Abstract

一种中央空调风道中调节风量的装置--主动式调节风阀,主动式调节风阀由风机和风门组合而成,利用风机的开停台数、转速代替风叶来调节风量;风门在风机运行时才打开。使用主动式调节风阀时,由于风机在开停台数和转速一定时,只要风道能在风机风压下提供足够的风量,风机吹出的风量完全由风机自身决定,不受风道中风压的影响;风门在风机运行时才打开,风机不运行时风门关闭,保证风道中的风不从此风门漏出,从而达到随意调节风量,并能满足各个风口需要独立控制的要求。

Description

主动式调节风阀
本发明涉及一种中央空调风道中调节风量的装置。
目前,市场上中央空调风道中调节风量的装置大多采用多叶调节阀,多叶调节阀的工作原理主要利用风道中风压和多叶调节阀的调节角度来调节风量,这是一种被动调节方式,它受到风道中风压和调节阀的调节角度的控制,风道中风压随着其它多叶调节阀的开闭而变化,调节阀的调节角度也会由于某种原因而变化,这都会造成风量不稳定,故多叶调节阀不能随意调节。现在户式中央空调逐步推广开来,但是各个房间需要独立控制,利用多叶调节阀来调节风量,会带来很多问题,故迫切需要一种能稳定调节风量的调节装置。
本发明的目的是提供一种能稳定调节风量的调节装置。它能随意调节风量,并能满足各个风口需要独立控制的要求。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:主动式调节风阀由风机和风门组合而成,利用风机的开停台数、转速代替风叶来调节风量;风门在风机运行时才打开。使用主动式调节风阀时,由于风机在开停台数和转速一定时,只要风道能在风机风压下提供足够的风量,风机吹出的风量完全由风机自身决定,不受风道中风压的影响;风门在风机运行时才打开,风机不运行时风门关闭,保证风道中的风不从此风门漏出,从而达到随意调节风量,并能满足各个风口需要独立控制的要求。

下面结合附图1对本发明的主动式调节风阀的最佳实施方案作进一步的说明:如附图1所示,使用主动式调节风阀时,风机1运行,风门2打开,风可从风门2进入空调房间(或风道);不使用主动式调节风阀时,风机1不运行,风门2关闭,风不从风门2进出。
下面结合附图2对本发明的主动式调节风阀在中央空调风道中的最佳实施方案作进一步的说明:如附图2所示,当空调房间A和空调房间B使用时,从换热器2中出来的冷(热)空气,通过送风管3到达空调房间的送风主动式调节风阀4,由于只使用空调房间A和空调房间B,所以空调房间A和空调房间B中的送、回风主动式调节风阀运行,冷(热)空气通过空调房间A和空调房间B中的送风装置5,对空调房间A和空调房间B进行空气调节,送风量由空调房间A和空调房间B中的各自送风主动式调节风阀4决定,再通过回风装置6、空调房间A和空调房间B中的回风主动式调节风阀7,最后通过回风管1回到换热器2,由此循环运行。由于空调房间C不使用,所以空调房间C中的送、回风主动式调节风阀不运行,冷(热)空气不通过空调房间C。附图2中送风主动式调节风阀4和回风主动式调节风阀7的差别在于方向不同,送风主动式调节风阀4由风道吹向空调房间,而回风主动式调节风阀7由空调房间吹向风道。附图2中送风主动式调节风阀4对风道产生的负压加上回风主动式调节风阀7对风道产生的正压,大于风道中的阻力,送风主动式调节风阀4和回风主动式调节风阀7产生的风量相等,风量大小由自身决定,由此保证循环运行。由此可见主动式调节风阀如何对空调房间进行调节的。

1、一种中央空调风道中调节风量的装置---主动式调节风阀,其特征是:主动式调节风阀由风机和风门组合而成,利用风机的开停台数、转速代替风叶来调节风量;风门在风机运行时才打开。
