Abstract

本发明公开了一种片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法:选择构造蚀变型方解石、粗晶大理岩的任何一种,按照下列步骤进行制造:(1)、原料干法粉碎,(2)、调浆,(3)、湿法超细研磨,(4)、超细研磨后处理(压滤成饼、干燥),其特征在于在湿法超细研磨过程中,采用剥片机为湿法超细磨,料浆浓度为50-75wt%,以氧化锆球、氧化铝球为研磨介质,球的直径为φ0.5mm-2mm,φ0.5mm-1.2mm球与φ1.5mm-2mm球质量比为1∶3-2∶1,研磨时间为30分钟-60分钟。得到的片状重质碳酸钙粒径小于2微米的含量为90-97%,片的径厚比大于5∶1,它具有成本低、无毒性、不对环境产生污染的特点。

片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种碳酸钙粉体的制备方法,特别是涉及一种片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法。
背景技术
碳酸钙粉体在造纸、塑料、橡胶、涂料、粘合剂中可作填料,以增强力学和物理性能。而片状碳酸钙粉体能使制品表面光泽度、平整度提高,尤其是在造纸行业中,可代替片状水洗高岭土,做铜版、白版纸等的面涂料。碳酸钙粉体按其制备方法不同可分为两大类,一类是用化学方法制备而成,称为轻质碳酸钙;一类是用机械研磨方法制备而成称为重质碳酸钙,如专利CN1161996A,其工艺过程为:1、原料干法粉碎研磨,2、调浆分散,3、湿法超细研磨,4、化学稳定性处理,5、储浆,6、干燥。目前生产的片状碳酸钙粉体均为片状轻质碳酸钙,其中最简便的方法是一步法如日本专利平2-184519,中国专利CN1080909A,但前者用了有毒性的晶形控制剂有机膦,后者用了低毒的硼化物做晶形控制剂,易对环境产生污染。目前未见有用机械方法制备片状重质碳酸钙的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法,选择构造蚀变型方解石、粗晶大理岩的任何一种,按照下列步骤进行制造:1、原料干法粉碎,2、调浆,3、湿法超细研磨,4、超细研磨后处理(压滤成饼、干燥),其特征在于:在湿法超细研磨过程中,采用剥片机为湿法超细磨,料浆浓度为50-75wt%,以氧化锆球、氧化铝球为研磨介质,球的直径为φ0.5mm-2mm,φ0.5mm-1.2mm球与φ1.5mm-2mm球的质量比为1∶3-2∶1,研磨时间为30分钟-60分钟。
片状重质碳酸钙可以是浆料、滤饼,或无团聚干燥后的干粉,片状重质碳酸钙粒径小于2微米的含量为90-97%,片的径厚比大于5∶1。
由于本发明在湿法超细研磨过程中,采用剥片机为湿法超细磨,以氧化锆球或氧化铝球为研磨介质,采用一定配比的大、小球,得到片状超细重质碳酸钙。本发明采用机械方法制备,成本低、无毒性、不对环境产生污染。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法为:选择构造蚀变型方解石,按照下列步骤进行制造:
将原料经破碎机破碎后用雷蒙磨粗磨至400目。
粗磨后的原料调制成浓度为65wt%的浆料。
采用剥片机为湿法超细磨,以氧化锆球为研磨介质,分7级研磨,从第1级到第7级,研磨介质φ0.8mm-1.2mm球与φ1.5mm-2mm球的质量比依次为1∶3、1∶2.5、1∶2、1∶1.5、1∶1、1.5∶1、2∶1。研磨45分钟后,得到粒径小于2微米的含量达到94%的片状重质碳酸钙,片的径厚比大于5∶1。
本发明采用机械方法制备,成本低、无毒性、不对环境产生污染。

Claims (3)

1、片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法,选择构造蚀变型方解石、粗晶大理岩的任何一种,按照下列步骤进行制造:(1)、原料干法粉碎,(2)、调浆,(3)、湿法超细研磨,(4)、超细研磨后处理,其特征在于在湿法超细研磨过程中,采用剥片机为湿法超细磨,料浆浓度为50-75wt%,以氧化锆球、氧化铝球为研磨介质,球的直径为φ0.5mm-2mm,φ0.5mm-1.2mm球与φ1.5mm-2mm球的质量比为1∶3-2∶1,研磨时间为30分钟-60分钟。
2、根据权利要求1所述的片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于湿法超细研磨中,研磨介质为氧化锆或氧化铝球。
3、根据权利要求1所述的片状重质碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于湿法超细研磨中,研磨介质为氧化锆球和氧化铝球。
