Abstract

本发明公开了一种阴茎支撑体。它主要是由圆柱体、液囊、液阀泵、连接管组成,其特点在于:液泵阀中的吸入阀的锥形口处设有一钢球。本发明构思巧妙,结构合理,去掉了一般阴茎支撑体的吸入阀中不可缺少的弹簧,使吸入阀的结构更为简单,不仅可消除由弹簧引发的一切故障,使整个阀的机械故障率减少了50%,更可同时减少液体在负向压力下流向液压泵时,因弹簧所产生的阻力,具推广价值。

Description

阴茎支撑体
本发明涉及一种需用液压控制的医疗器械，特别是涉及一种阴茎支撑体中的液泵阀。
目前，现有的植入体内的阴茎支撑体，其液泵阀中的吸入阀，均是采用钢球加弹簧的设计结构。而吸入阀的机械故障一般均是由弹簧所引发的。由于，该产品是植入体内的，一但发生故障，会给病人生理和心理上造成的较为严重的后果。在各行各业都在大力提倡人性化设计的今天，对于这类医疗器械而言，更是首要的课题。
本发明的目的是提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷，液泵阀中的吸入阀仅采用一个钢球的阴茎支撑体。
本发明的技术方案为，一种阴茎支撑体，主要是由圆柱体、液囊、液泵阀、连接管组成，其特点在于：液泵阀中的吸入阀的锥形口处设有一钢球。
由于采用上述方案，不难得出如下结论：本发明构思巧妙，结构合理，去掉了一般阴茎支撑体的吸入阀中不可缺少的弹簧，使吸入阀的结构更为简单，不仅可消除由弹簧引发的一切故障，使整个阀的机械故障率减少了50％，更可同时减少液体在负向压力下流向液压泵时，因弹簧所产生的阻力，具推广价值。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。

图2、3中，该液泵阀300上端设有压力阀330和吸入阀320，下端为液压泵310，液泵阀300的外壁设有两控制按钮600。压力阀330的通孔333内设有一钢球331，钢球331上置有圆锥形螺旋弹簧332。而吸入阀320的通孔323的锥形口324处只设有一钢球321，通孔323的底端开设有一吸入腔322。吸入腔322可使钢球321始终无法闭合吸入阀与液压泵的通道。当液压泵受到挤压，液压泵中的液体经压力阀流出多少，即可经吸入腔补充多少。由此可见，吸入阀的启与闭，完全由其在工作状态时所产生的液体压力的正向压和负向压来控制，而钢球的活动范围一般控制在1.5至2.5毫米之间，这样能使吸入阀的性能处于最佳状态，由此使吸入阀的可靠性大大提高，也极大地增加了其使用寿命。而吸入阀的通孔中，仅设有一钢球，更是消除了由弹簧引发的一切故障。
图1中，液泵阀300中压力阀330通过一定长度的连接管400和为便于安装而使用的连接管接头500与两圆柱体100相连，吸入阀320同样通过所需长度的连接管400和连接管接头500与液囊200相连。为了能方便又快捷地打开吸入阀，使液体由两圆柱体100流回到液囊200内，在压力阀330和吸入阀320的两阀门的作用的径向连接的两相对的外壁对称地设置控制按钮600。为了使使用者能方便又快捷地触及到此部位，又使液泵阀300的外形不受影响，把控制按钮的大小设计成在液泵阀整体的轴向上为5至8毫米之间。在圆周体方向上长为10毫米，厚为1毫米，其按钮的中心位置处于两阀门的作用点上，由此可达到对压力阀操作上的可靠，同时也提高了控制阀门开启和关闭的实际效果。由于液泵阀植入于人体的阴囊内，圆柱体植入于人体阴茎的海绵体内，液囊植入于人体耻骨联合后面，液囊内注满液体。需过性生活时，用手挤压液泵阀，此时，液体受到液压泵的加压后，使压力阀被打开，使具有一定压力的液体经压力阀而流入阴茎中的两圆柱体内，使两圆柱体膨胀而增粗以促使阴茎勃起。性生活完成后，用一手相对地同时压迫液泵阀的控制按钮，此时压力阀被打开，再同时用一手捏紧阴茎，此时吸入阀处于工作负向压力下，液体只能迅速流回液囊，随即阴茎恢复正常的疲软状态，由此达到了性生活美满的目的。

1、一种阴茎支撑体，主要是由圆柱体、液囊、液泵阀、连接管组成，其特征在于：液泵阀中的吸入阀的锥形口处设有一钢球。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种阴茎支撑体，其特征在于：液泵阀中的吸入阀的通孔底端开设有一吸入腔。
