本实用新型公开了一种输液器自闭装置,它包括外壳,外壳上下两端分别开设有进液口和出液口,在外壳内设置有带凹腔的底座,在底座中设置有浮体,浮体的外表面与底座中凹腔的内表面相吻合,在底座中心设置有出液孔。本实用新型由于采用相互吻合的浮体与底座中凹腔的设计等,使之能有效解决药残留问题和不及时拔针而引起的回血问题,具有结构简单、效果良好等优点。另外,本实用新型除使用在医疗器械外,还可适用在其他具有类似功能的方面。

本实用新型涉及一种如医疗器械,尤其是涉及一种输液器自闭装置。
背景技术
输液器是医院使用量非常大的一次性消耗品,在病人输液时,由于时间较长,陪护者或病人容易产生疲劳感,一旦药液滴完,如不及时通知护士拔针,会使病人回血,给病人造成痛苦,拔针过早,残留药液过多,又会造成浪费。现在有人将现有输液器的输液滴管的两端各加一个单向阀,用以解决药液残留问题,但是不能同时解决回血问题,且这种输液器的结构比较复杂,成本高、不经济,还有人将输液器滴管内增加一个浮球,在药液滴完时浮球降至出液管口将其堵死。用于解决上述问题,但实验证明,浮球与出液管之间的线接触是起不到有效的封堵作用的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种结构简单且封堵效果好的输液器自闭装置。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下措施来实现:
本实用新型包括外壳,外壳上下两端分别开设有进液口和出液口,在外壳内设置有带凹腔的底座,在底座中设置有浮体,浮体的外表面与底座中凹腔的内表面相吻合,在底座中心设置有出液孔。
本实用新型中浮体为球体或锥体等,也可为其他合适的形状。底座与外壳之间留有间隙。外壳与底座为圆筒形状或其他形状。外壳由中部的筒形腔及上下两端的通液管构成。或者,外壳由中部的筒形腔及下端的通液管构成。另外,外壳由组装在一起的上下两部分构成,当然,也可制作成一体化结构。
本实用新型由于采用相互吻合的浮体与底座中凹腔的设计等,使之能有效解决药残留问题和不及时拔针而引起的回血问题,具有结构简单、效果良好等优点。另外,本实用新型除使用在医疗器械外,还可适用在其他具有类似功能的方面。

如图所示,本实用新型包括外壳(1),外壳(1)上下两端分别开设有进液口(6)和出液口(7),在外壳(1)内设置有带凹腔(4)的底座(2),在底座(2)中设置有浮体(3),浮体(3)的外表面与底座(2)中凹腔的内表面相吻合,在底座(2)中心设置有出液孔(5)。浮体(3)为球体或锥体,或其他合适的形状。底座(2)与外壳(1)之间留有间隙,这样底座(2)与外壳(1)可以更方便地组装在一起。外壳(1)与底座(2)为圆筒形状等。,外壳(1)由中部的筒形腔及上下两端的通液管构成。另外,外壳应由组装在一起的上下两部分构成,这样,组装时可将底座插入外壳中。当然,外壳也可制作成一体化结构。此时,外壳(1)由中部的筒形腔及下端的通液管构成,底座可由外壳上端直接插入。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:本实用新型的特点在于底座凹腔与浮体的表面相吻合,凹腔中心部开设有出液孔。使用时,药液由装置上部流入,浮体漂浮的装置上端,输液将完毕时,浮体随装置内液面逐渐下移,当浮体下降至底座凹腔内时,其浮体外表面与低座凹面完全吻合,将底座凹腔中心出液孔完全堵住,起到良好的封堵作用,从而能有效解决药残留问题和不及时拔针而引起的回血问题。

1、一种输液器自闭装置,其特征在于:它包括外壳(1),外壳(1)上下两端分别开设有进液口(6)和出液口(7),在外壳(1)内设置有带凹腔(4)的底座(2),在底座(2)中设置有浮体(3),浮体(3)的外表面与底座(2)中凹腔的内表面相吻合,在底座(2)中心设置有出液孔(5)。

3、根据权利要求1所述的输液器自闭装置,其特征在于:所述浮体(3)为锥体。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的输液器自闭装置,其特征在于:所述底座(2)与外壳(1)之间留有间隙。
5、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的输液器自闭装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)与底座(2)为圆筒形状。
6、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的输液器自闭装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)由中部的筒形腔及上下两端的通液管构成。
