本发明属机械行业,阀门技术领域。
自《撑开式阀门密封结构》专利号:85204475.5、87100516.6及《高温高压球阀蝶阀》专利号:92109430.2采用组合球体、组合蝶板、组合旋塞等技术以来,特别是专利号:92109430.2发明专利技术得到较好的实施、推广以来,撑开式阀门密封结构的优点越来越被阀门制造商和阀门使用单位看好。但是现有的组合球体、组合蝶板、组合旋塞体积较大,撑拢时的升降行程占用组合体外的空间较大,使阀门的体积偏大、重量偏重,成本增大,阀腔中结渣时,影响组合体中的升降零件的上、下运行。
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于球阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀的斜槽插板升降撑拢式阀门密封结构。
所述球阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀阀腔中均具有一套组合球体、组合蝶板、组合旋塞。组合球体、组合蝶板、组合旋塞主要由壳架、插板、斜槽及斜槽中的键或滚柱等组合而成。阀杆旋转,带动组合体旋转,阀杆升降,带动插板升降,插板依靠斜槽及槽中的键或滚柱撑开壳架、收拢壳架,并使壳架上的球瓣或蝶瓣或塞瓣贴紧阀座,脱离阀座,而完成阀门关闭、开启功能。其主要特征是:球阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀阀腔中的组合球体、组合蝶板、组合旋塞主要是由壳架和壳架中间的插板及壳架或插板上的斜槽与斜槽配合的键或滚柱组合而成。根据制造、安装及使用的需要,球瓣、蝶瓣、塞瓣可与壳架为一整体,也可与壳架分为二件再组合,并可以微调至阀座之间的距离。一般组合球体、组合蝶板、组合旋塞上配有二只壳架,当阀门只需单向密封时,也可只配一只壳架。所述壳架或插板上的斜槽可为一条,也可为多条,槽中配有一只键或一根滚柱,也可配多只键或多跟滚柱,一般是键或滚柱在斜槽中升、降,如果斜槽设置在插板上时,斜槽直接和插板同步升、降。一般是插板提升,壳架收拢,插板下降,壳架撑开,如果改变斜槽方向,则为插板提升,壳架撑开,插板下降,壳架收拢。所述斜槽一般为平置,根据相对位置的需要,有时也可为交叉或重叠布置。所述插板与上、下杆连接、定位。
本发明与现有技术相比较,既减小了组合体的体积,又能将插板的升、降行程基本控制在组合体中间。这样不但使阀门体积减小,重量减轻,成本减低,而且还有效的解决了阀腔中结渣而影响组合体中升、降零件的运行问题。

上杆(1)、下杆(2)连同插板(3)及滚柱(4)在斜槽(5)中下行,左壳架(6)、右壳架(7)被撑开,以螺栓(8)、弹性垫片(9)与左壳架(6)相连接的左球瓣(10)和与右壳架(7)相连接的右球瓣(11),向左、右阀座(12)、(13)贴紧,球阀关闭。上杆(1)、下杆(2)连同插板(3)及滚柱(4)在斜槽(5)中上行,左壳架(6)、右壳架(7)被收拢与左、右壳架(6)、(7)相连接的左、右球瓣(10)、(11)脱开左、右阀座(12)、(13),向阀座中心收拢,进、出口两端介质压力开始平衡,组合球体再逆时针旋转90度,球阀开启。
本发明与升降加旋转的阀门启闭结构配合运用,即可设计、制造出系列化球阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀新产品。

  1. 球阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀阀腔中配有斜槽插板升降撑拢式密封结构的组合球体、组合蝶板、组合旋塞的组合体,其特征在于:
    A.组合体主要由壳架和能在壳架中间升降的插板及键或滚柱组合而成,在壳架或插板上置有斜槽,键或滚柱装置在斜槽中间;
    B.组合体上与阀座贴紧密封的球瓣或蝶瓣或塞瓣与壳架相连。
