Description

Anion fiber product
The invention relates to functional fiber and a product, in particular to fiber and a product containing an additive with a function of releasing negative ions, which are called negative ion fiber products for short. The international patent main classification number is intended as D01F 02/28.
The "physical and chemical dictionary" refers to atoms and groups of atoms (including molecules) having electric charges as "ions". "anion" means an atom, group of atoms (including molecules) having a negative charge. The "negative ion" in the present invention means HO-Or H formed by association with water molecules3O2 -
The main effect of the negative ions on the human body is sedation, so that the anion-based drug has the effects of relieving pain, hypnosis, relieving cough, suppressing sweat and the like; but also has the effects of promoting appetite, lowering blood pressure, exciting nerves, feeling comfortable, eliminating fatigue, etc. The action of the positive ions is just opposite to that of the negative ions, such as dysphoria, insomnia, headache, depression, blood pressure increase, feeling of warmness and stuffiness and the like.
"negative ions" cause increased cellular permeability when they enter the lungs through respiration. It will pass through the lung endothelial cell wall, enter the blood through capillaries, and adjust the PH of the blood to weak alkalinity (PH = 7.5). The weak surface activation of negative ions can decompose cholesterol, relieve blood coagulation, lower blood pressure, accelerate blood circulation, improve metabolism, and promote endocrine. The surface activation of the negative ions can also make the cells hydrophilic, thereby enhancing the disease resistance of the human body.
Medical studies have also demonstrated that: penetration from the skin surface into the body is the same as the "negative ion" action that enters the body through the lungs.
Studies have shown that almost all "positive ions" in nature are derived from radioactive decay. About 40% of them are due to decay of minerals in the earth's surface (each radioactive atom decays to generate 50,000-500,000 ion pairs from the surrounding air); another 40% comes from the radioactivityof radon in air (each radon atom produces 250,000 ion pairs); the remaining 20% "positive ions" come from cosmic rays.
Studies have also shown that "negative ions" generally result from the decay of radioactive materials and the evaporation of water. Each having a size of 3 × 1013One water molecule evaporates and one water molecule will have a negative charge. Therefore, the anion in the air of the seaside, the lake side, the forest and the like is especially abundant, which is beneficial to the health of human body. However, the number of the negative ions generated in the water evaporation process is equal to the number of the positive ions left in the water, and if the positive ions in the water cannot be transmitted to the ground in time, the negative ions are not generated in the evaporation process. Lightning, thunderstorm and forest fire generate positive ions and negative ions. Under normal sunny conditions, 200-800 negative ions and 250-1,500 positive ions are contained in each cubic centimeter of atmosphere. Hours before storm, "positive ionsThe concentration increases rapidly, even exceeding 5,000 "positive ions" per cubic centimeter of atmosphere, the number of "negative ions" per cubic centimeter of air increases to thousands during a storm, and the number of "positive ions" decreases to below 500. Therefore, the air is fresh and comfortable after rain.
The number of the negative ions in the indoor air is only about 200 per cubic centimeter. The number of negative ions can be reduced to less than 100 negative ions per cubic centimeter in cloudy days, morning and evening, more people are in the morning and evening, and when someone smokes, the air quality is reduced at the moment, so that people feel suffocated and irritated, and when people walk from a crowded indoor space to an outdoor space after finishing the meeting, people can feel fresh air and cannot make deep breaths for many times.
"negative ions" are so important to the human body that efforts are being made to develop products that can generate negative ions or increase the concentration of negative ions in the air surrounding the human body. Such as an anion air conditioner, an anion air purifier, etc. They can generate abundant negative ions and active oxygen, can adsorb bacteria, viruses, pollen, floating dust and the like in the air, effectively remove indoor odor and peculiar smell, and neutralize harmful gases such as ammonia gas, benzene and the like, so that the indoor air is fresh and pleasant and is refreshing. These household "negative ion" generators all use the working principle of high-voltage discharge (air is ionized at 3,000V or higher) to ionize the air between the electrodes to generate "positive ions" and "negative ions", and the "positive ions" are removed by an electric filter to obtain O1 -、O2 -、O3 -、NO-Or NO2 -And part of OH-And the negative ions are obtained. Obviously, the 'negative ion' generators belong to 'household appliances', are not away from home 'or' household ', are not short of electricity' or 'power consumption', and are absolutely limited by home 'and electricity'.
Thus, people have begun to research into negative ion products that can be moved away from home, and do not require electricity. The clothes and textiles which are the closest to the life of people are preferred. Example (b)For example, Japanese Utility model laid-open publication No. Sho 61-180045 discloses a method in which, during the cooling molding of a melt-blown nonwoven fabric, an electrostatic field treatment is applied thereto to form a semi-permanent polarization and to form a 3X 10 pattern on the surface-9~1×10-10Coulomb/cm2Of the electrostatic field of (c). The discharge phenomenon in the use of the product can ionize water molecules in the surrounding air to generate negative ions. The non-woven fabric has the function of promoting blood circulation, but is only suitable for specific products such as bedding, cushion and the like. In particular, the polarization characteristics of such semi-permanent polarization products are unstable, and when subjected to the action of moisture in the air, such as cloudy days, humidity or water washing, the polarization disappears or is weakened, and the negative ion function is lost.
Japanese laid-open patent publication Nos. 60-160971 and 62-32948 disclose that radioactive substance powder which can generate α, β and gamma radiation is used for clothing, and a technology of making clothing with "negative ion" generating action is provided, and it is described that the trace radioactive action of the clothing can promote metabolism of human body, accelerate blood circulation and microcirculation, but the radioactivity of the textiles is not harmful to human body, but it is not clearly described.
The invention aims to provide the novel environment-friendly tea bag which is wide in application range and safe and harmless to human bodies. The fiber and the product thereof with the function of stabilizing the generation of negative ions are named as negative ion fiber products.
The object of the present invention is achieved as follows; designing a fiber product containing functional additives for releasing negative ions, which is characterized in that the functional additives refer to one to four of natural minerals such as quartz, tourmaline and serpentine with permanent polarization characteristics and/or artificially synthesized pyroelectric crystals such as lithium niobate, lithium tantalate and lithium potassium niobate; the average particle diameter of the functional additive is 0.001-3 mu m, and thepurity is more than 80%; the weight ratio of the fiber to the fiber is 0.1-20: 99.9-80.
The fiber product can be prepared by coating the functional additive by a conventional or approximately conventional method. Or the functional additive and the fiber-forming polymer are melted and spun to prepare the anion fiber; and then the fiber product is made by a conventional or approximately conventional spinning method.
The product of the invention utilizes a series of natural minerals without radioactivity, such as quartz, tourmaline, serpentine and the like, and/or artificially synthesized lithium niobate, lithium tantalate, lithium potassium niobate and other pyroelectric crystal substances similar to the natural minerals of quartz, tourmaline, serpentine and the like, which exist in the nature, as functional additives of the fiber product, and can have obvious negative ion generating function within the range of the granularity diameter, the content purity and the weight ratio of the designed functional additives, and because the negative ion generating function is not added on the product by an external electrostatic field, but is caused by the physical characteristic of permanent polarization characteristic of the designed functional additives, the negative ion generating function can be ensured to have good physical stability; particularly, the medicine does not contain any radioactive substance, so that the medicine is safe and reliable to take or use by a human body, and is harmless and carefree.
The invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following examples:
researches show that a series of natural minerals without radioactivity, such as quartz, tourmaline, serpentine and the like, exist in nature. In the crystals of the minerals, due to the special structure, the phenomenon of misalignment of the charge centers exists, so that the crystals of the minerals have permanent polarizationAnd (5) characterizing. From a microscopic perspective, the misalignment of the "+", "-" charge centers can produce significant electric field effects. For example, the strength of such an electric field may be as high as 10 at a distance of 1.5 μm6V/m. The high electric field is sufficient to ionize the water molecules. When these natural mineral crystals experience a change in external temperature, light intensity or pressure, an electrical discharge phenomenon, which is physically called "pyroelectric", occurs, and this class of mineral crystals is therefore called "pyroelectric". The discharge of the pyroelectric crystal can ionize the water molecules around the pyroelectric crystal:
materials having properties similar to natural pyroelectric crystals such as quartz, tourmaline, serpentine and the like can be artificially synthesized, and lithium niobate, lithium tantalate, lithium potassium niobate and the like are better artificially synthesized pyroelectric crystals (hereinafter, referred to as pyroelectric crystals or crystals for simplicity). The invention selects one to four pyroelectric crystals as functional additives, which can ensure the product to have good and stable anion generating function.
Through experimental research, the functional additive, i.e. the pyroelectric crystal, needs to be ground and crushed until the average particle diameter is 0.001-3 μm, so that the good effect can be obtained, but the effect is better when the average particle diameter is 0.01-1.5 μm. The test shows that: after the micro powder of the pyroelectric crystal is mixed with water, the generation effect of negative ions is very obvious: under vigorous agitation, the hydrogen it produces can be detonated by an open flame; the aqueous solution exhibits a pronounced alkalinity and gives off a fishy, salty taste. In fact, the refining of these pyroelectric crystals is carried out in a state of being mixed with water. Therefore, the phenomenon can be gradually observed or experienced as the grinding process progresses.
Research shows that the negative ions of the unground pyroelectric crystal are not very obvious; the effect is also not good when the average particle diameter of the crystalline powder is larger than 3 μm. This is mainly because the "+", "-" charge centers in each crystal unit are not coincident, but the crystal units in the whole mineral are randomly arranged and cannot show anisotropy. This anisotropy is fully exhibited when the pyroelectric crystals are ground to a sufficiently small particle diameter (average particle diameter less than 3 μm), and significant "negative ion" action is generated since each crystal grain is better contacted with water molecules around it. However, the particle diameter of the pyroelectric crystal is not small enough (e.g. below 0.001 μm) because: firstly, when the required particle diameter is too small, the grinding time is inevitably prolonged, and as a result, the content of the grinding medium in the micro powder obtained by grinding is increased, so that the purity of the pyroelectric crystal micro powder is reduced; secondly, in the process of grinding for a long time, the pyroelectric crystal structure is distorted due to the long-time repeated action of external force on the pyroelectric crystal particles, the permanent polarization characteristic of the pyroelectric crystal is damaged, and the pyroelectric property of the pyroelectric crystal is reduced. On the other hand, under the conditions of the existing technology and equipment, when the particle diameter is required to be too small, the grinding difficulty is increased, the cost is greatly increased, and the method is also unfavorable for implementing the invention. Therefore, the average particle diameter of the pyroelectric crystal should be controlled between 0.001 to 3 μm, preferably between 0.01 to 1.5 μm.
The pyroelectric crystal can be used independently as one of functional additive components, for example, the quartz of natural ore with low price or artificially synthesized lithium niobate with high permanent polarization intensity can be used independently. However, considering that the cost of the finished product can be reduced by singly using quartz as a functional additive component, the permanent polarization strength of the quartz is lower, and when the same content is added, the negative ion generating performance of the obtained finished product is not as good as that of the finished product added with other components; when the lithium niobate is added separately, the permanent polarization intensity is very high, but the price is very expensive, so that the lithium niobate is unacceptable for users with general requirements. Therefore, the invention generally adopts the mixture of two to four kinds of pyroelectric crystals as functional additive components, which not only can lead the product prepared by the invention to have good negative ion generating function, but also can lead the product to have proper price and be generally accepted, thereby being beneficial to implementation and popularization.
In addition to the particle size requirements of the functional additives, the pyroelectric crystals used in the present invention should also have a high purity. Specifically, the purity of each pyroelectric crystal (whether natural or artificial) should be more than 80%, preferably more than 85%. If the purity is less than 80%, the negative ion generating performance is affected or the performance is notguaranteed due to excessive impurities. However, the purity of the single crystal does not need to be worried about, and impurities are difficult to enter the crystal during the crystal growth process.
Another requirement for realizing the purpose of the invention is that the weight ratio of the functional additive component to the fiber product is 0.1-20: 99.9-80. This limitation is made in consideration of the effects of the present invention: although the "negative ion" generating function of the textile may be further improved when the proportion of the functional additive component exceeds 20% under the electrostatic field treatment condition, the wearing or using comfort of the textile is greatly reduced, and the processing technology is different from that of the conventional textile (although the situation that the proportion of the functional additive component exceeds 20% is not excluded). When the proportion of the functional additive components is less than 0.1%, the 'negative ions' of the textile are not obvious in action and are difficult to detect by an instrument, and the purpose of the invention cannot be realized.
The artificial synthetic crystals with pyroelectric property include barium titanate, lead zirconate titanate and the like, but the crystals contain toxic heavy metal barium or lead, so that toxic action is possibly generated in the production or use process, and the artificial synthetic crystals are not suitable for the invention generally.
The pyroelectric crystal which can be used as a functional additive component can be used for coating finishing of fibers or products thereof, namely, the functional additive is prepared into a coating and coated on the fibers or the products thereof by a conventional or approximately conventional method to prepare the fiber products; the functional additive can also be used for mixed spinning with fiber-forming polymer, namely the functional additive and the fiber-forming polymer are melt spun to prepare anion fiber; and then the fiber product is made by a conventional or approximately conventional spinning or non-spinning and non-weaving method. Accordingly, the term "fiber" as used herein refers to natural or/and chemical fibers, textiles (including wovens, knits) made from natural or/and chemical fibers, nonwovens (including nonwovens) and garments, and is used in a broad sense. When the fiber products are taken or used, negative ions beneficial to human bodies are generated inevitably due to the single or comprehensive action of physical quantities such as friction, external force, temperature difference or illumination and the like which can be certainly received, and the fiber products are stable, durable, safe and reliable.
Compared with the common textile, the fiber product of the invention has obvious (generally reaching several times to dozens of times) "anion" generating efficiency, and also has the functions of bacteriostasis and deodorization; when the anion-exchange fabric is used for clothing or bedding or interior decoration, the concentration of negative ions in ambient air can be increased, the number of bacteria is reduced, the concentration of harmful gases is reduced, the air is fresh, and the fabric is beneficial to health, so that the fabric can be called as an anion ecological fabric or an anion environment-friendly fabric.
The fiber product of the invention has no national detection standard. The invention adopts the following method to determine the negative ion generation efficiency of the fiber product:
1. and (3) friction detection: the fabric or common textile of the invention is wetted by water, and is quickly rubbed on the surface of the textile by a smooth wood block with the diameter of 5cm under certain pressure, and the change of the concentration of negative ions in the air before and after the rubbing is tested.
2. Temperature difference detection: the fabric or the common textile of the invention is placed on the surface of a hot plate with the temperature of 50 ℃, and the change of the concentration of the negative ions before and after the fabric or the common textile is tested.
3. Illumination detection: the fabric or common textile of the invention is placed under the irradiation of sunlight, and the change of the concentration of the negative ions before and after the fabric or common textile is tested.
The invention is described in more detail below with specific examples:
example 1 serpentine having a purity of 95% or more and tourmaline having a purity of 90% or more were mixed in a weight ratio of 1: 1 (the same applies hereinafter); after coarse crushing, mixing the solid and deionized water according to the weight ratio of 1: 9; refining the mixture until the average particle diameter of the particles below 0.5 μm reaches 50% of the total weight of all the particles; mixing the mixed solution with polyurethane printing paint in a weight ratio of 1: 9Mixing and stirring uniformly to prepare the negative ion coating; coating on 35: 65 (weight ratio) polyester cotton woven fabric by conventional or similar conventional method; and after drying, rinsing and drying again to obtain the negative ion woven fabric fiber product with the weight ratio of the serpentine to the tourmaline to the woven fabric being 0.2: 99.8. The temperature difference test shows that the concentration of the negative ions of the obtained fiber product is 240/cm before heating3Increased to 350 pieces/cm3The improvement is 45.8 percent.
Comparative example 1 serpentine having a purity of 95% or more and tourmaline having a purity of 90% or more were mixed at a ratio of 1: 1; after coarse grinding by a Raymond mill, mixing the solid and deionized water according to the weight ratio of 1: 9; circularly grinding the mixture in a stirring mill until the average particle diameter is 4.0 mu m, then remixing the mixed solution and the polyurethane printing paint according to the weight ratio of 1: 4, and uniformly stirring; coating on polyester cotton woven fabric with a scraper type coating machine at a weight ratio of 35: 65, drying, rinsing, and drying again to obtain negative ion fabric with serpentine and tourmaline accounting for 5% of the weight of the woven fabric. The temperature difference test shows that the concentration of the negative ions does not change obviously before and after heating.
Example 2 lithium potassium niobate single crystal and quartz of 90% purity were mixed at a ratio of 1: 1, and after coarse grinding and fine grinding classification by the method of example 1, fine powder having an average particle diameter of 0.3 μm was obtained; slowly evaporating and removing water in the mixed solution, and condensing the micro powder into blocks; the mixture was ground again in a ball mill and classified by air flow to obtain fine powder having an average particle diameter of 0.4. mu.m. Adding 1 part by weight of lithium niobate micro powder into 99 parts by weight of polycaprolactam granules, mixing uniformly, and mixing by using a melting double-screw extruderMaking into granules; then melt spinning is carried out to prepare the nylon filament containing the lithium niobate micro powder. The obtained nylon filament is knitted and processed by a conventional or similar conventional method to prepare the negative ion knitted fabric fiber product. The concentration of the negative ions is 260/cm when the wood block is static according to the friction test3Increase to 2800/cm when the wood block is rapidly rubbed3Above, the improvement is 10.8 times. The knit fabric also exhibits significant antimicrobial properties: the bacteriostatic rates of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli are both over 40 percent. The knitted fabric is placed at the air outlet of the household humidifier, and after the humidifier is started, indoor smoke and odor can be rapidly removed.
Example 3 quartz of 90% purity, serpentine of 85% purity, tourmaline of 85% purity and lithium tantalate single crystal were mixed uniformly in a weight ratio of 1: 3: 5: 1, and after coarse grinding and fine grinding classification, fine powder of 0.4 μm average particle diameter was obtained. Adding 20 parts by weight of the micro powder into 80 parts by weight of polypropylene granules, mixing uniformly, mixing by using a melting double-screw machine to prepare granules, and then carrying out melt spinning to prepare the polypropylene filament containing quartz, serpentine, tourmaline and lithium tantalate micro powder. The polypropylene filament is processed into polypropylene carpet fiber products by a conventional method. The 'negative ion' concentration of the carpet is 260/cm when the wood block is static according to the friction test3Increased to 800 pieces/cm when the wood block is rapidly rubbed3Above, the improvement is 3.1 times. The fabric also exhibits significant odor-reducing properties: the absorption rate of the hydrogen sulfide reaches 40%, and the smoke smell generated by indoor smoking can be removed, thereby being beneficial to refreshing indoor air.
Comparative example 2A friction test was carried out using a pure polypropylene nonwoven fabric having a "negative ion" concentration of 260/cm when the wood block was at rest3Increase to 600 pieces/cm when the wood block is rapidly rubbed3It is only improved by 2.3 times, and has no obvious antibacterial and deodorizing functions. The increase of the concentration of negative ions of the polypropylene non-woven fabric under the rapid friction can be explained as thestatic electricity generation effect of the polypropylene under the friction, and the water is ionized by the discharge.
Example 4 quartz having a purity of 85% or more, serpentine having a purity of 90%, tourmaline having a purity of 95% and lithium tantalate single crystal were mixed uniformly at a weight ratio of 1: 2, coarsely ground and finely ground for classification, to obtain a fine powder having an average particle diameter of 1.4. mu.m. Adding 20 parts by weight of the micro powder into 80 parts by weight of polypropylene granules, mixing uniformly, mixing by using a melting double-screw extruder to prepare granules, and then carrying out melt spinning to prepare the polypropylene filament containing quartz, serpentine, tourmaline and lithium tantalate micro powder. The obtained fiber can be processed into various textile or non-textile fiber products, and the generation performance of negative ions is higher than that of contrast fabrics by more than 8.2 times through tests and friction tests.
Example 5 Quartz with a purity of 95% or more, serpentine with a purity of 85%, tourmaline with a purity of 95% and lithium tantalate single crystal were mixed uniformly at a weight ratio of 2: 3: 2, and after coarse grinding and fine grinding classification, fine powder with an average particle diameter of 0.01 μm was obtained. And adding 5 parts by weight of the micro powder into 95 parts by weight of polycaprolactam granules, uniformly mixing, mixing by a melting double-screw extruder to prepare granules, and then carrying out melt spinning to obtain the nylon filament containing quartz, serpentine, tourmaline and lithium tantalate micro powder. The filament has obvious 'negative ion' generating function and may be processed into various kinds of textile fiber product through conventional or similar conventional process.
Example 6 tourmaline having a purity of 95% or more and serpentine having a purity of 83% were mixed at a ratio of 8: 2, and coarse grinding and fine grinding classification were carried out by the method of example 1 to obtain fine powder having an average particle diameter of 0.4. mu.m. Adding 0.3 percent of micro powder (the weight of the micro powder accounts for the total weight of the polyacrylonitrile and the micro powder) into the acrylic fiber spinning solution, uniformly mixing, and spinning according to a conventional acrylic fiber spinning process to obtain acrylic fiber short fiber with the fineness of 2 dtex. 80 percent (weight) of acrylic staple fiber is added with 20 percent (weight) of slender stapled cotton and then blended into 32 yarns; then processed into the woven fabric containing the additive micro powder by a conventional or approximately conventional method. The 'negative ion' concentration of the fiber product is measured by 240/cm before illumination3Increased to 650/cm3The improvement is 2.7 times. When the woven fabric is used as a vamp, a shoe lining or an insole, the moisture in the shoe is ionized to generate HO due to the phenomena of continuous extrusion and friction between the foot and the fabric and discharge-The negative ions can obviously remove the foot odor or peculiar smell after walking, particularly after violent sports. When the fiber product is used for making products such as masks, scarves, flannelette caps and the like, generated negative ions (HO) are generated-) After being absorbed by human body, the product is helpful for relieving fatigue, alleviating pain, relaxing mood, and preventing and treating diseases.
Example 7 lithium tantalate single crystals were classified by coarse grinding and fine grinding as in example 1 to obtain fine powders having an average particle diameter of 1.2 μm, which were dried and then added to a mixture of dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol (molar ratio 1: 1.6) at a ratio of 3%, followed by conventional transesterification and polycondensation to obtain polyester pellets. Spinning on a melt spinning device to obtain the polyester fiber containing lithium tantalate, wherein the polyester fiber also has an anion generating function and can be processed into various anion textile fiber products such as silk towels, gauze towels, kitchen clothes and caps and the like by a conventional method.
