Abstract

金属管的制造方法,其中一铜带或铜合金带连续地从一储带器上抽出并且成形为具有经过压花的带缘的开缝管,以及将各带缘用激光焊接在一起,至少带缘区域在焊接以前使之机械式变得粗糙,其中粗糙度高于Ra=12.5μm并且在焊接以前经过液态碳氢化合物之湿润。

技术领域
本发明涉及按照权利要求1前序部分所述金属管的制造方法。
背景技术
为了连续制造纵缝焊接的金属管,长期以来已知多种电缝焊方法,例如高频焊接、接触焊接和电弧焊接方法,例如钨极惰性气体保护焊接或等离子焊接。这些焊接方法对于各种材料和管尺寸被证明是适用的。
最近,激光焊接对于一定的材料和产品被证明是特别适用的,因为激光焊接比传统的焊接方法具有一些决定性的优点。通过激光焊接产生的焊缝的特征在于一具有大约深宽比和小的热影响区的细长焊缝几何形状。这种特征起源于高的很局限的能量输入和高的焊接速度。
虽然钢管,特别是不锈钢管,镀锌钢管以及铝管,特别是共聚物涂层的铝带管的激光焊接已经得到广泛应用,但铜管和铜合金管的制造却还不能用该技术实施。其原因被认为是由于铜的光亮的表面将激光射线大大地反射,以致激光束能量在带缘处的注射受阻而不可能焊接带缘。
铜的高导热性也是在待焊接的带缘区域很差的热形成的原因。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种方法,利用该方法可以以连续的操作方法制造很长的激光焊接的具有很小壁厚的铜管。
这个目的通过按照权利要求1所述特征的组合来达到。
通过特征的组合,亦即使铜管表面的带缘区域变得粗糙并且用液态碳氢化合物使之湿润,可以大大提高激光能量在带缘区域的注射。通过用液态碳氢化合物的湿润来优化的解释被认为,或者是通过碳氢化合物使通常以小于90°的角方向射向带缘的激光束由于碳氢化合物的折射率而被转向,或者是激光束烧掉碳氢化合物,从而在带缘上形成碳膜,其改善激光能量的注射。

优选实施方式描述
从一未示出的线轴上连续抽出的铜带1首先被送至一湿润站2,在其中将带1用例如石油使之湿润。
湿润站2具有两个毛毡带4和5,它们从一卷筒4a或5a上抽出并且被卷到另一卷筒4b或5b上。毛毡带4和5通过一容器6,在该容器中储存石油。
然后将经石油湿润过的铜带1送至压花站7,铜带1在其中至少其纵向边缘的区域被变得粗糙。图中示出两个滚子7a和7b,其使铜带1变得粗糙。滚子7a和7b同时用作所谓切边机,其制造具有一预定宽度的铜带1,其中铜带1被切出纵向边缘。
代替通过压花滚子7a和7b的变粗糙也可以采用带缘的刷擦和喷砂使之变粗糙。
经石油湿润过的和在其纵向边缘变粗糙的铜带1然后到达成形滚子站8,铜带1在其中以多个阶段被成形为开缝的管。
借助于激光焊接装置9,优选为连续(CW)固体激光器焊接开缝管的纵向边缘并且将焊好的管10送至例如不再示出的辊轴装置或也不再示出的卷取机。
借助于按照本发明的方法达到了制造具有下列尺寸的铜管:
外径:3.6mm
壁厚:0.2mm
激光焊接装置的功率计为2000W,焊接速度为20m/min。

Claims (6)

1.金属管的制造方法,其中一金属带连续地从储带器上抽出并且成形为具有经过压花的带缘的开缝管,以及将各带缘用激光焊接在一起,其特征在于,
a)采用铜带或铜合金带;
b)至少带缘区域在焊接以前使之机械式变得粗糙,其中粗糙度高于Ra=12.5μm;以及
c)至少带缘区域在焊接以前经过液态碳氢化合物之湿润。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,采用一固体激光器。
3.按照权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,采用一CW固体激光器。
4.按照权利要求1或其以下权利要求之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在焊接过程中焊缝用保护气体覆盖。
5.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,采用氦和氩的混合物。
6.按照权利要求1或其以下权利要求之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,为了达到高的焊接速度采用小孔型焊接方法。
