Description

Water-proofing composition and method for making thereof and application
Summary of the invention
The object that the present invention relates to water-proofing composition and handled with described water-proofing composition. The invention still further relates to the method that is used to produce water-proofing composition, give the method for object water-repellancy and the method for production waterproof object. The invention still further relates to object and the purposes of using described composition and method.
Background of invention
Water-proofing composition can be used for giving various object water-repellancies.Particularly, these objects are included in sheet material used in the building industry and blank material.Sheet material and blank material package used in building industry are drawn together plasterboard, plaster board, wallboard, plaster board, big hollow wallboard, brick, reinforcement, support or are kept solids of solid position or the like.Yet it also is understandable that water-proofing composition can be used for wide variety of objects, and these objects comprise food, makeup, wrapping material and other article.
Particularly, the shortcoming of aforementioned sheet material and blank material is to lose needed performance such as intensity, flame retardant resistance, sound insulation or the like because of water-absorbent.
Particularly, building board and blank material such as plaster board, plasterboard or wallboard, perhaps to be called plaster board, hollow core slab and reinforcement, support or to keep the solids of solid position be by anhydrous calciumsulphate and calcium sulfate hemihydrate and water reaction, and make mixture become hydrate or be solidified as harder calcium sulphate dihydrate production.
Usually form building board such as plaster board, plasterboard or wallboard by the core that is positioned in the set gypsum (set gypsum) between the secondary outer liner plate, this outer liner plate forms building board outside surface separately.Should generally make by outer liner plate by paper or fiberglass.
Core by the set gypsum of the fiber reinforced material of the Mierocrystalline cellulose that contains random dispersion or glass fibre or analogue forms plaster board.Gypsum core can be placed on the liner plate of paper or fiberglass, or be placed between two liner plates, or be cast on the belt without any liner plate, wherein set gypsum composition forms the surface of finished product sheet material.
By can containing or fiber reinforcement-containing not, and can cast or be not cast on the liner plate or the core that is placed in two set gypsum between the liner plate forms large-scale hollow core slab.Plate casting in the mould with placement hollow tube wherein, can be removed it after the gypsum sets. These large-scale hollow core slabs are used as the structure bearing wall assembly of interior wall and exterior wall usually.
Form brick and reinforcement, support or keep the solids of solid position by the set gypsum that can contain Mierocrystalline cellulose or glass fibre reinforcement or analogue. The solids of casting brick or reinforcement in mould, support or maintenance solid position.
In application, these building boards and blank material are subjected to the influence of water easily usually, and because set gypsum easily absorbs water, and this water-absorbent causes injurious effects noted earlier, that is, and the loss of intensity, resistivity against fire etc.
When applying this product with known water-proofing composition, people find to use on object water-proofing composition of the present invention can improve the water-repellancy of object unexpectedly. In addition, owing in the forming process of sheet material, need less water, use water-proofing composition of the present invention can help improving the output of water proof building sheet material.
The present invention attempts perhaps to provide a kind of useful adoptable method at least by giving improved water-repellancy to improve the shortcoming of known water-proofing composition.

Dispersion
Emulsion based on waterproof additive helps the multiviscosisty gypsum slurry, and the amount that improves required water in mixture is to reach standard consistency. In drying process, must remove excessive water, and increase the porosity of finished product plasterboard.Reduced the required water yield of gypsum slurry of production standard denseness with the viewed dispersion effect of water-proof emulsion (dispersing effect) of the present invention's preparation.
By manual mixing gypsum half hydration powder and the required water of aquametry preparation standard denseness gypsum slurry. In 35 millimeters prepared of slurry impouring diameters, high 51 millimeters cylindrical mould. From adding gypsum half hydration powder to the water 1 minute, unload (lifted) mould, measure the diameter of the pat of resulting gypsum slurry.Standard consistency is defined as produces 100 ± 3 millimeters required water yields of pat of diameter.
Use based on the emulsion of water blended waterproof additive, with the identical total content liquid that obtains being measured, and the slurry of production standard denseness and prepare gypsum slurry with the front. The diameter that resulting gypsum is stuck with paste from these slurries is represented the dispersion effect of the prepared emulsion of the present invention. Its result is shown in following table G.Obtain used gypsum hemihydrate from gypsum plaster board factory at Chile.

Compare with the plaster that contains commercially available sale monopoly wax emulsion water-proof compound, or compare with the stucco slurry of content of wax emulsion not, the dispersiveness that contains the stucco slurry of the emulsion (latex A is to emulsion D) that useful styrene acrylic resin makes improves significantly. The stucco slurry that reaches the suitable denseness that is used to produce plasterboard can need more a spot of water, so plasterboard can only need a less energy drying.
The production of gypsum wallboard
Water-proofing composition of the present invention is preferred for forming water-proof plaster plaster board or wallboard.Below description has been exemplified the embodiment of the typical method of production waterproof wallboard or gypsum plaster board.
A) extract the gypsolyte in suitable source (as rock ore deposit or stone ore) certainly. Then the gypsolyte that is extracted is transported to factory, gypsolyte is filled in the crusher, mixes with the useless plate that reclaims and screen the size that suits that is not more than 5cm to general diameter in factory.
B) after pulverizing and the screening, with suitable equipment dried gypsum rock, as surperficial wet steam with rotary kiln or baking oven evaporation gypsolyte.
C) in case gypsolyte is dried, just gypsum is ground with suitable equipment such as rolling machine.
D) in still formula calcining furnace or flash distillation calcining furnace the calcination or the heating plaster of Paris to removing excessive and the chemically combined water of gypsum to form plaster.
E) for certain for example flame retardant resistance, sound insulation etc. of performance is provided,, the needed additive of itself and other such as pearly-lustre rock, starch, glass fibre or vermiculite are suitably mixed in case formed plaster.
F) after suitably mixing, then in the mixing tank of the beginning of the generation line of plate, water this arbitrary described water-proofing composition and soap lather body and promotor in above-mentioned preparation embodiment 1-4 are added.
G) resulting slurry is clipped between two cardboards that also serve as mould.
H) in order outside two, to form the water-proof plaster layer between thin plate or the liner plate, stucco slurry is clipped between the two-layer cardboard, it is solidified.
I) resulting lamellated plate is configured as long successive thin plate or wallboard, and is placed on conveyor and the roller, after the stucco slurry hardening, there it is cut.
J) in multistage kiln, the plate that is cut is carried out further dry and heating.
K) prepare the resulting wallboard of transportation then.
Those of ordinary skills are conspicuous various improvement and change and can think within the scope of the invention.Should be appreciated that scope of the present invention should not only limit to top embodiment and description of drawings.
