Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种脚提升矫正器(Fussheberorthese),具有在背面的、延伸过后脚掌的、由塑料组成的腿外壳,该腿外壳可通过一个带夹(Gurtung)或者类似件固定到戴矫正器者的小腿肚上,并且以一个与其一体构成的前脚掌外壳段一直延伸到脚底板区域的下面。
在EP 0 567 783 B1中描述了一种在腿外壳构成方面类似的、作为踝关节矫正器设计的脚矫正器。
本发明的任务是,在与戴矫正器者的脚和与由戴矫正器者穿的鞋相匹配方面改进开头所述的脚提升矫正器。
对于开头明确指出的脚提升矫正器,按照本发明,这个任务的解决方案是,腿外壳在背面脚弯曲处具有较小的阻力,而在足底脚弯曲处具有高的、抵消脚和鞋的质量的阻力,并且是由软的、有弯曲弹性的塑料、例如低密度聚乙烯或者乙烯一醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)制成,在腿外壳的背面或者底面,两根弹簧钢丝填充件埋入其中,它们与腿外壳的内边缘或外边缘近似平行并与其隔开小的距离,从腿外壳小腿肚区域延伸到前脚掌外壳段的下面。

如果金属丝填充件几乎完全被塑料包围,则对改善戴用的舒适性是有利的。
如果设置一个中部的、在腿外壳后面的脚跟区域内在其背面上成形的筋,则对保护戴矫正器者穿的鞋子的鞋边缘是有利的。该筋在穿上鞋子时伸出鞋边缘外。
为了不用手工矫正就能自动与戴矫正器者的脚以及穿的鞋子相吻合,例如低密度聚乙烯LD PE 100是一种特别合适的塑料,它足够软。这样,按照本发明,提出了一种自适应的脚矫正器,其金属丝填充件保证脚底牢固的矫正器结构。优选使用直径为1.5至2mm的预先弯曲好的弹簧钢丝,该钢丝在腿外壳深拉伸之前被固定到间隔保持架上,以便达到完全被塑料包封。原则上可以采用注塑方法制造腿外壳。

Claims (4)
1.脚提升矫正器,具有在背面的、延伸过后脚掌的、由塑料组成的腿外壳(1),该腿外壳可通过一个带夹(2)或者类似件固定到戴矫正器者的小腿肚上,并且以一个与其一体构成的前脚掌外壳段(3)一直延伸到脚底板区域的下面,其特征为,
腿外壳(1)在背面脚弯曲处具有较小的阻力,而在足底脚弯曲处具有高的、抵消脚和鞋的质量的阻力,并且是由软的、有弯曲弹性的塑料、例如低密度聚乙烯或者乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物制成,在腿外壳(1)的背面或者底面,两根弹簧钢丝填充件(4)埋入其内,它们与腿外壳(1)的内边缘或外边缘(1a,1b)近似平行并与其隔开小的距离,从腿外壳小腿肚区域延伸到前脚掌外壳段(3)的下面。
