本处置方法 | 含水分~75%的新鲜污泥直接进入烘干搅拌机,烘干成粒后入悬浮炉悬浮煅烧,废渣进入水泥熟料烧成系统。 | 1.污泥烘干后热值高,利于燃烧;2.悬浮炉结构简单,操作简便,无需排渣处理;3.流化床可缓冲污泥喂料的不均衡性,并对污泥压床有一定的适应性; |
4.燃料在高温的纯空气中点燃,有利于燃料的着火燃烧。 | ||
填埋法 | 将污泥进行填埋处理。 | 1.污泥填埋需占用土地,投资高;2.存在二次污染的隐患。 |
