Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种音响装置,尤其是涉及一种共振式板状音响装置,例如扬声器。
国际专利申请WO97/09842描述了现在被认为是包括扬声器的“分布模式”(distributed mode)或“DM”装置的共振式板状音响装置。
用于向板状元件施加弯曲波能量以产生共振的转换器或振荡激励器尤其成功的类型和特殊的结构包括那些所谓的惯性特性。
现有的分布模式扬声器特殊的应用价值是振荡激励器直接附着在扬声器板元件上而不需要附加的激励器支撑。在激励器质量小于板元件的质量的情况下这种实践是合乎逻辑且可行的,这种情况包括板元件由局部框架或某些等同的悬承物支撑。同样,由于次级特性有效地扩展低频响应,这种的板悬承激励器能够发生有益的共振。对于非常小的分布模式板元件产生了一种非常不同的情况,即板元件质量与激励器质量为同样量级,或甚至小于激励器的质量,特别是对于电动型激励器,由于磁铁和磁级而具有很大的质量。考虑板的强度、抗冲击振荡性等就变得重要。本发明的一个目的是提供一种新颖和有利的解决方法。
根据本发明的共振式板状音响装置,包括一个共振式板状元件和一个振荡激励器,其中振荡激励器安装在板状元件上施加弯曲波能量导致元件共振,从而产生音频输出,其中振荡激励器适用于作为板状元件的载体。在这种方式中,振荡激励器作为板状元件的支架,而不是象先前提出那样激励器安装在板状元件上。振荡激励器反过来可安装在主机系统上,如扬声器台架或支座或膝上电脑等电子装置。
在一个实施例中,一个尺寸小、重量轻的分布模式板元件基本是自由的而不是与振荡激励器相联系,其中振荡激励器构成了安装/连接整套扬声器的装置。
有趣的是,对于这种固定的或接地的振荡激励器,高通功能是第一位的,典型的是按大约6dB/倍频程衰减;可以调整对板元件关于局部音频荷载和最低弯曲频率的设计,而将此考虑进来。当然,大约6dB/倍频程的低频衰减的明显好处是设计目的。
虽然本发明提供了,振荡激励器结构能够为共振式板状元件提供基本支撑和稳定性,尤其对于轻型板状元件,但如果适宜和期望,无论是对于板状元件中/对于板状元件的稳定性或者确定/控制期望的振荡条件,或对于两者,也许尤其在或关于外周/边缘区域的分布,包括把板状元件从部分上到基本上全部封闭到挡板中,可提供板状元件的附加框架和/或悬承。通过从板的后音频输出中分离前音频输出得到附加音频控制的可能性在某些应用中是有益的。
参考如下附图对特定的实例进行描述:
图1A、B和C分别为现有技术中共振式板状扬声器的后平面、部分截面侧视图以及理想的音频输出/输入曲线图,和
图2A至C分别对应于图1A至1C并表示了本发明采用的共振式板状扬声器。
首先参考图1A至1C,现有技术板状分布模式扬声器10包括一个合适的共振式板状元件11,其中该元件其边缘通过弹性悬承元件12A至C安装在框架19中。一个惯性的电动振荡激励器13显示出安装和整体支撑在板元件11上以激励板进入共振从而产生音频输出。
具体地说,激励器13包括一个动圈15,在连接端14处刚性地连接板11。动圈15安放在磁体组件16、17的环形开口17A中,其中磁体组件16、17包含夹在一对磁极件17之间的磁铁16并有在磁体组件和板元件11之间适当连接的合适的柔性悬承18。通常,板元件11比激励器13具有更大的、而且是大得多的质量,具体的是磁体组件16、17为最大的质量元件。扬声器输出A指示的依赖频率的衰减在激励器共振区域(Fe)之下为至少12dB/倍频程。这种配置已在WO97/09842中公开。
见图2A至C,本发明采用的板状共振式扬声器20包括一个合适的共振式板状元件21,其中该元件与基本上根据WO97/09842的教导给出的振荡激励器23有大致相同的关系,并且标号24至28大致对应于图1B的标号14至18。
但是,在这种情况中,板元件21的质量与激励器23的质量为同样的量级或甚至小于激励器23或其中最大质量部件的质量,即包括磁铁26和相关的极极元件27的磁性组件。磁体组件26、27实际上安装成承载板元件21,而不是反过来象现有技术那样的情况。而且,磁性组件26、27为这样的装置,通过该装置扬声器20作为整体被安装,见在激励器磁体组件的背面31和安装结构30之间的连接件29。安装结构30把扬声器在主体装置上支承就位。所述的主体装置例如是扬声器支座或电子装置结构或外壳。
如图所示,与迄今为止的实践完全不同的是,板元件21基本上是自由的,即除了激励器外不悬承到任何支撑结构中。但是,如果需要,可在板元件21的边缘和安装结构30之间联结软弹性元件22以减弱板边缘在使用中的过度运动。
通过一个具体的例子,测得分布模式板元件21的厚度为2mm、面积大约为2.5×3cm,并且其重量只有几克(也许为2克或更少),与其相比,电动激励器23可重达约15克或更大。设计成通过把激励器磁体组件背面31粘固在主体装置的合适地方(在本例中为膝上电脑盖子的内表面)并且允许板在激励器的悬承线圈上自由操作,可设计出一种耐用和可靠的扬声器组件。扬声器隐藏在盖子中格栅的背后。
该DM板的缓冲和相关的材料特性特别适合于如上所述的用途,其小尺寸特性在激励器区域中产生的边界条件对某些模式形成了终止(termination),而在现有的实践中,就不得不将这种终止设置在安装或悬承板的边缘区域处。
当然,辅助性的安装,和/或板元件21与其他衰减和/或框架装置相连,包括与挡板相连,在某种程度上是可行的。
如图2C所示,特别值得注意的是低频衰减现在变得更平缓,特别是在大约6dB/倍频程处。
Claims (8)
1.一种共振式板状音响装置,包括一个共振式板状元件和一个振荡激励器,其中振荡激励器安装在板状元件上施加弯曲波能量,导致元件共振以产生音频输出,其特征在于振荡激励器能够作为板状元件的载体。
2.根据权利要求1的共振式板状音响装置,其特征在于振荡激励器能够安置到一个主机系统上。
3.根据权利要求1或2的共振式板状音响装置,包括一个动圈电动振荡激励器,其中该激励器具有磁体组件和响应于所施加的电信号相对于磁体组件移动的音圈,共振式板状元件刚性地与音圈直接连接,还包括联接在板状元件和磁体组件之间以支撑板状元件的弹性悬承装置。
4.根据权利要求3的共振式板状音响装置,其特征在于磁体组件具有一个能够刚性固定到主机系统的面。
5.根据权利要求2至4任意一个的共振式板状音响装置,包括加在板状元件和主机系统之间的衰减装置。
6.一种扬声器,包括如前面任一权利要求所述的一个共振式板状音响装置。
7.一种包括如权利要求6所述的扬声器的主机系统。
8.一种包括如权利要求6所述的扬声器的膝上电脑。
