Description

管接头及其制造工艺
本发明涉及一种管接头,特别用于连接污水排水管,尤其是玻璃纤维加强塑料排水管。
从DE2744739A1中可以了解这样的管接头,这种管接头的基本结构和使用可从所述文件中得到。
该已知管接头具有以玻璃纤维加强塑料制的套管和该套管内包裹着的橡胶弹性材料密封套,其中该密封套在每个轴向端部具有至少一个相对该套管径向向内突出的密封唇。
该套管和该密封套通过在该套管内部区域以及该密封套外侧的突起和弹性而固定。
制造这种已知管接头相对复杂,尽管多个机械固定需要通过重复插入多个相适合的轴向管。
本发明的目的在于,在一简单的制造过程中制造有相同性能的管接头,并实现该密封套和套管的牢固持久连接。
本发明的基本构思是,用一个平(无条纹的)接触面,特别是环形接触面,代替该密封套和套管之间配合的整个平面。
其中的问题是,用于该套管以及密封套的完全不同的材料必需彼此连接。基本上该套管用一个坚硬的材料制造,同时该密封套用橡胶弹性材料制造。
该套管可以用例如玻璃纤维加强材料制造,比如玻璃纤维加强聚酯树脂(具有不同添加剂和附加物),同时可以用例如生橡胶或类似生橡胶材料作为该密封套的材料,比如乙烯-丙烯-二烯单体(EPDM)。
同时不使用市场上可以得到的,用于在不同材料之间牢固持久连接的粘合剂或粘合物质。
本发明通过套管和密封套对应表面截面的化学交联来实现适当的连接,因此本发明管接头的共同结构形式具有下述特征:
-一个玻璃纤维加强塑料的管形套管,
-一个该套管内包裹着的橡胶弹性材料密封套,
-该密封套在套管的每个径向端部具有至少一个向该套管径向内部凸出的密封唇,
-该套管和密封套相对的表面截面通过化学交联彼此连接。
由此该密封套可以用所述的EPDM制造,且该套管可以用一不饱和聚酯树脂(有适当的溶剂和添加物)制造。
该套管最好具有环形内表面,该密封套具有环形外表面,而且还可以在另一上表面建立所述的化学交联。
该化学交联还可以用不同的方式方法实现,例如在加热该密封套周面并缠绕不饱和聚酯树脂构成该套管。
在所有实施例中,管接头制造过程包括下述步骤:
-该密封套在其外表面上被加热,直至该密封套材料的碳链断开,
-然后在该密封套的外表面涂上粘合物质或粘合物质与该套管材料的混合物,
-最后,该玻璃纤维加强塑料根据该密封套的形状敷设在预先被涂覆的该密封套外表面上,
-该玻璃纤维加强塑料经加热直到完全硬化而实现聚合。
为了成型,该密封套在其外表面加热前支撑在一模型上如一个心轴。
该密封套外表面的加热可以用超声或红外线辐射实现,其中该密封套外表面的温度可以达到约60℃。
该密封套材料与套管材料的交联可以通过一粘合剂或粘合物质与该套管材料的混合物的中间连接而被改进的。
其中该粘合物质可以由诸如聚氨基甲酸酯构成,该密封套材料的碳(C)链经加热处理事先就断开。
为了制造该管接头,可使用一模型,假如该密封套被该套管包围端边,其长度大于该密封套的范围。
由此可以使用一模型,该具有周边地接受该密封套的凹口,并在其上的该密封套的端边凸出端与该密封套的外表面对齐。在这种情况下,该套管构成的范围大于该密封套的范围。
还可以使用一个模型,该凹口比该密封套的宽度长,在两侧以诸如附加套管形状接纳该密封套,其端部也被该套管包裹。
该模型的材料适合为诸如钢。
此外为了该预制密封套的密封唇能够不损坏地安装,可以如DE2744739A1中已知的,在该密封套安装在该模型上之前,放在一个相应形状的支撑环上。

本发明将通过一个实施例的详细描述而更清楚。
该单独的附图显示了经过本发明管接头的外壳的剖面。
一个用玻璃纤维加强塑料(聚酯树脂)制造的套管用标号10表示,一个用EPDM制造的附加的密封套用标号12表示。
该套管10确定一个管形内表面10i和一个管型外表面10a。
该密封套12确定一个管型外表面12a,和一个成形形状的内表面12i。
该附图中可知,该密封套在每一个端部构成有一个密封唇14.1及14.2,其中盖密封唇14.1及14.2彼此向内倾斜。
一个该密封套12的隔段14.3位于盖密封唇14.1及14.2之间,具有比相对于密封唇14.1及14.2相邻的密封套隔段大的材料强度。一个密封唇14.4从加厚的隔段14.3基本径向地向内伸出,并且在所述无作用范围上超过该密封唇14.1及14.2的端部。
该密封套12的外表面12a与该套管10的内表面10i通过加热其间的粘合材料而化学连接,由此在该密封套12和套管10之间得到材料特性的连接,得到该密封套12在该套管10上完全牢固地连接,并且,例如适合的管线的末端可如图所示插入所描述的管接头。在相对插入相应的管线16.1及16.2时,至少该相应的密封唇14.1及14.2被向里面和外边推动,使其密封面14.1d及14.2d紧靠在该管线16.1及16.2的外表面上,直至该管线16.1及16.2端面靠在该密封突起14.4的两边而彼此连接。

Claims (14)

1、一种管接头,具有:
a)一个玻璃纤维加强塑料制造的管形套管(10),
b)一个该套管(10)内包裹的,橡胶弹性材料制造的密封套(12),其中
c)该密封套(12)在每个轴向端部具有至少一个径向向该套管内突出的密封唇(14.1,14.2),
其特征在于:
d)该密封套(12)和套管(10)相应的表面(10i,12a)通过化学交联被彼此以材料特性连接。
2、根据权利要求1的管接头,其特征在于:该密封套(12)由乙烯/丙烯-二烯三元共聚物组成。
3、根据权利要求1的管接头,其特征在于:该套管(10)由至少一种聚酯树脂基本材料组成。
4、根据权利要求1的管接头,其特征在于:该套管(10)具有一个管形内表面(10i),该密封套(12)具有一个管型外表面10a。
5、根据权利要求1的管接头,其特征在于:该密封唇(14.1,14.2)彼此倾斜向内地延伸。
6、一种制造权利要求1至5之一管接头的方法,具有如下步骤:
a)该密封套在其外表面上被加热,直至该密封套材料的碳链断开,
b)然后在该密封套的外表面涂上粘合物质或粘合物质与该套管材料的混合物,
c)最后,该玻璃纤维加强塑料根据该密封套的形状敷设在预先被涂覆的该密封套外表面上,
d)该玻璃纤维加强塑料经加热直到完全硬化而实现聚合。
7、根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:该密封套在其外表面被加热之前被放置在一个模型上。
8、根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:该密封套外表面加热用超声或红外线辐射实现。
9、根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:该密封套外表面被加热到约60℃。
10、根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:聚酯树脂组成的粘合材料被涂上。
11、根据权利要求7的方法,其特征在于:使用一个模型,其长度大于该密封套的范围。
12、根据权利要求11的方法,其特征在于:使用一个模型,具有一个用于周边地接纳该密封套的凹口,并在其上的该密封套的端边凸出端与该密封套的外表面对齐。
13、根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:使用一个模型,具有一个用于周边地接纳该密封套的凹口,以及两个用于该密封套两侧的支撑凸起。
14、根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:使用一个钢模型。
