Abstract

本发明涉及玻璃制造及加工业,一种新型的防滑玻璃地板。本发明是通过在平板玻璃的表面印刷一层透明的玻璃釉料,再均匀喷涂一层防滑材料,是一种80目~100目的玻璃微珠,经过钢化炉的高温处理,使玻璃微珠牢固地烧结在玻璃的表面。由于玻璃微珠的粒度,造成粗糙感,从而达到了玻璃表面的防滑效果。与现有技术比较,本发明具有安全性、外观精致、防滑、透明等优点。

Description

防滑玻璃地板
本发明涉及玻璃制造及加工业,一种新型的防滑玻璃地板。
目前,采用普通平板玻璃作为地板,因为其无防滑性能而限制了它的使用。而压花玻璃、冰花玻璃、喷砂玻璃虽表面具有粗糙的防滑功能,但由于光的散射,使玻璃透光度低,失去了玻璃通透的优点。
本发明的方案是通过在平板玻璃的表面进行处理,形成一层透明的防滑层,而且防滑层可根据要求设计成不同图案,极具艺术效果。先在平板玻璃的表面根据设计图案印刷一层透明的玻璃釉料,再均匀喷涂一层防滑材料,是一种80目~100目的玻璃微珠,再经过钢化炉的高温处理,使玻璃微珠牢固地烧结在玻璃表面。由于玻璃微珠的粒度,造成粗糙感,从而达到玻璃表面的防滑的效果。由于防滑材料是玻璃质的,所以烧结后保持透明。由于玻璃是经过钢化处理的,所以强度高,具有安全性。若以防滑玻璃地板作为基片,制成夹层玻璃,更具使用安全性。
与现有技术比较,本发明具有如下优点:
1、安全性:防滑玻璃地板是通过钢化处理,强度大大提高。以防滑玻璃地板为基片,做成
夹层玻璃,更具安全性。
2、外观精致:防滑涂层可根据印刷要求进行不同的图案印刷。
3、防滑:防滑材料是玻璃微珠,它跟玻璃在高温中烧结,永不脱落。
4、透明:使用防滑玻璃地板可以提高自然光的利用,具有通透光线的特点。
该新型防滑玻璃地板适用酒店,娱乐场所、办公楼、住宅公共场所等的台阶、楼梯、地板。

Claims (3)

1、本发明涉及一种新型的防滑玻璃地板,其特征在于是对平板玻璃表面进行防滑涂层的处理而成。
2、防滑涂层是一种玻璃微珠,它的粒度为80~100目。
3、如权利要求1所述,防滑涂层是通过钢化处理牢固地烧结在玻璃板表面,烧结温度为580℃~620℃。
