Abstract

本发明涉及用作声辐射器或声接收器的电声变换器。本发明的特征在于,在电声变换器的底部和/或侧壁至少配有一个空隙(8’,8”)且在配有电声变换器的装置(2’,2”)上设置一个凸起(9’,9”),凸起在变换器(1)装配时确定薄膜容积(5)与响应容积(7)之间的通道并构成所期望的总摩阻。

Description

电声变换器
本发明涉及电声变换器,该电声变换器或用来作为声辐射器或声接收器,且尤其涉及这种形式的声变换器在例如移动电话、耳机、计算机荧屏音响等装置上的装配。
每个电声变换器的主要部件是所谓的总摩阻或气路,即薄膜下面的容积与变换器后面周边容积的连接,薄膜下面的容积是薄膜与其紧靠的底部部件之间所包含的容积。与电声变换器的各种应用、尤其是几何位置和装入变换器的装置所使用的材料都有关的是总摩阻必需以不同的结构去适应看上去完全类似的应用场合。
总摩阻适配于安装场合的必要性又使得基本上结构相同的变换器必须配以不同的总摩阻并且作为不同的配件固定在支座上。这意味着,最后由总摩阻所确定的变换器部件的装配使其失去了大批量的同等性而产生所有部件都是相对小批量的问题。
本发明以找到一个解决方案为目的,这个方案能够使电声变换器的总摩阻适配于装入装置的各种条件,使得所有电声变换器一直到安装都是结构相同的,由此使生产、仓库管理和维修彻底简化。
按照本发明这个目的由此而实现,在电声变换器的底部和/或侧壁配有至少一个空隙且在配有变换器的装置里设置凸起,凸起在变换器装配时确定薄膜容积与响应容积之间的通道并构成所期望的总摩阻。
按照本发明使相同电声变换器安装在不同装置里成为事实,因为设置在装置里的凸起将电声变换器里薄膜容积与响应容积之间的气路这样的缩减或者完全封闭,使得出现所期望的总摩阻。
下面根据图例详细描述本发明。图例中画出了按照本发明构成的变换器以及从属的装置部分两体方案的细节。
如图所示,整体上用1来表示的电声变换器装配在没有详细画出的装置的部件2’和2”上。变换器1主要由壳体3和在图示电声变换器情况下的磁系统4所组成。在磁系统4的磁轭边缘之间构成环形缝隙,在缝隙中线圈可以在轴向振荡,线圈固定在薄膜6上,大多数情况这种固定为粘接。薄膜容积5位于磁系统4与薄膜6之间,薄膜容积通过薄膜的运动与薄膜一起变化。
这时电声变换器的特性主要取决于,这个薄膜容积5如何与响应容积7相连接。在图示实施例中薄膜容积5与响应容积7之间的连接由基本为环状的缝隙8’和居中的开孔8”所组成。当通过装置上的部件2’和2”固定变换器时,薄膜容积5与响应容积7之间的连接通过凸起9’或者印章形凸起9”缩减到所期望的尺寸。
居中部件2”可以是特意制造的部件,在将变换器1装入装置时或在临将变换器1装入装置之前将该部件固定在变换器上,例如粘接,当然在装置上的相应安装位置也可以这样构成,使部件2”与部件2’通过隔板或类似结构连接并成为要装入变换器1的装置的壁或隔板的一部分。
通过现今的塑料压铸技术可以毫无问题地保证相应的误差并由凸起9’这样实现本发明的目的,即确定变换器1的位置,并且通过电声变换器1接点(未画出)位置的确定来简化和改善变换器按规定的触点接通。
由上述尤其是结合图例可以得出,环状缝隙8’或居中通孔8”或是变换器壁上没有画出的开孔的结构可以通过各种各样的方式组合和变化。重要的是,通过壳体部件或通过与壳体部件共同起作用的变换器部件确定连接薄膜容积与响应容积的总摩阻。由此可以实现,通过相应的变换器结构和与其相适配的装置里的装配位置结构实现实用的、普遍适用的变换器,变换器对于使用变换器的装置的适配性通过装置自身实现。
在图示的实施例中,支承凸起9’和9”的装置截面是以特有的结构部件画出的,但显然这并非必需的,这些凸起可以是大多由塑料制成的装置壳体的整体部件,变换器安装在装置里面。如果变换器没有直接装在壳体里面,当然可以由其它装置部件支承凸起,或者在这种情况下使用事实上特有的结构部件。

Claims (4)

1.用作声辐射器或声接收器的电声变换器,其特征为,在电声变换器的底部和/或侧壁至少配有一个空隙(8’,8”)且在配有电声变换器的装置(2’,2”)上设置一个凸起(9’,9”),凸起在变换器(1)装配时确定薄膜容积(5)与响应容积(7)之间的通道并构成所期望的总摩阻。
2.如权利要求1的电声变换器,其特征为,空隙为基本上环状的缝隙(8’)。
3.如权利要求1的电声变换器,其特征为,空隙为基本上居中的开孔(8”)。
4.如上述权利要求之一的电声变换器,其特征为,凸起(9’,9”)设在与装置(2’,2”)相连的特设结构件上。
