Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火保温板。防火保温板,它以玻璃纤维布为骨架材料,它基本由下述原料配比制成,MgO:45-55;MgSO4:30-40加水稀释到溶液状态;石膏:0.1-0.2;木粉(锯末粉):4-6;珍珠岩粉:4-6;甲基硅酸钠防水剂:0.02-0.04;抗泛白褪色剂磷酸:0.3-0.4。特点是:选用氧化镁做基料,用硫酸镁做无机粘结剂,阻燃性能好,是无毒、无味、防火性能强的绿色环保建筑材料,在加工时能锯、能钉、能刨,具有木质材料的属性,又具有陶瓷砖的光亮和美洁。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域,特别是一种防火保温板。
背景技术 目前,装饰材料产品市场发展的很快,各种内外墙装饰板也各种各样,美化了建筑物和人们工作生活的环境。目前,外墙装饰板有陶瓷装饰板,陶瓷装饰板具有美观耐用的特点,但是不具有保温功能,而且施工时易破碎,增加了施工的进度和成木,内墙装饰板一般都为木质材料或纤维墙布,这些材料因其粘结剂使用化学物质而使其放出有害气体如:氯气、甲醛气味而污染环境,木质材料也不具备阻燃性能。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种由轻质氧化镁轻烧粉制成的防火保温板,它具有阻燃保温的特点。
防火保温板,它以玻璃纤维布为骨架材料,其特征在于:它基本由下述原料按重量百分比计算配比制成,
MgO:45-55;
MgSO4:30-40加水稀释到溶液状态;
石膏:0.1-0.2;
木粉(锯末粉):4-6;
珍珠岩粉:4-6;
甲基硅酸钠防水剂:0.02-0.04;
抗泛白褪色剂磷酸:0.3-0.4。
防火保温板的加工制造方法是:将上述原料按上述配比称重配料,将粘结剂MgSO4稀释至溶液状态,再将上述原料(除玻璃纤维布外)投入搅拌机中搅拌均匀称为搅拌料,将搅拌料放入料斗内,在压力机的防火保温板模具内铺好玻璃纤维布,在玻璃纤维布上布匀搅拌料,再铺一层玻璃纤维布,经压力机压制成型,在常温下干燥,养生、切割、包装即得防火保温板,防火保温板可连续生产。
本发明的特点是:选用氧化镁做基料,用硫酸镁做无机粘结剂,阻燃性能好,是无毒、无味、防火性能强的绿色环保建筑材料,在加工时能锯、能钉、能刨,具有木质材料的属性,又具有陶瓷砖的光亮和美洁。在相对湿度100%的条件下不返潮,不返卤;在室温条件下在水中浸泡60天后其强度不变。其生产工艺可以连续大规模生产,质量稳定,产品率可达98%以上。

实施例1
防火保温板,它以玻璃纤维布为骨架材料,它基本由下述原料按重量百分比计算配比制成,MgO:45;MgSO4:30加水稀释到溶液状态;石膏:0.1;木粉(锯末粉):4;珍珠岩粉:4;甲基硅酸钠防水剂:0.02;抗泛白褪色剂磷酸:0.3。
防火保温板的加工制造方法是:将上述原料按上述配比称重配料,将粘结剂MgSO4稀释至溶液状态,再将上述原料(除玻璃纤维布外)投入搅拌机中搅拌均匀称为搅拌料,将搅拌料放入料斗内,在压力机的防火保温板模具内铺好玻璃纤维布,在玻璃纤维布上布匀搅拌料,再铺一层玻璃纤维布,经压力机压制成型,在常温下干燥,养生、切割、包装即得防火保温板,防火保温板可连续生产。

MgO:50;MgSO4:35加水稀释到溶液状态;石膏:0.15;木粉(锯末粉):5;珍珠岩粉:5;甲基硅酸钠防水剂:0.03;抗泛白褪色剂磷酸:0.35。其余同实施例1。
实施例3
防火保温板,它以玻璃纤维布为骨架材料,它基本由下述原料按重量百分比配比制成,MgO:55;MgSO4:40加水稀释到溶液状态;石膏:0.2;木粉(锯末粉):6;珍珠岩粉:6;甲基硅酸钠防水剂:0.04;抗泛白褪色剂磷酸:0.4。其余同实施例1。

1、防火保温板,它以玻璃纤维布为骨架材料,其特征在于:它基本由下述原料按重量百分比计算配比制成,
MgO:45-55;
MgSO4:30-40加水稀释到溶液状态;
石膏:0.1-0.2;
木粉(锯末粉):4-6;
珍珠岩粉:4-6;
甲基硅酸钠防水剂:0.02-0.04;
抗泛白褪色剂磷酸:0.3-0.4。
