Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及从容器组件中分配流体的闭合件,更具体地说,涉及闭合件及制造方法,该闭合件在压力下打开,从容器中分配流体,当流体压力消除后,该闭合件自封闭,阻止流体或其它污染物回流到容器中。
背景技术
本发明的目的是提供一种流体分配闭合件,当与容器一起使用时,在分配流体时,该闭合件内部很少或没有真空,在流体分配后,阻止流体或气体返回到容器内,这样就阻止残液或有机物的存在,并保持容器内的原始状态。本发明的另一个目的是提供制造这种闭合件的方法,以及包括该闭合件的组件。
发明内容
本发明优选实施例的流体分配闭合件包括:流出尖部,该尖部具有外圆周表面和至少一个流体通道,该通道从流出尖部的内端延伸到与流出尖部外端隔开的位置。一个柔性弹性衬套结构围绕流出尖部的外表面,并具有覆盖并封闭流体通道上端的外端。一个壳体在外部将衬套固定到流出尖部上,衬套的外端和流出尖部的外端延伸经过壳体。由流体通道中的流体施加的压力使衬套的外端从流出尖部的外表面弹性膨胀,以使流体从通道流出,并在通道内流体产生的压力消失后,使衬套的外端塌在通道的外端上,从而阻止流体或其它残液回流到通道,以及回流到其上固定有闭合件的容器内。(如“内”和“外”等方位词是相对于图中示出的容器内部而言的)。
本发明的优选实施例的流体分配闭合件包括一个带有基座和周壁的壳体,该基座带有内螺纹或卷边以固定到容器上,该周壁从该基座延伸并朝向与基座间隔开的开口会聚。在壳体的周壁内固定有柔性弹性衬套。衬套具有贯穿壳体端部开口轴向延伸并径向覆盖壳体周壁的凸缘。流出尖部具有带至少一个流体通道的主体,并被固定在衬套内,穿过衬套凸缘和壳体开口延伸。由通道内的流体施加到凸缘上的压力使凸缘离开流出尖部而弹性胀开,从而使流体从通道中流出,流体压力的消除使衬套在通道上弹性塌下。在本发明的优选实施例中,衬套凸缘具有径向向外朝向的表面,该表面与壳体周壁的径向向外朝向表面交叠,使多余流体沿着凸缘的外表面和离开流出尖部的壁随意流动。流出尖部、衬套凸缘和壳体周壁的外周表面向外凸出,并朝向闭合件的上端会聚,这样更加强了多余流体远离流出尖部的流动。弹性衬套或流出尖部可以浸有消毒剂,以阻止流出尖部的外表面上以及闭合件与组件之间凸缘上的细菌滋生。

具体实施方式
图1和2表示一个流体分配密封组件10,该组件包含具有固定在其中的流体分配闭合件14的容器12,容器12包括一个具有整体的轴向延伸的容器口(finish)18的容器主体16。容器口18具有外螺纹或卷边20,闭合件14被固定在其上。容器12可以是任何适合的结构,例如柔性弹性吹塑制造的塑料结构。容器12可以是美国专利US6083450中的一种,具有用于盛装待分配流体的内部衬套,在衬套和容器主体之间具有一个带有为了防止产生负压(真空)的止回阀的通气孔。另外,其它传统的容器也可以采用,只要是流体是通过例如挤压或抽吸而使压力施加到容器中的流体上来启动的,并且当流体从容器中分配流出时,容器内部有很少或没有真空。
闭合件14包括一个壳体22,它包括带有内螺纹或卷边26的圆柱形的基座或罩裙24,内螺纹或卷边26可以固定在容器口18上的外螺纹或卷边20上。周壁28从壳体罩裙同轴延伸并且朝向与壳体罩裙间隔开的上端或外端处的圆口30会聚。圆口30是与壳体同轴的,位于与所述轴垂直的平面上。一个周向对称的柔性弹性的衬套具有主体34,该主体被壳体22的周壁28紧紧围住。衬套32具有贯穿壳体周壁28的外端开口30的一个凸缘36,该凸缘36围绕开口30沿径向覆盖周壁28的轴向外缘。一个下部凸缘38从衬套主体34的下端径向向外延伸,被卡合在靠近罩裙24的壳体周壁28之下端或内端处的肩部40的下面。衬套32就这样被弹性卡合在处于凸缘36和38之间的壳体上。
流出尖部42被紧固在衬套32和壳体22中,流出尖部42优选采用一体件,具有一个实心的上端或外端44、和多个从外端44整体轴向延伸的沿周向分开的径向叶片46。叶片46之间的空间在径向向外且轴向向上的棱面52处终止,该棱面52限定了端部44的底侧,而该端部44在衬套凸缘36下面和壳体壁28外缘上面的流出尖部42外表面终止。叶片46和棱面52于是就形成了流体流动通道,该通道从闭合件10的内端延伸到衬套22上的凸缘36径向向内的位置。在图1-5的实施例中,示出了间隔120度的三个叶片46,由此在各叶片之间形成三个成角度间隔开的轴向延伸的流体流动通道。在叶片46内端的缺口50内,接纳有衬套32内端处的径向向内延伸的凸缘48,以卡合流出尖部42。在优选实施例中,壳体周壁28、衬套32和流出尖部42均向外凸出。衬套32在周壁28内组装地套合,流出尖部在衬套32内组装套合。壳体22和流出尖部42可以采用任何适当的模制塑料结构,如聚丙烯或聚乙烯,如HDPE。衬套32可以采用任何适当的柔性弹性结构,如热塑弹性体(TPE)、橡胶或硅酮。目前优选的是市场上销售的是商标为SANTOPRENE的高级弹性体系列产品TPE。流出尖部42和/或衬套32可以用抗菌药剂浸透以防止霉菌和其它类似细菌的形成。当把闭合件14放置在容器口18上时,衬套的凸缘38、48产生挤压,将流出尖部42向上推出至衬套32的上部。这样就有助于将衬套密封在壳体22内,特别是当为了消毒照射衬套而已经将衬套卸下时。衬套的凸缘38也可以起到将容器口18密封的作用。
为了分配流体,使容器主体16的侧壁被挤压或者使容器主体16的底壁受压,这样就使流体通过叶片48之间形成的通道在压力下受到推动,并且向衬套32的凸缘36施加向外的压力。(组件10一般将被倒置以分配流体、如滴眼药)。在壳体壁28的外缘上产生的流体压力使凸缘36径向向外膨胀,于是当需要流体时,流体就经过由凸缘产生的阀门流出。当流体压力被解除时,凸缘36抵靠着流出尖部44的外表面而径向向内压缩,于是关闭流体通道,并当组件恢复到图中示出的竖直方位时,阻止滞留在流出尖部42处的流体返回到容器中。需要注意的是,壳体22的周壁28向外凸出,并朝开口30会聚。凸缘36的外表面同样向外凸出,并且其外形与流出尖部的外表面交叠,以使其与周壁28外表面交叠,这样就促使多余的流体沿凸缘36的外表面和周壁28从流出尖部向下流动。同样,尖部42的上端48向外凸出,并朝向一点会聚,促使多余流体从流出尖部的上端44流走。流出尖部的端部44的向外凸出的锥形表面和尖端被设计成当容器组件10颠倒并受挤压时,产生小液滴。液滴沿着流出尖部的外表面滚动,在尖端聚集,并落下。液滴的尺寸一部分由尖端半径控制,小半径形成小液滴。流出尖部42、凸缘36和壳体壁28可以采用其它合适的但优选性稍低的形状,如圆锥形。
本发明的闭合件具有以下优点。该闭合件使流体被分配流出,而同时抑制气体、流体或伴随的微生物进入而替代待分配流出的流体。闭合件咬合在一起,并容易装配形成一个整体,在容器被组装者充满流体后,随即能容易地固定到容器口上。衬套32固定安装到位于凸缘36和38之间的壳体22上,而流出尖部42通过衬套卷边48和尖部上的缺口50固定到衬套22内。闭合件与标准或传统类型的容器口相配,并容易制造成各种尺寸。图中示出的特定流出尖部42被设计成把流体分配成滴状,但也很容易改型成以细流或其它形式分配流体。壳体、衬套和流出尖部被设计成把剩余流体从分配区引出,从闭合件外侧向下流,以减少在分配区连续流体剂量污染的机会。从图2中清楚地看到,衬套32的凸缘38与容器口18的上端配合,这样就作为闭合件和容器口之间的密封衬套。在组装过程中,流出尖部的叶片46可自动地使衬套32相对于壳体22定位,保持衬套外表面和壳体内表面之间的稳定密封。在容器口处的衬套22的柔性度可使不同形式的闭合件固定到容器上,如示出的螺纹固定及所描述的卷边型咬合固定。闭合件也可配有象棘轮这样的部件,使其不能从容器上移走。闭合件可选择地由带有螺纹、卡合装配的或铰接的盖子封闭。
本发明公开了一种闭合件、闭合件和容器组件以及完全满足上述所有目的的闭合件制造方法。在此已经描述了许多改型和变化;然而,对于本领或普通技术人员,很容易得到其它改型和变化。本发明意在包含所有落在附加权利要求的精神和范围内的改型和变化。
Claims (12)
1.一种流体分配闭合件,包括:
流出尖部(42),该尖部具有外周表面和至少一个流体通道,该通道沿着所述外周表面从所述流出尖部的内端延伸到与所述流出尖部的外端(44)隔开的位置,
柔性弹性衬套(32)结构,该结构围绕所述流出尖部的所述外表面,形成所述至少一个通道的外壁,并具有外端,该外端覆盖并封闭所述至少一个流体通道的所述外端,及
壳体(22),该壳体在外部将所述衬套固定到所述流出尖部,所述衬套的外端和所述流出尖部的外端延伸经过所述壳体的外端,
从而所述至少一个通道内的流体施加的压力使所述衬套的外端从所述流出尖部的外表面弹性膨胀,使流体从所述至少一个通道流出,并且在所述至少一个通道内的流体产生的压力消失后,使所述衬套的外端塌在所述通道的外端上,以阻止流体回流到所述通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的闭合件,其特征在于,所述衬套外端包括沿着所述流出尖部(42)轴向延伸的凸缘(36),该凸缘与所述流出尖部的所述外表面弹性地配合,并在所述壳体(22)的外端径向向外延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的闭合件,其特征在于,所述衬套凸缘(36)具有径向向外朝向的表面,该表面与所述壳体(22)的径向向外朝向的表面交叠,使多余流体从所述流出尖部(42)沿着所述径向向外朝向的表面流动。
4.如权利要求3所述的闭合件,其特征在于,所述衬套(32)在其相对于所述外端的内端处具有第二径向向外朝向的凸缘(38),所述衬套由所述凸缘(36、38)卡合在所述壳体(22)内。
5.如权利要求3所述的闭合件,其特征在于,所述流出尖部(42)的所述外端(44)是实心的,并且所述至少一个通道在各叶片(46)之间形成,该叶片绕所述流出尖部彼此沿周向隔开。
6.如权利要求5所述的闭合件,其特征在于,具有三个彼此相隔120度的所述叶片。
7.如权利要求1所述的闭合件,其特征在于,所述壳体(22)具有带周向罩裙(24)和用以将闭合件固定到容器上的内部部件(26)的基座。
8.如权利要求1所述的闭合件,其特征在于,所述流出尖部(42)、所述衬套(32)和所述壳体(22)的外周表面向外凸出并朝向所述流出尖部的所述上端(44)会聚。
9.如权利要求1所述的闭合件,其特征在于,所述流出尖部和/或所述衬套(32)浸有抗菌剂。
10.一种闭合件和容器的组件,包括:
具有容器口(18)的容器(12),该容器口带有用以固定闭合件的外部部件(20);和
如前面任一项权利要求所述的流体分配闭合件(14)。
11.一种制造流体分配闭合件的方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)提供带有基座(24)和周壁(28)的壳体(22),该基座带有用以固定到容器上的部件(26),该周壁从所述基座延伸并朝向与基座隔开的开口会聚,
(b)将柔性弹性衬套(32)固定在所述壳体周壁内,所述衬套(32)具有经过所述开口轴向延伸并沿径向覆盖所述周壁的凸缘(36),及
(c)将流出尖部(42)固定在所述衬套内,该流出尖部具有带有至少一个流体通道的主体和穿过所述凸缘和所述壳体开口延伸的尖端(44)。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括将所述流出尖部(42)和/或所述衬套(32)浸有抗菌剂的附加步骤。
