本发明涉及一种用于传输气态和/或液态流体、尤其用于充注汽车燃料箱的连接器(Anschluβkupplung)。
背景技术
用这种连接器应达到将流体从一压力源,例如从一加油设备出发向一汽车安全和快速连接地输送。在这里特别重要的是简单而安全的可操作性,即使加油和连接压力为200bar和更高时,仍能顺利操作。
在申请人的WO 98/05898中介绍了一种这类连接器,其中,快速连接器具有一个带有流体进口及流体出口的外壳以及设有多个阀,以保证可靠密封该快速连接器,直至完全建立连接。在装上快速连接器后,通过旋转一控制杆按一预定顺序接通这些阀,其中首先通过将快速连接器推上一螺纹接套来打开排放阀,然后,在控制杆进一步运动时闭合所述用作锁紧件的夹钳以及最后打开进口阀。在这里控制杆通过一偏心轴与所述为夹钳加载的滑动套筒以及与一密封活塞接合,该密封活塞在插塞离合器完成连接后也释放流体进口。此外,设置一个在取下插塞离合器前实现压力平衡的通风阀,使得本身在高压力时不发生反冲危险。
虽然由此提供了一种特别可靠的连接方法,但是这种已知的连接器还是具有相对高的制造成本和相对大的位置要求,尤其是在连接用于充注或输送管路的同时还要附加连接一通风管路的情况下。
发明内容
因此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是创造一种尤其是作为前言所述类型的快速连接器的连接器,该连接器在具有简单和紧凑结构的同时能实现特别安全地操作。
上述技术问题通过一种用于传输气态和/或液态流体、尤其是用于充注汽车燃料箱的连接器得以解决,该连接器包括一个具有一个进口阀的进口区,该进口区与一输入管路和一通风管路相连以及具有一压力平衡腔和一通风阀,按照本发明,所述通风阀由一个受控制地沿所述连接器的轴向、朝所述进口阀的方向移动和从该进口阀离开的密封盘构成。
有利的是,所述密封棱边在密封位置嵌接到所述通风阀的开关滑阀和/或进口阀的阀塞中的相对置的内侧凸肩中。
有利的是,在所述密封盘的外圆周旁设有通向所述压力平衡腔的流出缝,以及所述通向压力平衡腔的流出缝是通过在所述进口阀的一导向件中铣削制成的。
有利的是,所述输入管路和通风管路至少部分地被一设计为把手的罩壳包围。
所述建议的连接器尤其适合用于在为天然气汽车加油的快速连接器中,在这里得到一种特别简单和紧凑的结构方式,因为所述通风阀特别结构小和稳固地设计为一密封盘形式并且因此节省位置地集成组合到所述连接器中。尤其是在优选的实施方式中该密封盘在其端面处具有制成阶梯状的嵌接在所述阀塞的位置相对的内侧凸肩中的环带式密封棱边。由此在高压力时也能避免所述密封棱边发胀膨肿,因此获得一种特别可靠和很小磨损的密封。
这也可以通过这样的方式来达到,即,所述密封盘以优选的设计在轴向运动时在外圆周上导引,因此不会出现歪斜。尤其是通过这种沿轴向的导引避免了所述密封盘及其密封棱边由于倾斜地撞击在对应件而可能遭受损坏。
通过集成在连接器内、尤其是在一导向件或一阀座套筒上的流出缝,在所述密封盘的圆周上实现通向一压力平衡腔的一快速通道以及因此达到向一通风软管的方向对该连接器彻底通风。所述输入管路(尤其是一高压软管)和所述与之平行的(尤其是一气体回流管形式的)通风管路在此优选在进口区处以紧凑的结构方式至少部分地被一也用作把手的罩壳包围。由此确保一种简单的可操作性,因此,即使门外汉也能顺利地连接该快速连接器。
环绕所述密封盘的压力平衡腔在此优选地设计为通过在所述进口区设置的一孔与所述通风管路连通的环形腔。由此建立所述压力平衡腔与后侧的通风管路之间一种简单且紧凑的连接。所述密封盘优选由聚四氟乙烯或铜或一种类似的耐磨材料制成,其中通过在外圆周上的导引避免对密封面挤压。该密封盘也可以由一种带有一些很小摩擦系数的塑料片的复合材料构成,其中,通过沿轴向的导引和所述密封棱边的相互对应的装配即便在高压力时也能可靠避免过度磨损。

具体实施方式
图1表示一所谓的快速连接器形式的连接器10的优选实施例,该连接器连接在一个在此表示在左侧的螺纹接套30上。该连接器10具有一管状外壳11,该外壳包括多个相互螺纹连接的外壳构件11a、11b和11c,其中,在图中右边的外壳构件11c用作进口区12,而左边区域用于作为将待输送的流体继续导送到所述螺纹接套30的出口13。进口区12具有一个连接适配器14,在该适配器上可通过螺纹连接一用于供入待输送的流体的流体管路12′。在这里,装有一个过滤套管的连接适配器14可以相应地设计为与待输送的流体相适配,尤其与当时所期望的输送压力值、通流横截面等相适配。
在出口13的区域内设有多个排列成管状的细长夹钳15,这些细长夹钳在即将插接到螺纹接套30上之前可沿径向向外撑开。其中,如在开头所述的现有技术中所公开的那样,这些细长夹钳15被一环形弹簧16预压紧,使得夹钳15可沿径向向外张开。在具有向内弯曲表面的所述图中左边的端部,夹钳15各有设计为与所述螺纹接套30的槽形连接型面相一致的啮合型面17。
围绕所述夹钳15设一外滑动套筒18,它在图中左边的外壳构件11a的圆柱形外表面上导引并借助一压力弹簧19朝背离螺纹接套30的方向预紧。在这里,压力弹簧19支承在一个支承环20上并因而使滑动套筒18朝一带有一偏心轴51的控制杆50的方向移动。它们的结构在前言所述的现有技术中同样有详细介绍,所以在这里可省去进一步的说明。仅仅为了完整性起见还要说明的是,一个密封活塞22在所述出口13的区域内部导引,该密封活塞在其前端侧具有一用于贴靠在螺纹接套30的一密封环上的锥形密封面23,因此所述基本上沿连接器10中心线流动的气态和/或液态流体不可能向外泄出。
所述设在密封活塞22上的排放阀25,借助一个作为阀座26的密封环在关闭位置相对于密封活塞22密封。在这里,排放阀25被一朝右侧方向支承在一开关滑阀27上的压力弹簧28加载。通过此排放阀25确保,在图中未表示的脱开位置或直至连接器10即将连接到螺纹接套30上之前,通过连接适配器14供入的流体不会流出。当连接器10与螺纹接套30脱开时,面对所述排放阀25的开关滑阀27沿连接器轴线移动,并因而与一密封盘24一起构成一通风阀35。在这里,通过旋转控制杆50来操纵该通风阀35和开关滑阀27,因为偏心轴51与开关滑阀27例如通过一螺栓29的嵌接来连接。
如从图中所表示的连接器10的连接位置中所看到的那样,当连接器10插接到螺纹接套30上时,夹钳15的啮合型面17与螺纹接套30啮合。通过操纵所述控制杆50(回转约180°)到图示的位置,滑动套筒18在夹钳15上移动并因而将它们锁紧。在加压时(加油过程开始时),密封活塞22首先(也在弹簧28作用下)向左移动。当贴合在密封面23上时,通过密封活塞22向右移动使在密封活塞22上的阀座26打开以及进而打开排放阀25。此时啮合型面17已经与螺纹接套30的对应设计的连接型面啮合,在这种情况下通过滑动套筒18的轴向运动,使该滑动套筒夹紧在夹钳15沿径向的外端上,从而将夹钳形状配合地固定在螺纹接套30上。
为了脱开连接器10并因而为了从图中表示的连接位置回到打开位置,在旋转所述控制杆50后,滑动套筒18被压力弹簧19向回推移。经过一短的距离,夹钳15重新沿径向向外张开。因为事先已阻断流体压力(例如通过关闭加油阀),所以密封活塞22在这里向右朝进口区12的方向移动,以及排放阀25闭合在阀座26上。
此外,在进口区12中在连接器10的外壳11内或外壳构件11C内的中央设置一带有一个对应配设的阀座46的进口阀45,如在图2中所放大表示的那样。该进口阀45同样通过控制杆50及其偏心轴51,通过与开关滑阀27接合可沿轴向移动。也就是说,此开关滑阀27通过密封盘24在图示的连接位置将进口阀45的阀塞47移动到打开位置中,使得从进口区12流入的流体可以通过阀塞47和密封盘24内的一通道24a以及管形的开关滑阀27流向出口13。
在连接器10脱开时,通过旋转控制杆50所述开关滑阀27(在此通过螺栓29)向左移动,使得密封盘24也可从密封啮合状态脱开。此时,密封盘24的密封棱边24b与开关滑阀27或阀塞47的内侧凸肩27a或47a相互分离,使得在连接器10内部的压力沿流出缝36朝一压力平衡腔44方向降低。所述流出缝36优选地设计为在所述阀塞47的一导向件47b中的铣削槽,而压力平衡腔44设计为在所述外壳构件11c上的一台阶中的围绕所述密封盘24的阶梯形环腔。在此,该压力平衡腔44通过多个密封件密封。但是所述密封盘24在作这样的轴向运动时只能一直运动到所述流出缝36的图中左侧边缘处的一止挡36a为止,此时,该密封盘24精确地在所述流出缝36之间的横梁上导引。因此密封盘24的密封棱边24b在与所述内侧凸肩27a或47a接触时也不会发生挤压变形,而是精确地导引到密封位置中。
如上面已阐述的那样,在脱开所述连接器的连接时,通风阀35通过偏心轴51和开关滑阀27被打开。由此还存在的压力介质通过压力平衡腔44流向一通风孔43,该通风孔平行于在连接器10的外壳构件11C内(通过阀45、35和25)的中央流体通道延伸。此通风孔43可通入到一第二管路12″内,该第二管路优选地设计为回流软管,以及与所述输入管路一样被一罩壳48围绕。该罩壳48在此通过一横向螺钉49抗扭地与所述外壳构件11C连接,以便可以作为用于方便操作的把手。因此,通风管12″和连接在适配器14上的流体管路12′始终至少基本上互相平行地延伸。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于传输气态和/或液态流体的连接器,其包括一具有一进口阀(45)的进口区(12),该进口区与一输入管路(12′)和一通风管路(12″)相连以及具有一压力平衡腔(44)和一通风阀(35),其特征为:所述通风阀(35)由一个受控制地沿所述连接器(10)的轴向、朝所述进口阀(45)的方向移动和从该进口阀离开的密封盘(24)构成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征为:所述密封盘(24)具有一中心通道(24a)以及在该密封盘的两端面处具有制成阶梯状的环带式密封棱边(24b)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征为:所述密封棱边(24b)在密封位置嵌接到所述通风阀(35)的开关滑阀(27)和/或进口阀(45)的阀塞(47)中的相对置的内侧凸肩(27a,47a)中。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:所述密封盘(24)在其外圆周上被导引。
5.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:在所述密封盘(24)的外圆周旁设有通向所述压力平衡腔(44)的流出缝(36)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的连接器,其特征为:所述通向压力平衡腔(44)的流出缝(36)是通过在所述进口阀(45)的一导向件(47b)中铣削制成的。
7.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:所述密封盘(24)由聚四氟乙烯或铜制成。
8.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:所述输入管路(12′)和通风管路(12″)至少部分地被一设计为把手的罩壳(48)包围。
9.按照权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接器,其特征为:所述压力平衡腔(44)设计为通过一孔(43)与所述通风管路(12″)连通的环形腔。
