Abstract

本发明涉及书写工具。
                        背景技术
目前，书写工具用于书写时使用并携带于胸袋中。因此，通常要求笔尖、滚珠或铅笔尖被盖住以便携带。分离的套盖易被放错位置或丢失。在某些情况下，例如，笔尖或铅笔尖是可收回的，从而在不使用时不会露出，而且在插入口袋中及从口袋中取出时不会弄脏口袋布料，且不需要分离的套盖。书写工具自身可以较短，但是每种书写工具必须足够长以便正常使用并优选是“平衡的”，使得书写时舒适。这就意味着常规的书写工具较长而且不易于装入衬衫上的狭窄胸袋中，或方便地装入小钱包或皮夹中。
                        发明内容
本发明的一个目的是克服或至少减少这些问题。
根据本发明，提供了一种书写工具，其具有由细长杆体支承的书写头和细长手柄，细长手柄在正常使用的书写构型时端对端装配进杆体中，其中工具处于折叠构型时，手柄枢转连接到杆体上并折叠过杆体且靠在杆体上。
枢转连接优选是弹簧偏压的以限制杆体和手柄朝向书写构型运动。
手柄的远端可手动释放地锁定到杆体的远端，以将书写工具保持在折叠位置。
在折叠构型时，手柄优选延伸经过杆体的一端和书写头。
袋夹可以安装在手柄一侧并沿该侧延伸。

                      具体实施方式
参照附图，在图1至3中，笔具有细长杆体10和细长手柄11。杆体和手柄通过销12枢转连接在一起。袋夹13安装在手柄11上。手柄和杆体在图1中端对端装配在一起，而在图3中手柄3围绕着杆体10成折叠构型。
图4中，杆体10支承着可替换的圆珠笔元件14和管套15，管套推装进杆体10中，覆盖元件14的一部分并按需要支承书写头16。枢转销12设置有偏压弹簧17，偏压弹簧将笔偏压向书写构型。手柄11具有手动枢转释放按钮18，其可被释放以允许弹簧17将笔从其折叠构型打开。
图5和6中，示出了笔的各种部件，而且明显的是笔是如何保持在其折叠构型的及从其折叠构型释放的。还可以看出，杆体10具有一体形成的支座19，该支座将倚靠着一体形成在手柄上的止块20。当笔处于以备书写的完全打开的构型时，支座19将被弹簧17对着止块20推动。
因此所描述的笔可以折叠，并保持折叠以例如方便地装入钱包或狭窄口袋中。使用时，按钮18按下以允许笔打开并使笔具有便于书写的“舒适”长度。书写头16及元件14，在笔处于折叠构型时被良好保护并由手柄11盖住。手柄永久地连接到杆体上，因此不会丢失或独自放错位置。

Claims (5)

1.一种书写工具，其具有由细长杆体支承的书写头和细长手柄，细长手柄在正常使用的书写构型时端对端装配进杆体中，其中工具处于折叠构型时，手柄枢转连接到杆体上并折叠过杆体且靠在杆体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的书写工具，其特征在于，枢转连接优选是弹簧偏压的，以限制杆体和手柄朝向书写构型。
3.如权利要求2所述的书写工具，其特征在于，手柄的远端可手动释放地锁定到杆体的远端，以将书写工具保持在折叠位置。
4.如权利要求1所述的书写工具，其特征在于，在折叠构型时，手柄延伸经过杆体的一端和书写头。
5.如权利要求1所述的书写工具，其特征在于，包括安装在手柄一侧并沿该侧延伸的袋夹。
