置不再与车身壁连接。遮挡装置确保视座椅装置的调节而存在于靠背和车身壁之间的间隙或中间空间在任何情况下都被遮盖住。由此一来,可以保持车身壁和靠背之间的间隙或中间空间没有脏东西。通过将遮挡装置设计成具有固有刚性,产生了引人注目的一流影响,它还可以提供可储物性,例如使后窗台板前移。通过柔性设计遮挡装置,遮挡装置可以追随靠背和座椅装置的运动。座椅装置可以由一个或多个单人座位或也由一个长座椅构成。最优选的方案是,把本发明的座椅装置设置在轿车内室的后座区内。
在本发明的设计方案中,遮挡装置具有多个通过柔性连接链而平行对接的且形状稳定的薄板。所述薄板在把座椅装置定位于轿车后座区内的情况下最好沿汽车横向延伸,即它们的走向是水平的。柔性连接链可以具有形状稳定的铰接件的铰链构成,或也可以由弹性的铰接装置构成。
在本发明的其它设计方案中,遮挡装置在一侧与一个形状稳定的配合件相连,该配合件可被牢固地安装在车身上或座椅上。由此一来,可以实现简单的活动安装可行方式。借助配合件,可以实现遮挡装置的预安装,从而可以安装起来比较省事地实现把遮挡装置定位在座椅装置和车身壁上。
在本发明的另一个设计方案中,遮挡装置隆起地被安装在车身壁和靠背之间。通过最好朝上或朝下隆起的调节遮挡装置的方位,在调整座椅装置时确保了遮挡装置明确的隆起或弯曲。通过这种隆起,已产生了在压紧时所需的遮挡装置偏移方向。遮挡装置的纵向延伸情况(与缝宽或中间空间宽度有关地)是如此选择的,即,即便座椅装置移到最靠外的最终位置上,遮挡装置也未被拉长,从而遮挡装置不受拉力,结果,因安装了遮挡装置而没有回拉力作用在座椅装置上。

具体实施方式的说明
轿车1如图1所示地具有一个汽车内室,所述汽车内室配设有一个后座区2和一个驾驶座前区。在后座区2内设置一个座椅装置3、4,它们在所示的实施例中由两个并列设置的单人座位组成,其中每个单人座位具有一个椅部3和一个靠背4。与驾驶座或副驾驶座相似地,不仅在汽车纵向上,而且在汽车高度方向上都可以进行调节地支承每个单人座位3、4(如箭头所示)。此外,靠背4的倾斜度可以在一个陡立位置和一个平向位置之间进行无级调节。为了支承和调节每个单人座位,设置一个如图1示意所示的导向调节单元5、6,但其基本结构与用于驾驶座或副驾驶座的导向调节单元是一样的。
在单人座位靠背4后有一段距离地设置一个车身后壁7,所述车身后壁同时是后备箱8的前侧隔板。后备箱8朝前地由一个水平车身部10限定,该车身部一般被称为后窗台板。一个中间空间在靠背4的背面和后壁7之间,这个空间的宽度视每个单人座位3、4的位置而变化。中间空间17在靠背4顶面和后窗台板10之间朝上敞露,其中为了封闭这个敞露区域而设置一个遮挡装置9。在所示实施例中,分别给每个单人座位3、4设置一个遮挡装置,所述遮挡装置延及各中间空间17的整个长度范围(从汽车横向上看地)并因而完全遮盖住各中间空间17。在对置端侧上,每个遮挡装置9以内室衬里部件结束,其中在汽车中央作为内室衬里部件地设置一个座椅拱台,它将这两个单人座位3、4分隔开。
如图2、3清楚所示的那样,遮挡装置9由多个在汽车横向平行且水平而设的且形状稳定的薄板12组成,它们通过柔性连接链13相连。作为柔性连接链,在所示实施例中侧向设置弹性链索13,它们与薄板12端面牢固连接。此外,或者作为替换方式地,薄板12在其底面和/或顶面上与一个成织物或类似物形式的柔软覆层牢固连接,所述柔软覆层一方面确保薄板之间的密封连接,另一方面,也可作为替换方式或补充方式起到连接件的作用。
如此设计遮挡装置9,即它在安装状态下被被迫压入如图1-图3所示的上隆状态。连接链13是这样受力相连的,即在它们在安装状态下被迫把隆起负荷向上传递给薄板,或确切地说,它们与各单人座位3、4在哪个调节位置上无关。沿汽车纵向看的遮挡装置9的延伸长度大于在汽车纵向上的靠背4背面与后壁7之间的最大间距,从而即使在单人座位3、4向前移动最大时,遮挡装置9仍然在向上隆起的位置上。由此一来,确保了遮挡装置9在单人座位3、4回撤时明确地只向上隆起,从而避免了形成折缝或波纹。
遮挡装置9不仅可松开地与靠背4背面相连,而且与后壁7相连。为了与后壁7相连,设置一个形状稳定的配合件11,它配设有插接导向机构,在安装状态下,所述插接导向机构在对应的后壁容槽中配合工作。此外,板形配合件11具有固定机构15,可以借助所述固定机构使遮挡装置9的所述纵向侧可松开地与配合件11相连。也给遮挡装置9的对置纵向侧配设固定机构14,所述固定机构可松开地与靠背4背面相连。配合件11和薄板12都最好由塑料制成。连接链13也能由弹性体如橡胶制成。
Claims (6)
1、一种用于汽车内室的座椅装置,它具有至少一个与车身壁相邻的靠背,其中至少所述靠背可以相对所述车身壁进行调节,其特征在于,设置至少一个遮挡装置(9),它一方面被安装在靠背(4)上且另一方面被安装在车身壁(7)上并且被设计成是柔性的,以便能追随靠背(4)的运动,并且它被设计成是固有刚性的,以便在靠背运动过程中至少尽可能地保持其形状。
2、如权利要求1所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,遮挡装置(9)具有多个通过至少一条柔性连接链(13)而平行对接的且形状稳定的薄板(12)。
3、如权利要求1所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,遮挡装置(9)在至少一侧上与一个形状稳定的配合件(11)相连,该配合件可被牢固地安装在车身上或座椅上。
4、如权利要求1所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,它设置在轿车的后座区(2)内。
5、如权利要求1所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,一汽车内室的后壁被设定为所述车身壁。
6、如权利要求1所述的座椅装置,其特征在于,遮挡装置(9)隆起地被安装在车身壁(7)和靠背(4)之间。
