Abstract
本发明涉及一种溶剂型胶粘剂及其制备方法，它是由SBS、SIS弹性体，改性用树脂和溶剂，经溶解、混合而成；粘度200-600mps，固体份30-50%，喷涂于被粘材料表面，室温固化快，粘接力强，广泛用于极性、非极性材料的粘接，尤其适用于铝箔和酚醛泡沫材料间的粘接。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种溶剂型胶粘剂，尤其涉及一种主要用于铝箔与酚醛发泡材料粘接的喷涂胶粘剂。
背景技术 随着工程技术的进步，材料与材料间大面积粘接的需求增加了。先将低粘度的溶剂型胶粘剂喷涂于被粘物表面，大部分溶剂挥发后，胶粘剂具备了初粘性，将被粘物粘合面对压，即实现了大面积一次粘接成功，这种喷涂因而获得很大的发展。
专利申请号为02115305.1的发明专利披露了一种环保型喷胶及其工艺方法和用途，该环保型喷胶由SBS、松香、氢化松香、石油树脂、增粘树脂、6号溶剂油、丙酮、环己烷、丁酯等组成，特别适合于制造软体家具。从原材料组成分析，该胶对非极性材料和表面光滑材料的粘接力不够理想，耐热性也不够理想。
发明内容 本发明的目的在于克服原有技术的不足之处，提供一种粘接强度更高的环保型喷胶，特别是为了解决一面是光滑的铝箔，一面是强度很低、性质很脆、表面多孔的酚醛发泡材料之间的大面积粘接。
为实现上述目的，本发明高强度环保型喷胶选择的原材料重量配比为：SBS 8-14％、SIS2-4％、萜烯树脂8-15％、甘油松香脂6-12％、石油树脂6-10％、6#溶剂油30-45％、环己烷8-10％、乙酸乙脂10-15％、防老剂0.2-0.5％，各组成之和为100％。
本发明高强度环保型喷胶制备方法如下：
1、将定量溶剂注入反应釜，开动搅拌；
2、加入SBS、SIS，常温溶解3-5小时；
3、加入树脂和防老剂，常温溶解3小时；
4、用80目滤布过滤、出料，装入密封良好的容器中。
本发明高强度环保型喷胶能用于粘接塑料、橡胶、金属、织物等，在对粘的两种材料中，其中一种最好是多孔性材料，便于残留溶剂的挥发。铝箔和酚醛发泡材料粘接时，用喷枪先在铝箔表面喷胶，后在酚醛发泡材料表面喷胶，晾置1-3分钟，胶层不粘手时，一次性对准粘合。喷胶喷于酚醛发泡材料表面后，一部分喷胶浸入材料表层，用以加固材料表面。
具体实施方案
实例1在反应釜中加入6#溶剂油38份，环己烷10份，乙酸乙酯12份，开动搅拌，转速为60rpm，加入SBS12份，SIS2份，常温溶解3小时，再向反应釜中加入萜烯树脂12份，138型松香甘油酯8份，C9树脂6份，溶解3小时，用80目滤网过滤。
该喷胶喷在帆布试片上，表干后再喷一次，表干后将帆布试片压合48小时后按GB/T2791-1995《胶粘剂T剥离强度试验方法》做帆布试片剥离强度试验，试验结果见表1。
实例2配方中，SBS为10份，SIS4份，其余同实例1。
对照例配方中SBS为14份，SIS为0份，树脂中萜烯树脂12份，松香8份，C5树脂10份，其余同实例1。

Claims (2)
1、一种高强度环保型喷胶，其特征在于它由重量百分比为8-14％SBS弹性体，2-4％SIS弹性体，8-15％萜烯树脂，6-12％甘油松香脂，6-10％石油树脂、30-45％6#溶剂油、8-10％环己烷，10-15％乙酸乙脂，0.2-0.5％防老剂组成，所述各组分的重量百分数之和为100％。
2、如权利要求1所述的高强度环保型喷胶的生产方法，其特征是将溶剂6#溶剂油、环己烷、乙酸乙酯投入反应釜，开动搅拌，加入SBS、SIS弹性体，常温溶解完全后，再加入萜烯树脂，甘油松香脂，石油树脂，防老剂，待树脂溶解好后过滤出料。
