一种轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮内孔及球面加工工艺,将锻造齿形已成形的齿轮采用粗、精车后在专用设备上采用滚挤压工具对齿轮内孔及球面进行滚挤压加工。采用本发明方法,齿轮热处理淬火后,不需要再进行磨削加工,效率高、成本低,表面经滚挤压后无切削印痕,抗磨性能好,质量稳定,能满足高档轿车的使用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮内孔及球面加工工艺,属于金属切削及表面加工技术领域。
背景技术
轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮,用于轿车转弯时的差速转向,对行车安全至关重要。齿轮的中间为孔,一端为球面。目前对内孔及球面的加工方法是先粗车,留余量,经热处理淬火后,再用磨床进行内孔及球面磨削加工。这种方法成本高,生产效率低,表面存在磨削印痕,抗磨性差,在使用中容易造成机械磨损增大侧隙,导致轿车在行驶中产生噪音。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种低成本、高效率,又能提高产品性能,保证产品质量的轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮内孔及球面的加工工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:对轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮内孔及球面先进行粗车,并留有余量0.1mm,随后进行精加工,所述精加工方法是:先对内孔及球面精车,留余量0.01~0.02mm,再用滚挤压工具对内孔及球面进行滚挤压加工,最后热处理淬火。
上述对内孔的滚挤压加工是采用带滚针的挤压棒在改造后的钻床上进行;对球面的滚挤压加工是采用圆弧面与齿轮球面相吻合的一对滚轮在改造后的车床上进行。
采用上述技术方案,轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮内孔及球面经精车、滚挤压和淬火后,不再需要进行磨削加工,效率高,成本低。表面经滚挤压后无切削印痕,抗磨性能好,质量稳定,能满足高档轿车的使用要求。
具体实施方式
下面进一步说明本发明的实施例:
将锻造齿形已成形的轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮采用数控车床,对内孔及球面进行粗车,留余量0.1mm,精车,留余量0.01~0.02mm。然后,在改造后的钻床上采用带滚针的挤压棒对内孔进行滚挤压加工,在改造后的车床上采用一对圆弧面与齿轮球面相吻合的滚轮对球面进行滚挤压加工。最后对齿轮进行热处理淬火。

Claims (3)

1、一种轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮内孔及球面加工工艺,先对齿轮内孔及球面进行粗车,并留有余量0.1mm,然后进行精加工,其特征是所述精加工方法是:先对内孔及球面精车,留余量0.01~0.02mm,再用滚挤压工具对内孔及球面进行滚挤压加工,最后进行热处理淬火。
2、按权利要求1所述的轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮内孔及球面加工工艺,其特征是对内孔的滚挤压加工是采用带滚针的挤压棒在改造后的钻床上进行。
3、按权利要求1所述的轿车差速器直齿锥齿轮内孔及球面加工工艺,其特征是对球面的滚挤压加工是采用圆弧面与齿轮球面相吻合的一对滚轮在改造后的车床上进行。
