Abstract
本发明提供一种桌子腿的结构,该结构可以进一步加强桌子的桌面板与腿的结合力,既使结构的连接简单,又不易损坏,从而提高了耐久性,同时还可以根据需要随时调整桌子的高度。该结构由腿、腿连接件和嵌合槽构成,所述的连接件其下侧连接在腿的上端,其上侧设置法兰部,通过若干个螺钉连接在桌面板上,在上述法兰部的中央形成向上伸出的嵌合突起;所述的嵌合槽为了与上述嵌合突起嵌合而切削形成在上述桌面板的下表面上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及支承桌子的桌面板的腿的结构,特别是涉及在幼儿园和托儿所等使用的桌子腿的结构,该结构既提供了比较坚固的耐久性又能适合如孩子们等使用者的身体容易进行调整桌面板高度的桌子腿结构。
背景技术
通常在幼儿园和托儿所等场所,为了配合多种教育方法而必须频繁地移动和重新配置桌子,这样频繁地移动和重新配置使桌子腿反复受到冲击作用,结果使桌子过早地损坏。
因此在如上述的设施中,尤其存在对桌子的维修方面的费用居高不下的问题。
在如上述那样的设施中使用的桌子,存在随着作为主要使用者孩子们的旺盛发育状态随时能调整高度的需要,但当前的现实是,这些桌子几乎不能为此目的调整桌子的高度。
下面看一下以往一直使用的桌子腿的一般结构,如图7所示,腿102通过连接件104连接在桌面板100的下表面,其中,该腿102由一个主体组成,并其长度是不可调整的,通常呈棒形,上述连接件104是由螺纹结合上述腿102上端的阴螺纹件106和与桌面板100下表面贴紧并与用螺钉108连接的法兰部110形成为一体的结构。
发明内容
可是如上构成的以往的桌子,因为腿只不过是用几个螺钉108将上述连接件的法兰部110简单地支承桌面板100,所以一旦向桌面板100的下方突出很长的腿102上施加侧向负荷时,随之产生的力矩就作用在上述法兰部110上,使由上述螺钉108连接的结构损坏,使腿102很容易从桌面板上分开。
一方面,在使用软质的合成树脂作为上述连接件104的材料的情况下,由于加在上述腿102上的冲击使上述螺钉108与连接件的法兰部110之间发生游动,往往减少由螺钉产生的结合力。
另一方面,对安装上述的一般的棒形腿102的桌子而言,其高度自然不能调整,而这样高度一直固定的桌子对正处于发育期的孩子当然带来不方便,可能引起不正确的姿势。
因此,本发明是为了解决上述各种问题而提出的。本发明的目的是提供一种桌子用的腿的结构,该结构可以进一步加强桌子的桌面板与腿的结合力,使这种结构的连接既简单又不易损坏,从而提高了耐久性,同时还可以根据需要随时调整桌子的高度。
达到上述目的的本发明的桌子腿的结构,其特征在于,由桌腿、腿连接件和嵌合槽构成,所述的连接件其下侧连接在该腿的上端,其上侧设置法兰部,通过若干个螺钉连接在桌面板上,在上述法兰部的中央形成伸出上侧的嵌合突起;所述的嵌合槽为了与上述嵌合突起嵌合而切削形成在上述桌面板的下表面上。
另外,本发明的桌子腿的结构的特征在于:上述腿由若干个腿器材,阳螺纹部件和阴螺纹部件构成,所述阳螺纹件螺合在腿器材的一端并在其中央具有伸出到外侧的螺栓部,所述的阴螺纹部件螺合在上述腿器材的另一端并在其中央具有与上述阳螺纹部件的螺栓部结合的螺母。通过使上述阳螺纹部件和阴螺纹部件逐个连接结合在两端上的若干个腿器材形成上述桌腿。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明按照本发明的一实施例。
图1和2是表示按照本发明的桌子腿结构的上部分,示出了带有腿10和法兰部21的连接件20和为连接件20提供安装的面的桌面板30。
其中,上述连接件20在其下侧切削形成阴螺纹28,与在上述腿10的上端切削形成的阳螺纹11相结合,在其上侧上配置法兰部21并通过若干个螺钉11与桌面板30连接在一起,在上述法兰部21的中央形成向上的嵌合突起23。
因此必然要在桌面板30的下表面上切削供上述嵌合突起23嵌入的嵌合槽31。
在此,在上述嵌合突起23的外周面上切削形成若干个锯齿24,当嵌合突起23嵌合在上述桌面板的嵌合槽31中时,由于通过强嵌合进入嵌合而由上述的锯齿24的缘部提供的微小的弹力使上述连接件20与桌面板的连接状态变得更加牢固。
一方面,在本实施例中,在上述连接件的法兰部21的上部切削形成规定深度的凹槽25,将硬质加强器材26嵌入其中,不容易在上述螺钉22与连接件20的法兰部21之间发生游动,从而可以实现更坚固的螺合状态,不过,在连接件20上不使用上述的锯齿加强器材,作为一个例子,当然也可以做成如图3所示的连接件20'。
另一方面,通过在上述加强器材26的中央穿设供上述嵌合突起21强嵌入的嵌合孔27,即使在上述凹槽25中不用粘接剂,也能使上述加强器材26有力地结合。
如上述那样与桌面板30连接的腿10,其下部如图4所示,因为是构成若干个腿器材12可以互相连接的结构,所以可以调整其长度。
在此,使上述多个腿器材12互相连接的机构包括阳螺纹部件14和阴螺纹部件16,所述阳螺纹部件14与上述腿部器材12的一端螺合并在其中央具有向伸出的螺栓;所述阴螺纹部件16螺合在上述腿器材12的另一端并在其中央具有与上述阳螺纹部件的螺栓部13结合的螺母部15,通过使上述阳螺纹部件14和阴螺纹部件16逐个地连接结合在两端上的若干个腿器件12形成上述桌子腿。
上述阳螺纹部件14和阴螺纹部件16也可以分别用单一的部件形成一体,但在本实施例中为了更提高阳螺纹部件14与阴螺纹部件16的结合强度,当然也可以使上述阳螺纹部件的螺栓部13用插入合成树脂材料的阳螺纹部件14的主体中的螺栓构成,上述阴螺纹部15由插入合成树脂材料的阴螺纹部件16的主体中的螺母构成。
另外,在最下端的腿器材12的下侧在使阴螺纹部件16在连接的状态下完成与形成螺栓的支承板17连接,图5中示出了如上所述的桌子腿结构的全部内容。
通过连接上述若干个腿器材12形成长度可调长的一条桌子腿的技术与把腿连接在上述桌面板30上的机构,另外,如图6所示,也可使用在桌面板上起作用的螺母固定螺栓40,当然也可采用其它的方式。
下面,就上述构成的本发明的作用进行说明。
首先,从桌面板30与腿10的连接结构的侧面看去,嵌入在上述桌面板10的嵌合槽31中的嵌合突起23,其外周面上切削形成的若干个锯齿24由于其端部形成锐角而能在提供微小的弹性下强嵌入,从而可以实现更强的结合状态。
另外,与以往只通过结合在法兰部上的若干个螺钉支持的结构相比,从如上所述的法兰部的中央伸出的嵌合突起23相对来自腿侧方的外力能更牢固地支持桌腿,可以防止因过大的力加在连接在上述法兰部21的螺钉22上产生的破坏后果。从而既可以抑制在螺钉22与法兰部21间发生游动,又可以继续保持比较牢固的结合状态。
而且,如上所述,嵌合在法兰部21的凹槽35中的硬质加强器材26可将与螺钉22之间的游动减到最小。
另外,如上所述,通过使若干个腿器材12互相转动连接或分开,即可根据需要随时调节腿的长度,这是因为形成在腿器材12的两端上分别连接有阳螺纹部件14和阴螺纹部件16而连接若干个腿器材12后,就可以通过这些腿器材12的相互结合或分离,从而可以稍微调整上述各个腿器材12的长度和调整整个腿10的长度。
总之,上述每个腿器材12的长度制造得越短,腿10的可调整度就设定得越精细。
如上所述,按照本发明,使桌子的桌面板与腿的结合力进一步提高,不容易使该结构损坏,可以大幅度提高耐久性,并且可以随时把桌子的高度调整到需要的状态,提高了使用的方便性。
Claims (8)
1.一种桌子腿的结构,其特征在于:由桌腿、腿连接件和嵌合槽构成,所述的连接件其下侧连接在该腿的上端,其上侧设置法兰部,通过若干个螺钉连接在桌面板上,在上述法兰部的中央形成伸出到上侧的嵌合突起;所述的嵌合槽为了与上述嵌合突起嵌合而切削形成在上述桌面板的下表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的桌子腿的结构,其特征在于,上述腿由若干个腿器材,阳螺纹部件和阴螺纹部件构成,所述阳螺纹部件螺合在腿器材的一端并在其中央具有伸出到外侧的螺栓部,所述的阴螺纹部件螺合在上述腿器材的另一端并在其中央具有与上述阳螺纹部件的螺栓部连接的螺母。通过使上述阳螺纹部件和阴螺纹部件逐个连接结合在两端上的若干个腿器材形成上述桌腿。
3.如权利要求1所述的桌子腿的结构,其特征在于,上述腿与腿连接件的连接由上述连接件的下侧切削出开口而切削成的阴螺纹与上述腿上切削成的阳螺纹互相螺纹结合构成。
4.如权利要求1所述的桌子腿的结构,其特征在于,在上述嵌合突起的外周面上切削成若干个锯齿。
5.如权利要求1所述的桌子腿的结构,其特征在于,在上述法兰的上侧上切削成规定深度的凹槽,在该凹槽内嵌合硬质加强器材。
6.如权利要求5所述的桌子腿的结构,其特征在于,在上述加强器材的中心穿设有被上述嵌合突起强嵌入的嵌合孔。
7.如权利要求2所述的桌子腿的结构,其特征在于,上述阳螺纹部件的螺栓部由插入合成树脂材料的阳螺纹部件主体内的螺栓构成。
8.如权利要求2所述的桌子腿的结构,其特征在于,上述阴螺纹部件的螺母部由插入合成树脂材料的阴螺纹部件主体内的螺母构成。
